부유대역 용융응고법으로 제조된 YBa_2Cu_3O_x 산화물초전도체의 미세구조와 전기적 특성

The YBa_2Cu_3O_x-20 wt% Y_2BaCuO_5 composition designed in YBCO system was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The optimum condition of hot zone temperature and growth rate in floating-zone melt were 1080 ℃ and 2.5 mm/hour, respectively. In samples growth as these condition, the low angel boundaries in grain direction and small amount of amorphous phase known as decreasing characteristics of superconducting materials between grain boundaries in microstructure are investigated by polarized light microscopy on the whole. The critical current density(Jc) at 77k of sample using powder fabricated with no CeO_2 and doped 5 wt%CeO_2 were 8,000 A/㎠(Jc : 561A) and 12,000 A/㎠(Jc: 826A) at 0 T by direct current transport method, respectively.
보리 화학돌연변이제 처리 M2 유묘의 Isozyme band pattern 차이에 의한 돌연변이율 검정

세 유형의 화학 돌연변이제 처리(1.5mol NaN2 +0.75mol MNH, 0.75mo1 MNH+0.75mo1 M-NH 및 0.5mol MNH+0.5mol MNH)를 한 M2 유묘를 이용, Est 1, 2, 4, 5, GOT 1, 2, 3, LAP 1, 2 등의 isozyme band pattern에 대한 돌연변이율을 조사하였다. 1. 세 가지 돌연변이제로 처리된 M2 식물체에 대한 돌연변이율 조사를 실시하였는데 엽록체에 대한 돌연변이율은 폴랜드 품종인 Dema에서는 3.3%였고 사천006에서는 1.8%로 나타났다. 2. Esterase유전자좌에 대한 돌연변이율은 Dema에서 3.5%로 사천 006의 0%보다 높았으며 GOT와 LAP에서는 두 품종간 차이가 없었다. 3. 세 가지 isozyme중 대개의 돌연번이체가 Es-terase에 관계된 유전자좌에서 발생하였으며 (75% 차지) 나머지에서의 돌연변이율은 극히 미미하였다. Mutation rate of M2 plants that were treated with three types of double treatments of chemical mutagens(1.5mol NaN2 + 0.75mol MNH, 0.75mol MNH + 0.75mol MNH and 0.5mol MNH + 0.5mol MNH) were estimated on the rate of chlorophyll mutant, changes of isozyme loci ; esterase (Est), glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT ; AAT) and leucyl aminopeptydase(LAP ; AMP). Rate of chlorophyll mutants (3.3% =no. of seedling carrying mutant / all number of M2 seedlings ~times 100) and rate of esterase isozyme loci mutants(3.5% =no. of plant carrying mutant / all number of M2 plant) in Dema were higher than one of Sacheon 6, but no significant differences in GOT, LAP. Among isozymes, most of mutants in M2 plant of two varieties were found in esterase (73% of total mutants were occurred in esterase loci). Although many of null bands were found in GOT 3, these were not repeatable and no real mutants. It might be due to qualities of starch, amount of extract buffer and degradation of isozyme during electrophoresis and staining.

High tibial osteotomy (HTO) is a widely accepted treatment for unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee and other lower extremity deformities, particularly for young and active patients. However, it is generally recognized as a technically demanding procedure. Thus the limitations of conventional surgical methods have been reported. Currently, the use of computer-aided surgery (CAS) system for successful surgery was increased. However it has been reported many problems such as expensive equipment, infection or fracture caused by inserting half-pin and delaying surgery. Therefore we propose a novel method which can be tracked by using tracking-pin inserted in arbitrary locations of the femur and tibia, and fluoroscopic images obtained from G-arm of antero-posterior and lateral-medial.

To provide against global warming and fossil fuel`s drying up, many nations in the world are trying to develop and use renewable energy. Sweden is one of the best countries, which produce bioenergy from natural resource, especially from wood. Their rate of dependence on energy imports was dramatically decreased from 70% in 1970`s to 30% in 2000`s. Analysing their success story, producing bioenergy could be helpful to establish Korea`s bioenergy production system and industrialization. Bioenergy policy in Sweden was first announced in 1997, which was included big budget support, establishment of bioenergy production system. Electricity certification, tax exception and budget support for R&D and industrialization of bioenergy were successfully put to practice in the direction of low cost, high efficiency and no effects to human health, environment and climate. The Government authorities in Sweden organized excellent rules of tax exception for bioenergy sector or tax burden to the existing energy business company. Many privileges to the energy from biomass, wind power and water power were given by government. On the other hand, tax burden to the existing energy resource was imposed a duty. Using huge forest resource, they have an superior system for bioenergy production, which is electricity and heat from thermal power generation. ENA ENERGI ENKoPING factory and it`s energy town is a good example for the small scale energy self sufficiency. They use woodchips, sawdust, willow, bark for burning and produce electricity and heat.
필렛 용접 시 그루브 각도와 미세기공에 따른 피로강도의 영향

The fatigue test of the fillet weldments were executed with different groove angles and porosity. The groove angles of 90°, 45° and 55° were compared with fatigue lives. After the fillet weldment failure, the porosity which found at the fractured surface were observed to account the effect on fatigue life. Finite element analysis were performed to correlate the fatigue strength and the size & the location of porosity. The stress-strain field were severely affected by the length of notch and the size & location of porosity. Based on the quantitative analysis of porosity effect, the total volume of porosity was key factor for fatigue strength of the fillet weldment.
