      • 제7차 교육과정 중 ICT 활용이 수업에 미치는 영향 및 개선

        With the introduction of ICT of the 7th curriculum this study is to analyze the process of spreading ICT in Korea and the appearance of execution now from more concete and positive point of view through the case study by the teachers who tried to change and improve the whole schools. And this study is to attain the ultimate goal that the education if ICT utility pursues and to suggest the direction to the substantial progress. From the result of this research above, it may be summed up as follows. 1. As for ICT utility instruction, the guide for ICT utility by the subject on the national level was reinfoeced. So, it needs the force of curriculum, and it should be applied to the first-line schools. 2. The utilization could be increased by only making the teachers easy to reedit adequate to the school and personal level at first hand after developing the materials for the instruction of ICT utility by the subject and constructing the utility system. 3. The policy of amount-centered use of information technology in education brought about the waste of a lot of budgets. Also, it brought about the result of mass production of the defective personal computers, we can not use them now, because of absence of personnel who could control the instruments and of being restricted by time for the teachers. 4. In addition, the mind of use of information technology in education still lacks for the whole teachers and students in that the disharmony with the traditional infrastructure and information infrastructure is importantly connected with the improvement of the quality of instriction and the learning effect for the students. Hereafter, the capacity of ICT utlility for the teachers is short of only training the information technology in teachers. And it should be applied to the teachers' promotion and personal affairs complexly. The first-line schools are available in utility effectively only when the teachers who lead the information technology in education should be continuously trained. It presented that overcoming the utility education of functional ICT maximizes the effect only when it a uniform instruction should be sublated and ICT is utilized in all the subjects. In particular, the effect on a dance and instruction in the arts high schools is great. This study is to present clearly that we can get sufficient effect only when it grafts that to the field of schools together through the steady development and improvement of the teaching-learning method as well as the curriculum on a basis of analysis of ICT utility in several literatures and the 7th curriculum till now.

        Dimethylnitrosamine 유발 급성 간 손상 흰쥐에서 ^(99m)Tc-Lactosylated Serum Albumin을 이용한 간 기능의 평가

        목적: ^(99m)Tc-lactosylated serum albumin (^(99m)Tc-LSA)은 간세포에 특이적으로 결합하는 간수용체 영상용 방사성의약품으로 새로이 합성되었다. 간섬유화를 유발하는 dimethylnitrosamine (DMN)을 투여한 간 손상 휜쥐 모델에서 ^(99m)Tc-LSa의 역동학적인 간섭취를 조사하고 간효소치의 변화와 조직학적 소견을 비교하여, LSA의 간섭취가 간기능의 변화를 반영하는지를 연구하였다. 대상 및 방법: SD계 흰쥐에 DMN를 27 mg/kg으로 복강 내 주사하여 급성 간손상을 유도하고 대조군과 비교하였다. DMN을 주사한 흰쥐를 3일(DMN-3), 8일(DMN-8), 21일(DMN-21)에 ^(99m)Tc=LSA (1,665 mg/kg) 29 MBq를 정맥 주사하여, 30분 동안 동적 영상을 획득하고 간과 신장부위에 관심영역을 설정하여 간과 심장부위의 시간방사능 곡선을 얻었다. 간기능 평가를 위해 시간방사능 곡선을 이용하여 간섭취지수와 혈중제거지수를 구하였고 곡선 최적화를 시행하였다. DMN 투여군과 대조군의 간효소치의 변화와 간조직의 광학현미경 소견을 비교하였다. 결과: 대조군에서는 ^(99m)Tc-LSA가 빠르게 간에 섭취되고 혈중에서 제거되었으나 DMN을 처리한 군에서는 간섭취가 낮았다. 간섭취지수의 비교에서 대조군에 비해 DMN 처리군에서 유의하게 간섭취지수가 낮았다(DMN-3: 0.842, DMN-8: 0.898, DMN-21: 0.91, 대조군: 0.96, p<0.05). 혈중제거지수의 비교에서도 대조군에 비해 DMN 처리군에서 혈중제거지수가 유의하게 높았다(DMN-3: 0.731, DMN-8: 0.654, DMN-21: 0.604, 대조군: 0.473, p<0.05). 비선형 회귀분석에서 R_(2) 값은 0.9이상으로 좋은 일치를 보였고, 대조군에ㅓ K값이 DMN처리군에 비해 크고(DMN-3: 0.28, DMN-8: 0.41, DMN-21: 0.46, 대조군: 0.97, p<0.05), T_(1/2)값은 작았다(DMN-3: 2.5, DMN-8: 1.7, DMN-21: 1.5, 대조군: 0.7, p<0.05). 간효소치의 변화는 DMN-3군에서는 대조군에 비해 상승하였으나 DMN-8, DMN-21군에서는 간효소치의 상승이 관찰되지 않았다. 간조직 소견의 경우 DMN-3군에서 중심정맥 주위에 괴사가 관찰되었으나 DMN-8군, DMN-21군에서는 미약한 정도의 염증세포 침윤만이 관찰되었다. 결론: ^(99m)Tc-LSA 간신티그래피의 간섭취 정도는 간손상과 반비례하였으며 간섭취의 변화는 조직학적 손상이 심한 정도와 간손상후 회복되는 과정을 반영하여 주었다. ^(99m)Tc-LSA 간신티그래피가 간손상을 평가하고 간손상후 회복되는 과정을 추적하는 간수용체 영상용 방사성 의약품으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Objects: ^(99m)Tc-lactosylated human serum albumin(LSA) is a newly synthesized radiopharmaceutical that binds to asialoglycoprotein receptors, which are specifically presented on the hepatocyte membrane. Hepatic uptake and blood clearance of LSA were evaluated in rat with acute hepatic injury induced by dimethylnitrosamine(DMN) and results were compared with corresponding findings of liver enzyme profile and these of histologic changes. Materials and Methods: DMN (27 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally in Sprague-Dawley rat to induce acute hepatic injury. At 3(DMN-3), 8(DMN-8), and 21(DMN-21) days after injection of DMN, LSA injected intravenously, and dynamic images of the liver and heart were recorded for 30 minutes. Time-activity curves of the heart and liver were generated from regions of interest drawn over liver and heart area. Degree of hepatic uptake and blood clearance of LSA were evaluated with visual interpretation and semiquantitative analysis using parameters (receptor index : LHL3 and index of blood clearance : HH3), analysis of time-activity curve was also performed with curve fitting using Prism program. Results: Visual assessment of LSA images revealed decreased hepatic uptake in DMN treated rat, compared to control group. In semiquantitative analysis, LHL3 was significantly lower in DMN treated rat group than control rat group (DMN-3:0.842, DMN-8: 0.898, DMN-21: 0.91, Control: 0.96, p<0.05), whereas HH3 was significantly higher than control rat group (DMN-3: 0.731, DMN-8: 0.654, DMN-21: 0.604, Control: 0.473, p<0.05). AST and ALT were significantly higher in DMN-3 group than those of control group. Centrilobular necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells were most prominent in DMN-3 group, and were decreased over time. Conclusion: The degree of hepatic uptake of LSA was inversely correlated with liver transaminase and degree of histologic liver injury in rat with acute hepatic injury.

        팔정도에 근거한 정보윤리 가능성 연구

        정보화로 인해 얻는 편리함은 수없이 많지만 이로 인한 역기능의 발생도 많은 윤리적 문제를 야기하고 있다. 그러나 이에 대한 대책들은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 팔정도는 불교윤리의 가장 포괄적인 윤리체계이므로 이를 활용하면 정보화의 윤리적 문제를 해결할 수 있을 것이다. 팔정도는 정견, 정사유, 정어, 정업, 정정진, 정념, 정정의 여덟 가지 덕목체계가 어우러져 윤리적 기능을 한다. 여기에는 정보화의 윤리적 문제를 해결할 수 있는 내용과 교리가 들어 있다. 정견에서 연기법, 참회, 선인선과악인악과와 같은 교리와 이성적 지혜와 도덕적 사고가 있다. 정사유에서 자비심이라는 덕이 있으며, 정어 정업 정명에서는 표현의 자유 불허, 생명권 존중, 재산권 존중, 성적 존중, 직업 경제생활의 실천적 덕목의 중요성의 가르침이 있다. 정정진, 정념, 정정에서 악을 항상 경계하고 억제하면서 선을 계발하고 유지하려는 강력한 의지와 선을 행하되 항상 잊지 않고 기억하면서 잘못된 길로 빠지지 않는 덕목, 초월의 경지를 추구하는 가르침에 근거하여 정보윤리에 적용한다면, 정보화의 역기능 해소가 가능할 것이다. 따라서 팔정도를 통한 정보윤리 교육은 정보화의 비윤리적 행위를 억제하지만, 장기적으로 자비심이라는 덕을 형성하고, 통합적 인격을 형성하게 된다. 따라서 팔정도는 탁월한 정보윤리 교육 체계가 될 수 있는 가능성을 지니고 있다. There are numerous conveniences, which were obtained by information. However, even the occurrence of adverse effect caused by this is bringing about many ethical problems. Noble eightfold path is the most comprehensive moral system of the Buddhist ethics. Thus, the application of this will be able to solve the ethical problem of information. Noble eightfold path functions ethically by being harmonized eight virtue systems such as right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right meditation. Here is contained the contents and doctrines available for solving ethical problem about information. Right view has doctrines such as Pratityasamutpada(Dependent origination or dependent arising), repentance, rational wisdom, and a moral thought. There is virtue called mercy in right intention. Right speech, right action, right livelihood have teaching of importance in non-permission on freedom of expression, a respect for a right of life, a respect for a right of property, a sexual respect, and practical virtue of occupational and economic life. In right effort, right mindfulness and right meditation, the application to information ethics will lead to being available for solving adverse effect of information based on teaching of the virtue of not falling into a wrong while always not forgetting and remembering with performing strong intention and goodness with the aim of developing and maintaining goodness as well as always looking about and inhibiting badness, and based on teaching of a pursuit for the transcendental state.

        최근 스마트폰과 같이 개인화 서비스가 가능한 스마트 디바이스들이 급격히 보급되며 추천가 시스템에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 활용 방안이 광범위함에도 불구하고 마케팅 등의 특정 분야에 한정되어 있거나 기술이 저수준에 머물러 있어 국내의 추천가 시스템은 아직 도입단계에 불과하다. 추천가 시스템은 어떠한 정보를 사용하는지에 따라 크게 내용 기반 필터링과 협업 필터링 두 가지로 분류한다. 본 연구에서는 메뉴 추천 분야에서 유저의 메뉴 선택이 주변 상황에 큰 영향을 받는다는 것에 착안해, 인근 유저와의 메뉴 선택 정보를 반영하는 협업 필터링과 사용자 개인의 취향에 최적화된 메뉴를 제공하는 내용 기반 필터링을 결합하는 방식으로 두 가지 필터링 기법을 결합한 메뉴 추천 시스템인 UBCRS(User-Based Collaborative Recommend System)를 제안한다.

        가야시대 고분 및 부장품 내에 존재하는 미생물의 다양성 조사

        Microbial diversity of soil samples from ancient stone-lined tombs was investigated. The tombs, discovered at Eoryung Ocheon-Ri site, Korea, were estimated to be belonged to middle class people from an ancient country, Gaya, which existed till AD 559 at the southern part of Korea. Nine fungal stains and 70 bacterial strains were isolated from the twelve soil samples, which were collected from the tomb Nos. 5 and 6. Ribosomal DNA sequence analysis discovered 5 fungal and 22 bacterial strains belonged to 10 genus groups from the tomb No. 5 while 1 fungal and 28 bacterial strains belonged to 6 genus from the tomb No. 6. The higher microbial diversity suggests that the tomb No. 5 was constructed warmer season than the tomb No. 6. Moreover, the discovery of Staphylococcus warneri, which is found as part of the skin flora on human and animals, and Bacillus aquimaris, which is a marine bacterium and can be discovered from tidal flat, from the surface of large dagger suggests that the ancient people may use meat and seafood at the burial ceremony.

        The pig eye is similar to the human eye in size and structure, containing a cone photoreceptor-dominant visual streak. It makes pigs an important animal species for ocular biomedical studies, including evaluating the safety and efficacy of ocular therapeutics, novel biomaterials, surgical procedures, and implantable materials or devices utilizing advanced in vivo diagnostic techniques. Seoul National University (SNU) miniature pigs (mini-pig) are an important animal resource of Seoul National University Biomedical Center for Animal Resource and Development (BCARD) and are actively used in organ transplantation research. However, further studies on other characteristics were required to be used in various biomedical investigations. Thus ophthalmic features of 6 to 10-month-old three male SNU mini-pigs were characterized using diagnostic modalities including intraocular pressure (IOP) measurement, ultrasonography, fundoscopic imaging, fluorescein angiography (FA), and electroretinography. Mean IOP was 16.47±0.73 mmHg. The optic disc has sharp margins and is normal in color, with a small central cup. Arterioles and venules have normal color and sheen, starting from the center of the disc. There were no abnormalities of FA images such as hyper- or hypo fluorescence and any delay in filling. The amplitudes (μV) of the rod response, mixed rod-cone response, and cone response were 81.73±5.49, 254.60±9.63, and 102.25±9.99. We performed this study as a beginning point to provide the possibility that SNU mini-pig may become a useful animal species for ophthalmological research and to establish the normative reference through the characterization of SNU mini-pig using diagnostic modalities.
