      • N-alkylisonitrosoacetylacetone Imine을 리간드로 하는 Pb(Ⅱ) 錯物의 合成 및 構造

        New palladium(Ⅱ) Complexes with N-alkylisonitrosoacetylacetone Imine O? NOH? N-R (CH_3-C-C- C-CH_3, R=CH_3 or Φ-CH_2) ligand has been Synthesized. These Complexes are yellow and very stable at room temperature. The ratio of Pd(Ⅱ) ion and ligands combined is 1 : 2. The elemental analysis, ir, nmr, electronic spectra and magnetic moment have been studied. It is suggested that both isonitroso groups of two ligands coordinate to ond Pd(Ⅱ) ion through the nitrogen atom to form two five-membered rings in the square-planer bis(N-alkylisonitrosoacelylacetone imino) Pd(Ⅱ) complexes.

      • 참외 單性化 遺傳에 關한 硏究 : 1) 單性花의 遺傳機構와 實用形質에 關한 調査 1) Investigation on Genetical Mechanism of Monoecious Type and Practical Character

        Using F_1 seed production on monecious flowers of Cucumis melo L., three of monoecious and four varities of dioecious were used as material in order to study inheritable mechanism and their characteristics. 1. Monoecious type were segregated 20 : 0 (1 : 0) from Go to G_1, 20 : 0 (1 : 0) F_1 between andromomoecious and 47 : 13 (3 : 1) as well as 33 : 7 (3 : 1) in F_2. Consequently it seems to be inherited by dominant single gene of AA in monoecious and recessive gene of aa in andromonoecious type. 2. However, it was guessed to be possessed of gene type that was effected by environment in monoecious type of U.S.S.R. 409. 3. Three varities of monoecious were poor condition in the practical quality aspect. The variety of U.S.S.R. 409 that was under the control of environment and it was extremly segregated quality has possiblity of useful quality selection compere with others respectably.

        高等學校 化學科 探究學習의 評價模型 定立과 評價紙 開發

        The current evaluation method of high school chemistry has been emphasized on knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lackness of the evaluation method about its inquiry ability and attitude. Therefore we introduce a evaluation model and its items about knowledge, inquiry ability and attitude in order to approach the objective of learning in hiph school chemistry. First, in order to evaluate knowledge of the students, we used the computer Managed Instruction (C.M.I) method which presents a stepwise knowledge of students. Second, for the evaluation of inquiry ability and attitude, we prepared the evaluation items about the contents of chemistry experiment according to an analysis of the objective learning. Thus we applied them to the students in a high school.

      • 전침 자극에 의한 오디 괄약근 운동성 변화에 관한 연구

        Background/Aims: This study was designed to evaluated the effects of electroacupuncture on the sphincter of Oddi (SO) motility in humans and to correlate the manometric findings with plasma cholecystokinin (CCK) levels. Methods: Eleven patients (M: F= 5: 6) who had various kinds of biliary disorders were enrolled. SO motility was monitored with a conventional low-compliant continuously perfused technique using ERCP (n=9) or percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscope (n=2). After baseline monitoring for phasic wave contractions of SO, electroacupuncture was applied at a specific acupoint, GB 34, in these 11 patients. A nonspecific acupoint 5 cm away from GB 34 was selected as a control. Manometric parameters of SO were also checked in 6 subjects during stimulation of the control acupoint. CCK plasma levels were measured during the time course of electroacupuncture stimulation. Result: All the manometric parameters including the basal pressure of SO, amplitude, frequency and duration of phasic wave contraction of SO were significantly decreased (p< 0.05) during electroacupuncture stimulation. The inhibition of SO contractility was accompanied by increased CCK plasma levels. After removal of electroacupuncture stimulation, restoration of amplitude and duration to basal condition were noted. A tendency towards the return of SO contractility was also observed in basal pressure and frequency. Stimulation of the control acupoint, however, did not affect the SO contractility and plasma CCK levels. Conclusions: Electroacupuncture stimulation of acupoint GB 34 showed reversible inhibition of SO contraction in humans. We speculate that the response of SO to electroacupuncture stimulation may be mediated by some neurohormonal mechanisms including CCK release.         The aim of this paper is to form and to operate EQM, to say education quality management. In order to achieve the above stated purpose, the paper hypothesizes that there are similarities between enterprises and colleges in quality management. The basic method of the paper is systematic approach, modifies TQM, which is total quality management. The result is that EQM program must form and operate the feedback system for teaching and learning effect, the PSMT(project, self-study, media, team unit style teaching and learning) as a new teaching and learning method, and the digital system as an advanced mechanism, in education quality management.

      • 공침법에 의한 Y₁-_(x)Ca_(x)Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-8)분말의 제조

        Y₁_(x)Ca_(x)Ba₂Cu₃O_(7-8) powder was synthesized by a coprecipitation method. This process is very easy to control the chemistry of the cation's solutions and coprecipitation with oxalic acid. Starting materials Of nitrates such Y(NO₃)₂ · 6H₂0, Ca(NO₃)₂ · 4H₂0, Ba(NO₃)₂and Cu(NO₃)₂ · xH₂O were dissolved into distilled water. Each solution was mixed and pH-controlled with oxalic acid The best condition of coprecipitation was pH 1.3 at room temperature. The yield of precursor was up to 92%. After calcining at 850℃ in air, 123 single phase was obtained. The size of 123 phase powder was about 90nm.

        The purpose of this study was to confirm the formation of hybrid layer and resin tags in dentin tissue and the possibility of bonding between luting cements used for the prosthesis and the resinous surface coated with resin bonding agents to prevent the dentin hypersensitivity after abutment preparation. Some resin bonding agents, which may have the possibility of bonding with polyacrylic acid as a liquid ingredient of polycarboxylate and glass ionomer cements, were selected. All-Bond desensitizer containing NTG-GMA and BPDM, Scotch-Bond Multipurpose plus containing HEMA, and XR-bond containing organophosphate were selected as a coating agent. Dental cements were zinc phosphate, polycarboxylate, and glass ionomer cement. After the exposed dentin surface of premolars was ethced with 10% phosphoric acid and coated with resin bonding agents, the morphology of treated surfaces and the resin tags and hybrid layers on sectioned surfaces were observed by SEM. Shear bond strength between the resin bonding agents and 3 kinds of cements was measured 24 hours after bonding. On the debonded surfaces of the shear bond strength tested specimens, the cement tags and the bonding sites between the resin materials and cements were examined by SEM. Following conclusions were drawn 1. Coating of dentin with resin bonding agents had no effect on the shear bond strength of zinc phosphate cement. 2. Both of polycarboxylate and glass ionomer cements showed the increased shear bond strength by the dentinal coating with Scotch-Bond Multipurpose plus containing HEMA. However, in the case of dentinal coating with some agents containing NTG-GMA and BPDM or organophosphate, polycarboxylate cement exhibited the lowered shear bond strength, and glass ionomer cement showed the unchanged shear bond strength. 3. Complete obstructions of dentinal tubules were observed on the dentin coated with All-Bond desensitizer or XR-bond, but distinct shape of the orifices of dentinal tubules was observed consistently on the dentin coated with Scotch-Bond Multipurpose plus. 4. The hybrid layer was thickest on the dentin coated with Al1'Bond desensitizer, and the length of resin tags was longest on the dentin coated with Scotch-Bond Multipurpose plus. 5. On the debonded specimens which had been bonded with polycarboxylate cement or glass ionomer cement after coating with Scotch-Bond Multipurpose plus, the cement tags and the bonding sites between the resinous surface and the cements could be examined.

        Co(Ⅲ)와 Methylthymol blue 사이의 착물형성에 있어 평형상수에 미치는 압력과 온도의 영향

        The effect of pressures and temperatures on the stabilities of the Co(Ⅱ)-Methylthymol blue complex have been investigated through ultraviolet spectrophotometric measurement. The stabilities of complexes were measured at 20 30 and 40℃ under 1 300 600 900 and 1200 bars. The equilibrium constant of the complex was increased with pressure and temperature raising. The absorption coefficient was increased with both pressure and temperature. Change of volume, free energe, entropy and enthalpy for the formation of complexes were obtained from the equilibrium constants. The red shift observed a higher pressure and the relation between pressure and oscillator strength were discussed by means of thermodynamic function.

        中學 科學敎育의 探究學習에 대한 評價問項 開發(Ⅰ)

        The purpose of this study is to achieve the individualized inquiring learning which is centered on students by improving the method of the evaluation of the inquiry learning in the science class in a multi-student class. Therefore the author made the table of specification for scientific achievements of the abilities of inquiring by analyzing the abilities of inquiring according to the content of science and five basic experiments of each unit inthe first grade of of middle school, ant then made the paper and pencil and performance test items for the evaluation of the abilities of inquiring. The paper and pencil test was taken after the experimental and observational class, and performance test was taken in the way of the students' self evaluation, peer evaluation and Tester evaluation. The results are as follows: 1) In operation of the inquiry learning by two experiments, performance test items and 13 the paper and pencil test items made for evaluation of the abilities of inquiring could be applied usefully. 2) Correlation coefficient between paper and pencil test and performance test is .362 and it is very low. Therefore it is desirable that performance test be used for the evaluation for the abilities of inquiring which cannot be evaluated by paper and pencil test. 3) In evaluation of the abilities of inquiring by performance test on five basic experiments, it is more desirable that 'the use of microscope' is presented in the way of peer evaluation or peer and Tester evaluation, 'the observation on epidermis of onion cell' in the way of peer evaluation, and self-evaluation. 4) Skill of the abilities of inquiring in experimental and observational class can be evaluated correctly through performance test.

        中學 科學敎育의 探究學習에 대한 評價問項 開發 (Ⅱ)

        This study was accomplished to develope the evaluation items for inquiry learning in the 2nd grade Middle School Science for the consecutive study of the evaluation items for inquiry learning in the 1st grade Middle School Science(U-Hang Ki et al, 1984). In this study, paper and pencil test items and performance test items are made by analyzing the abilities of inquiry according to the contents and four basic experiments from each unit in the 2nd grade Middle school science. These evaluation items were applied to tke five classes of the 2nd grade of middle school to test their validity. It is desirable that performance test schuld be used for the evaluation for the abilities of inquiry which can not be evaluated by paper and pencil test. In the evaluation methods of performance test, tester evaluation, peer evaluation and self-evaluation can be applied to the science class in a multi-student class. In higher grade, however tester evaluation is more desirable than peer and self evaluation. It is found that peer evaluation and self-evaluation make possible the perfect study by feedback.
