Plant transformation systems have been developed using several different approaches, and the development of reliable and efficient transformation systems is still one of the most important breakthroughs in molecular biology and biotechnology of rice. However, there are many cultivars in rice and transformation efficiency is dependent on the cultivar. The conventional Agrobacterium-mediated rice transformation system using secondary calli requires 14-16 weeks for establishing transgenic plantlets, and it is thought that somaclonal variation through the Tos17 retrotransposon occurs during the tissue culture stage. Here, we modified an Agrobacterium-mediated transformation system in rice cultivar Dongjin, adding an endosperm removal step that is critical to transformation frequency and changing the Agrobacterium strain and media composition. This method increased transformation efficiency and stability. These results will provide valuable information for scientists to use a reliable and efficient rice transformation system.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>To overcome the low electrical conductivity and large volume expansion of a sulfur cathode during electrochemical reactions, a composite of SnO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticles with 5–10 nm size dispersed on reduced graphene oxide (rGO) sheets and sulfur (rGO/SnO<SUB>2</SUB>/S) was prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal process. This cathode shows 1.2-fold higher interfacial Li ion diffusivity (1.8 × 10<SUP>−12</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP>) than that of an rGO/S cathode (1.5 × 10<SUP>−12</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP>). This improvement is attributed to the synergistic effect of the hybrid matrix comprising rGO sheets and SnO<SUB>2</SUB>. The rGO sheets provide a fast electron pathway and accommodate a large amount of sulfur. Moreover, the dispersed SnO<SUB>2</SUB> nanoparticle acts as an immobilizer to prevent the dissolution of polysulfide during the electrochemical reaction. The synthesized rGO/SnO<SUB>2</SUB>/S cathode also exhibits an electrical resistivity of 4.4 × 10<SUP>−1</SUP> Ω cm due to interfacial modification. Further, it exhibits improved electrochemical performance with an initial discharge capacity of 1591.57 mA h g<SUP>−1</SUP> at 0.1 C, which stabilizes to 606.98 mA h g<SUP>−1</SUP> at 0.2 C after 100 cycles. 이 연구는 무용교육자의 교수가치관을 탐색하여 예비 무용교육자의 교육철학을 정립하고, 학습자에게 교육하기 위한 합리적인 학습과정에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 대한 목적 달성을 위해 교수가치관을 신체성, 인지력, 정서관 등으로 설정하여 탐색하였고, 무용교육자의 신체적 교수가치관, 인지적 교수가치관, 정서적 교수가치관을 논의하였다. 이 연구는 인문학 연구로써 문헌연구이다. 무용교육자의 교수가치관에 대한 논의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용전공자가 갖추어야 할 신체성의 형성을 위해서는 무용교육자가 우선적으로 신체법형과 신체기능 요소에 관한 전문적인 교수가치관을 형성하고, 무용감상 및 평가의 미적 시각성을 익혀야 한다. 둘째, 무용전공자의 인지력 형성을 위해서는 무용교육자가 무용교육의 전문성을 파악하고 무용교육의 심층적인 기본지식을 습득해야 한다. 셋째, 무용전공자가 갖추어야 할 정서관의 형성을 위해서는 감성교육을 기반으로 학습자의 품성과 건전한 태도배양에도 관심을 가져야 한다. 이는 교육자로서의 사명감과 책임감을 포함한 교육철학적 사고를 갖춘 무용교육자와 그에 따른 교육을 의미하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to correct the thinking of dance education that prospective dance instructors must have by exploring their teaching value and to build students’ desired learning process. To do so, this study set the teaching values of dance instructors as corporeality, cognitive ability, and emotionality, identified the awareness of dance instructors through interviews with experts, as well as explored a formation plan. This study is a literature study as a humanities study. First, to develop corporeality, dance instructors must have teaching values on physical changes and functions as well as need aesthetic visuals to appreciate and evaluate dance. Second, dance instructors must have more professionality in education to build their cognitive ability and need to acquire basic knowledge in dance education Third, emotional and sensitivity training are both required for dance instructors to develop emotionality and teach students to have the desired character and attitude as a human being.
