        순수티타늄 용접재의 잔류응력분포에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the welding residual stress distribution according to the constraint or non-constraint welding condition with titanium commonly using power station, aircraft, and ship. The measuring method of the residual stress was applied stress release rating method with strain gages and a potable strain meter. The x direction residual stress generally showed the tensile residual stress in case of restraint welding. On the other hand the x direction residual stress under non-restraint welding were changed tensile stress into compressive stress on 15mm away from welding bead center. Also, the y direction residual stress generally showed the tensile residual stress in case of non-restraint welding and the y direction residual stress under restraint welding were changed tensile stress into compressive stress about 60mm away from welding bead center.

        조직특성과 대인관계 특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 여성금융기관 종업원을 중심으로 focused on Female Employees in the Financial Institution

        Reviewing the literature of human resources management, we found researchers have explored different impact factors of organizational characteristics, interpersonal characteristics, levels of perceived activities on job satisfaction. In this paper, we add a new factor that includes interactive effects of organizational characteristics and interpersonal characteristics on job satisfaction. Utilizing structural equation modeling, we test our proposed model among female employees in the financial institution. The Structural Equation Modeling approach has been employed to investigate the cross influences among the four categories. The proposed model produces the best fit. The organizational characteristics category is the most important effect among categories of the proposed model of job satisfaction. Additionally, the theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

      • 영양제로서 결정 NH₄H₂PO₄를 첨가한 피혁 공장 폐수의 생물학적 처리

        피혁 공장 폐수의 생물학적 처리에 있어서 유입 폐수의 급격한 부하변동, 독성물질의 유입 및 미생물의 성장에 필요한 각종 영양소의 불균형 등으로 인해 처리효율이 낮고 운전관리상 어려움이 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 피혁공장 폐수의 생물학적처리효율을 높이기 위하여 각종 영양제의 주입에 따른 처리효과에 관한 실험을 실시하여 적절한 영양제를 선정하고, 최적 주입량 등을 결정 하였다. 실험대상 폐수는 반월공단내의 피혁 공단 폐수로서 중화 및 응집참전 밥법으로 전처리 한 후 포기조에 유입되는 폐수를 대상으로 하였다. 영양제로는 회분식 실험에서 피혁폐수의 처리효율이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타난 결정 APM (ammonium phosphate monobasic, NH₄H₂PO₄)을 이용하였다. 연속식 활성 슬러지 공장에 있어서 폐수의 유량, 슬러지 반송율, 결정 APM 주입량 등을 변화시켜 그에 따른 처리효율에 미치는 영향을 실험 고찰하였으며, 생물 반응공학적인 반응해석을 통하여 설계에 필요한 반응상수 등을 구하였다. 연속식 활성슬러지법에서체류시간 12시간의 조건에서 영양제 미주입시 BOD 제거효율은 68%에 불과하였으나, 영양제로서 요소와 인산을 주입한 경우 73%로 증가하였으며 결정APM을 주입한 경우 90% 이상의 높은 처리율을 얻을 수 있었다. 결정 APM의 최적 주입량은 회분식 실험의 경우 300㎎/L이었으나, 연속식 실험의 경우 50㎎/L로 낮게 나타났는데, 이는 반송되는 슬러지내의 높은 인농도와 미량원소에 기인한다. 결정 APM을 50㎎/L 주입한 후 수리학적 체류시간을 6∼30 시간의 범위로 변화시켜 실험한 결과, BOD 제거효율은 체류시간 6시간에서는 67%에 불과하였으나, 12시간의 경우 93%, 30시간의 경우 98%이었다. 따라서 BOD제거효율 90%이상을 얻기 위해서는 수리학적 체류시간은 11시간 이상, F/M비는 0,65 ㎏ BOD/㎏ MLVSS·d 이하로 운전하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. This study was performed to enhance the treatment efficiency of leather wastewater adding APM(ammonium phosphate monobasic, NH₄H₂PO₄) crystal as nutrient which contained the sufficient mineral components. The effect of APM crystal on biological treatment were studied and its optimum dosage and kinetic coefficients were determined. In the continuous activated sludge system for field wastewater of Banwol leather complex, BOD removal efficiency could be obtained over 90% with adding APM crystal, while it was 68% without nutrients and 73% with urea and phosphoric acid in the condition of HRT 12hr and SRT 3 days. The optimum dosage of APM crystal was 50㎎/L which was low compared with 300㎎/L in batch test due to recycling sludge contained high content of phosphate and mineral nutrients. In the condition of adding APM crystal 50㎎/L and hydraulic retention time in the range 6∼30hr, BOD removal efficiencies were 67% for HRT 6hr, 93% for 12hr and 98% for 30hr. In order to obtain over 90% of BOD removal efficiency, HRT should be maintained over 11 hr and F/M ratio within 0.65 ㎏ BOD/㎏ MLVSS·d.

      • 체육 서비스조직의 리더십유형과 직무만족 및 조직유효성 간의 관계

        The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship among style of leadership, job satisfaction, and efficacy of sport service organization. In order to achive this purpose three reaserch questions were established. Participants for this study were 300 of 23-50 overaged public workers. Of participations valid data were 279. They completed a modified inventory of the style of leadership, job satisfaction and efficacy of sport service organization. More details, style of leadership Scale modified by Ahn(2000), job satisfaction by Ahn (2000) and efficacy of sport service organization by Kim(2001) were using after remodifing scale to investigate the purpose of this study. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, there was influenced to relationship between style of leadership and job satisfaction. Second, there was influenced to relationship between style of leadership and efficacy of sport service organization. Third, there was influenced to relationship among style of leadership, job satisfaction, and efficacy of sport service organization.

      • 尖端産業團地의 活性化方案에 관한 硏究 : 全州科學産業硏究團地의 實態分析을 中心으로 Focused on the Current Situation of High-Technology Park in Chonju City

        The High-Technology Park can lead various regional developments through the level-up of industrial structure by settling technology intensive industry resulting from the investment toward high-technology industry. The purpose of study is to seek for ways of the revitalization of High-Technology Park as new methods for regional development. Study site is the High-Technology Park in Chonju City which is currently building up. Study purpose is performed through survey and analysis of actual situation. At first, theoretical study and examples of internal and external high-technology park are conducted, and then methods for revitalization of it are suggested through the outline of development, the research of the related policies and the questionnaire to experts. The results on this study are as follows, 1. To revitalize the high-technology park through inducing companies, establishing Enterprise Introduction Committee, which guides the policy and financing support of government and cooperative activities of government and public, is one of very efficient ideas. 2. To overcome the current poor sale in lots and to make the high-technology companies be rapidly set up, which is the most important thing for the revitalization of high-technology park, the current method to sell in lots may be changed into renting them. 3. To actively induce companies, the foundation of research institutes or supporting organization is urgent. Especially, in case of High-Technology Park in Chonju City, Techno-Park or Venture Enterprise Site is adequate type. 4. To revitalize High-Technology Park in Chonju City, the technological cooperation among related enterprises and the cooperative systems among industrial, academic, and governmental organizations as ways to promote the technology are needed. 5. To improve the effectiveness of promoting technology, those institutes or organizations are indispensable. Therefore, first of all, the Incubator of High-Technology Human Resource is right one for Chonju City.

      • 고성능 유도 전동기를 위한 퍼지 속도 제어기

        In this dissertation a novel speed control system that implements the fuzzy logic controller(FLC) is proposed. The proposed FLC used the speed error its rate of change, and the drive current as three fuzzy variables. The real command output current is chosen by the defuzzification of fuzzy output extracted from the fuzzy control rules. The flex and the torque of the induction motor are estimated using the dynamic model with an excellent dynamic response over a wide speed range and with the rotor flux field-oriented scheme of the decoupling characteristics The performance of this control system is substantiated by computer simulations.

      • Simple Sequence Repeat Primer에 의한 딸기의 Genomic DNA 분석

        본 연구는 진핵세포에 널리 산재되어있는 repeat sequence를 primer로 사용하여 딸기의repeat sequence 좌위를 증폭시켜서 분석하고 이를 같은 종일지라도 지역간의 차이로 인한 환경의 변화 또는 재배방법의 차이에 의해서 일어나는 변이를 분석하는 방법에 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 수행하였다. GGC repeat sequence의 딸기 genomic DNA에 존재여부를 판명하기 위하여 (GGC)_(6) probe를 DIG을 사용하여 labeling하여 딸기 genomic DNA에 hybridization한 결과 확실한 spot이 나타났다. 또한 repeat sequence로 이루어진 UBC SSR primer 100개중에서 4가지 서로 다른 primer에서 선명한 band를 확인할 수 있어서 딸기의 genomic DNA내에 여러 종류의 repeat sequence가 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 각 품종별 표지로서 이용성을 알아보고자 PCR을 수행하였는 바 (ACC)_(6)와 (CCG)_(6)의 primer에서는 다른 band에 비해 매우 확실한 밴드를 형성하였다 이러한 PCR product의 염기서열분석을 위해 우선 대량증식을 위한 PCR의 적정 조건은 primer 10p㏖, DNA 50ng으로서 수행하는 것이 DNA의 증폭에 좋았다. 증폭된 1 Kb DNA 절편을 이용하여 염기서열을 조사하였던 바, 808bp의 서열을 알아냈고 그 반복염기서열은 효모와 사람에 존재하는 유전자이었으며 Cdontella sinensis와의 유의성 검정결과 ACC 반복염기에 62% 동일성을 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate genetic variation caused by environmental change or cultural method difference, which was performed by amplifying repeat sequence loci of strawberry widely dispersed in eukaryotic cell. DIG labeled(GGC)_(6), probe was used to test if GGC repeat sequence exists in strawberry genomic DNA, resulting in clear spot on the filter. Among the 100 UBC SSR primers which contain repeat sequence, four different primers amplified clear DNA fragments, suggesting that the repeat sequence exist in the genome of strawberry. PCR was also performed to test whether these primers could be used for a marker among strawberry cultivars. (ACC)_(6), (No. 861) and (CCG)_(6) (No. 865) primers showed very clear bands compared to the other primers. The amplified 808 bp of 1 kb DNA was sequenced, and database search using the sequence information showed that the repeat sequence was the gene existed both in yeast and human, and a significant sequence homology to Odontella sinensis was found.

        소아에서 외상성 질식 증후군에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Traumatic asphyxia has often been described as a rare clinical syndrome characterized by cervicofacial cyanosis and edema, multiple petechiae, and subconjunctival hemorrhage after a severe crush injury of the thorax or upper part of the abdomen. The pathogenesis of traumatic asphyxia is that after compression of the chest or upper abdomen, intrathoracic pressure increased suddenly. Blood is forced out of the right atrium through the valveless innominate and jugular veins into the head and neck. This sudden increased thoracic pressure in small venules and capillaries causes rapid dilation and minute hemorrhages producing the petechiae often seen. Treatment is supportive and should be focused on the associated injuries. The prognosis for traumatic asphyxia is very good despite the alarming initial physical appearance. If the patient survives the initial insult, the prognosis is excellent. Neurologic sequale may be permernant. We experienced five case of the traumatic asphyxia, and its clinical and pathophysiologic features are discussed. Increased awareness of this syndrome by emergency physicians will result in better reporting ad understanding of its clinical implications.
