Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of meaning of work, job embeddedness, and workplace bullying on turnover intention in university hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 126 nurses in a university hospital with more than 500 beds in C-city. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: Significant factors influencing the turnover intention of hospital nurses were meaning of work, job embeddedness and workplace bullying. Conclusion: Negative significant factors influencing the turnover intention of university hospital nurses were meaning of work and job embeddedness. Workplace bullying was the only positive significant factor influencing turnover intention of university hospital nurses. In order to reduce turnover intention, it is necessary to find an alternative that strengthens the meaning of work and job embeddedness and prevents the workplace bullying.
Porcine LMNA Is a Positional Candidate Gene Associated with Growth and Fat Deposition

Crosses between Korean and Landrace pigs have revealed a large quantitative trait loci (QTL) region for fat deposition in a region (89 cM) of porcine chromosome 4 (SSC4). To more finely map this QTL region and identify candidate genes for this trait, comparative mapping of pig and human chromosomes was performed in the present study. A region in the human genome that corresponds to the porcine QTL region was identified in HSA1q21. Furthermore, the LMNA gene, which is tightly associated with fat augmentation in humans, was localized to this region. Radiation hybrid (RH) mapping using a Sus scrofa RH panel localized LMNA to a region of 90.3 cM in the porcine genome, distinct from microsatellite marker S0214 (87.3 cM). Two-point analysis showed that LMNA was linked to S0214, SW1996, and S0073 on SSC4 with logarithm (base 10) of odds scores of 20.98, 17.78, and 16.73, respectively. To clone the porcine LMNA gene and to delineate the genomic structure and sequences, including the 3'untranslated region (UTR), rapid amplification of cDNA ends was performed. The coding sequence of porcine LMNA consisted of 1,719 bp, flanked by a 5'UTR and a 3'UTR. Two synonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were identified in exons 3 and 7. Association tests showed that the SNP located in exon 3 (A193A) was significantly associated with weight at 30 wks (p<0.01) and crude fat content (p<0.05). This association suggests that SNPs located in LMNA could be used for marker-assisted selection in pigs.
고양이 위 평활근 수축에 대한 Vanadate 와 Pervanadate 의 효과

Background/Aims: Activated mammalian cells produce the reactive oxygen species from oxygen and they convert vanadate into pervanadate. The aim of the present study was to compare the contactile mechanisms of vanadate and pervanadate in the gastric smooth muscle of cat. Methods: Muscle strips were isolated from the fundus of cat stomach to measure isometric contraction. Muscle cells were prepared to measure the activity of protein kinase C (PKC) and the level of protein tyrosine phosphorylation. Results: Both vanadate and pervanadate caused contractions of smooth muscle and the contraction induced by pervanadate was greater than that induced by vanadate. These contractions depended on the extracellular Ca2+ and the influx of extracellular Ca2+ occurred through voltage-dependent Ca2+ channel. Protein kinase antagonist inhibited the vanadate-induced contraction. However, the inhibitory effect of H-7 was smaller in pervanadate-induced contraction. Both vanadate and pervanadate had no effect on the activity of phospholipase C, but pervanadate significantly increased protein tyrosine phosphorylation. Conclusions: The contraction induced by vanadate or pervanadate may depend on the influx of extracellular Ca2+ via voltage-dependent Ca2+ channel Vanadate seems to be more dependent on protein kinase C. The difference of contraction mechanism by these elements may be related to the differences in the level of protein tyrosine phosphorylation (Kor J Gastroenterol 1999;33:1 - 10)

The purpose of this research is to develop the pattern recognition algorithm based on smart camera for inspection automation, and including external surface state of molding parts or optical parts. By performance verification, this development can be applied to establish for existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch"s standard specification condition directly. And it is pdssible to distinguish from schedule error of badness product and normalcy product within schedule extent after calculating the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. The proposed technology cab be applied to test for masearing of the smallest 10 pixel unit. It is illustrated the relibility pf proposed technology by an experiment.

공격자의 공격으로부터 취약한 쿠키 파일의 안전성 향상을 위한 보안영역을 설계하여 공격자의 공격으로부터 사용자의 쿠키 파일을 안전하게 관리 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 쿠키 파일을 보안영역에 저장함으로써 사용자가 현재 방문하고 있는 웹 페이지와 유기적으로 연결되어 웹 페이지에서 쿠키 정보를 기존의 방식과 같이 사용 할 수 있도록 도와주는 동시에 사용자의 쿠키 파일의 안전성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 공격자가 사용자가 사용하는 웹 브라우저의 쿠키 폴더에 대한 공격을 시도 한다할지라도 사용자가 현재 방문 중인 웹 페이지에 대한 쿠키 파일만 존재하기 때문에 다른 쿠키 파일에 대한 안전성을 유지 시킬 수 있다. Cookie file can be properly protected by designing security zone to enhance the safety of cookie file vulnerable to cyber attacks. In this paper, the model, in which cookie file is stored in the security area and the current visiting page is closely linked with cookie, is proposed to help users utilize in the same existing way, as well as enhance the security of user cookie files. Even if attacker tries to compromise web browser's cookie folder, the security of other cookies can be preserved. It is possible since the folder has the only cookie for the current web page where user is visiting.

In this paper, we have constructed a self-diagnostic circuit which could detect erroneous signals in most cases that a eight-beam piezoresistive accelerometer were destroyed more than its one beam. To confirm the function of the circuit, PSPICE simulation was carried out. An IC chip was fabricated with a layout of KA 324 amplifier using a bipolar standard processing. After a package of the chip was sealed using a plastic package with 24 pins, the self-diagnostic characteristics were investigated. Then, the measured self-diagnostic characteristics of the circuit were compared with the PSPICE simulated result.

상악골 결손은 악안면 부위의 해부학적 기형과 기능 장애를 초래한다. 기능적 측면에서, 상악골 결손은 발음, 저작, 연하 장애를 일으킬 수 있다. 상악절제술을 받은 환자에게 폐색장치는 이러한 기능적 회복에 큰 역할을 한다. 폐색장치가 구강 내에서 적절히 기능하기 위해서는 충분한 유지가 필요하며, 이러한 유지의 증가를 위해서는 폐색장치의 무게 감소가 필요하다. Hollow bulb 폐색장치에는 개방형, 폐쇄형 두 가지 형태가 존재한다. 폐쇄형 형태는 많은 장점을 가지나, 제작이 어렵고 누수가 발생할 경우 처치의 어려움 등의 단점이 존재하여 많은 술자들은 개방형 형태로 제작한다. 본 증례에서 두 열가소성 레진 시트로 만든 hollow body를 이용하여 one-step 중합 기술로 폐쇄형 hollow bulb 폐색장치를 제작하였고, 이는 기존의 폐쇄형 hollow 폐색장치 제작법의 단점들을 보완할 것이다. The maxillary defects lead to anatomical and functional deformity of the maxillofacial region. As far as functions are concerned, such defects can produce difficulty in speech, mastication, and deglutition. Obturator prostheses play a very important role in functional recovery for post-maxillectomy patients. To achieve rigidity of the obturator, appropriate retention should be given, and the weight of the prosthesis be reduced. There are two types of hollow bulb obturator: open and closed. A closed type has many advantages. Nevertheless, some problems, including complexity of fabrication and water leakage into the bulb, have the closed hollow obturator not be widely used. The one-step polymerization technique described in this case overcomes the shortcomings by easily constructing a small hollow bulb with two thermoplastic resin sheets.
Development of an air fuel control system for a domestic wood pellet boiler

Wood pellets are a kind of solid biomass energy and a renewable energy source. Made by compressing sawdust, wood pellets have a higher energy density than split firewood and wood chips. In 2007, the new and renewable energy (NRE) portion was 2.4% with respect to total primary energy in Korea. The Korean government wants to increase the new and renewable energy (NRE) portion up to 6.1% by 2020 [1]. To achieve this target, the government has been establishing some policies, such as incentive policy, NRE mandatory use for public building and renewable portfolio standard (RPS) and so on. To supply wood pellets as fuel for the combustion chamber of a wood pellet boiler, most domestic wood pellet boilers put a constant volume by using an auger type fuel feed system. In an auger system as fuel feeding, there is the possibility of changing energy input due to the different density of wood pellets even in a constant volume flow rate of wood pellets. If fuel input rate is changed without any correction of air flow rate for combustion, the condition of combustion in a wood pellet boiler can be deteriorated. We have developed an air-fuel control system for a domestic wood pellet boiler by using flue gas oxygen concentration measurement and a PID controller. To measure O2 concentration of flue gas, a wide band O2 sensor was adopted. We changed fuel input from 100% to 50% by artificial manipulation to confirm the control system. The O2 concentration in flue gas can be controlled to be 8.5% ± 1% without significant change of CO and NOx concentration.
