Supra Pubic Catheter를 施行한 腦卒中 患者 1例에 對한 證例報告

According to the literary study on catheterization of bladder in one case of patient with C.V.A. who was treated by supra pubic catheterization, the results were as follows. 1. If not immediately treat ischuria, emergency disease, very great danger to life can happen by loss of kidney function. So we must treat ischuria instantly by consideration of treatment from the factor. 2. Catheterization of bladder generally acted in emergency room, is emergency treatment only in the lower part of urethral obstruction. 3. Catheterization of bladder was put on record in Son Saimiao's Qianjinyaofang, which is the first book on it. It had been developed by Luo Qianyi, Zhang Jiepin, and Wang Dao. 4. Ancient times, an urethral catheter was made of green onion leaf, pig bladder, goose feather and so on. 5. Nelaton is catheterization of bladder in functional or momentary ischuria. Indwelling catheterization is treatment keeping in urethral canal for a long time. 6. Supra pubic catheterization is a surgical operating catheterization when urethral catheterization is impossible, is very easy and can decrease risk of infection. 7. After catheterization, for decreasing risk of the infection, a complication of catheterization, it is must be taken precedence, ascetic treatment, constantly management and sterilization, anti-biotic medication. 8. At times, increasing patient of emergency disease, as C.V.A etc., the needing of catheterization of bladder is increasing also for preventing infection and bed sore by ischuria and incontinence of urine. Therefore a specialty knowledge and skill about it is necessary.

<P>We demonstrated light extraction improvement by applying a scattering layer of Ag nanoparticles physically synthesized through a low-temperature annealing process to flexible organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In general, increasing the size of Ag nanoparticles is preferred to increase light scattering, but a high-temperature annealing process (∼400 °C) is required to produce them. However, flexible substrates generally cannot withstand high-temperature processes. In this study, we formed Ag nanoparticles at a low temperature of ∼200 °C by inserting a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate buffer layer, thus promoting Ag dewetting. As a result, the scattering layer of enlarged Ag nanoparticles formed at low temperatures increased the external quantum efficiency by 24% in a flexible OLED compared to a reference device.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Seroprevalence of Brucellosis and Isolation of Yersinia enterocolitica O:9 in Pigs

2007년 전국 10개의 일반 양돈장에서 다양한 일령의 돼지 578두를 채혈하여 Rose Bengal test 진단액으로 스크리닝을 하고, 양성 혈청에 대해서는 시험관응집반응과 C-ELISA를 적용하여 브루셀라병 항체 분포도 양상과 브루셀라 교차 반응 유발균의 분리를 시도하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 돼지에서 브루셀라병 Rose Bengal 스크리닝 결과, 10주령 미만(양성률; 14.6%, 95% CI; 10.1-19.1)자돈보다 10주령에서 17주령 미만(양성률; 31.3%, 95% CI; 22.8-39.8)과 17주령 이상(양성률; 30.4%, 95% CI; 34.3-36.4)의 돼지에서 양성률이 유의성 있게 높았다(p<0.05). 따라서 검사돈 중 139두 (24.0%)에서 Rose Bengal test 양성반응이 나타났다. 양돈장별 Rose Bengal test 양성률 조사에서 6개 양돈장이 10% 미만의 양성률을 보였고, 2개 양돈장에서는 70% 이상의 높은 양성률이 관찰되었다. Rose Bengal test 양성 혈청 139건을 시험관응집반응과 C-ELISA에 적용한 결과, 시험관응집반응에서 100배 이상의 양성이 48건(34.5%)이었으나 C-ELISA에서는 전 두수 음성으로 나타나 돼지 혈청에 대해서는 시험관응집반응 성적과 C-ELISA 성적에 많은 차이가 있었다. 시험관응집반응에서 높은 항체가를 보인 돼지의 직장 swab 시료(n=26)에서 브루셀라 균과 교차반응을 유발하는 균종에 대해 균분리를 실시한 결과 E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella N group은 분리되지 않았으나 Y. enterocolitica O:9은 7건(26.9%)이 분리되었다. Ten farrow-finish farms participated in this seromonitoring that was conducted to investigate the porcine brucellosis situation in Korea. In total, eight (80.0%) of the 10 farms and 139 (24.0%) of 578 pigs tested showed a positive response in the Rose Bengal test (RBT). Seroprevalence levels were determined using RBT according to age; 35 (14.6%) of 239 piglets, 36 (31.3%) of 115 growing pigs, and 68 (30.4%) of 224 finishing pigs and sows were positive, respectively. All positive samples in RBT were tested with the tube agglutination test (TAT) and competitive ELISA (C-ELISA), simultaneously. Although 48 samples came up positive in the TAT, all samples tested with C-ELISA were negative. Among 26 rectal swab samples from the TAT positive-pigs, Yersinia enterocolitica O:9 was isolated from seven samples (26.9%). Therefore, we speculated that the positive reaction of RBT and TAT in this study might be induced by the serologically cross-reacting bacteria with Brucella abortus.

In this paper, we propose a secure National R&D Human Resource Management System for efficient utilization of S&T human informationAlso, we develop a security system with secure authentication and data exchange for secure and effectively National R&D Human Resource Management System on mobile network. And we propose efficient PKI-based user authentication and java-based cryptography module for the privacy-preserving in mobile network environments. Proposed system is support a authentication to minimize encrypting and decrypting operation by compounding session key and public key based on Korean standard cryptography algorithm(SEED) and certificate in mobile network environment.
Amorphous Tin Oxide Nanohelix Structure Based Electrode for Highly Reversible Na-Ion Batteries

<P>An array of amorphous tin oxide (a-SnO<SUB>x</SUB>) nanohelixes (NHs) was fabricated on copper foil as an electrode for Na-ion batteries <I>via</I> the oblique angle deposition method, a solution- and surfactant-free process. The combination of the amorphous phase SnO<SUB>x</SUB> with a low oxidation number and its vertically aligned NH geometry with a large surface area and high porosity, which facilitate Na-ion dynamics and accommodate the volume changes, enabled a reversible capacity of up to 915 mA h g<SUP>?1</SUP> after 50 cycles, fast rate capability with 48.1% retention at 2 A g<SUP>?1</SUP>, and high stability, which are superior to those of crystalline nanoparticle-based electrodes.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
