      • 도심지역 축제에 대한 참가속성 분석 : 축제상품 제공자를 중심으로

        This study is to survey motivating of stores attending the local festival, to compare motivation with satisfaction of the local festival and to show the problems of the local festival. The purpose of this study is to establish the festival polices and to be a platform of further local festival. The survey was carried out for Oct. 1-31, 2001. Total of 300 questionnairs were distributed to the respondents, and 275 questionnairs were usable and analyzed. The data analysis was done by SPSS/WIN statistical package program. The main findings are as follows, First, the significant difference in selective festival attributes were 'better cultural life of the local residents', 'the effective advertisements', etc 9 attributes. Second, the determined factors were 'negative activity', 'positive activity', 'responsibility', 'advertisement-promotion', 'customer affinity', 'convenient for participation'. Third, several issues concerning improvement are 'remaining as a local festival itself', 'limited parking space', 'heavey traffic', 'many stores attending'.

      • 한국여성 큰복재정맥의 가지상태에 대한 연구

        The patterns of 5 tributaries draining into the great saphenous vein were stuided in 33 cases of Korean adult female cadavers from 20 to 88 years of age (average age, 64). 1. Each tributaries emptied separately into the great saphenous vein in 12.1% (left: 7.6%, right:4.5%) 2. The superficial epigastric vein and the superficial circumflex iliac vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great saphenous vein in 18.2%. The incidences were equal in the both sides. 3. The lateral accessary saphenous vein and the superficial circumflex iliac vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great sapheous vein in 12.1% (left: 7.6%, right: 4.5%). 4. The superficial external pudendal vein and the superficial epigastric vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great saphenous vein in 1,5% (only in right side). 5. The superficial external pudendal vein and the medial accessory saphenous vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great saphenous vein in 9.1% (left: 3.0%, right: 6.1%). 6. The superficial circumflex iliac vein, the superficial epigastric vein and the lateral accessary saphenous vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great saphenous vein in 25.8% (left: 12.1%, right: 13.7%). 7. The dual fusion took place, namely the superficial external pudendal vein with the superficial epigastric vein and the superficial circumflex iliac vein with the lateral accessory saphenous vein to drain separately into the great saphenous vein in 3.0% (only in left side). 8. The dual fusion was shown between the superficial external pudendal vein and the medial accessory saphenous vein and between the superficial circumflex iliac vein and the lateral accessory saphenous vein draining separately into the great saphenous vein in 4.6% (left: 3.1%, right:1.5%) 9. The superficial epigastric vein, the superficial external pudendal vein and the medial accessory saphenous vein joined to form a single trunk draining into the great saphenous vein in 3.0% (only in right side). 10. The dual fusion took place between the superficial external pudendal vein and the medial accessory saphenous vein and between the superficial circumflex iliac vein, the superficial extenal pudendal vein and the superficial epigastric vein, and was draining separately into the great saphenous vein in 1.5% (only in left side). 11. The incidence which showed the cases deficient in one or more tributaries was 9.1%.

      • 형태적 정량법에 의한 췌장내분비선의 연구 : 임신, 수유 및 수유금지가 미치는 영향 Effects of Pregnancy, Lactation and Suppression of Lactation

        The hypertrophy of pancreatic islets of pregnant rats is caused by the increased uptake of food due to fetal demand and by the increased hormonal secretions, estrogen and progesterone. These hormones are closely related with the growth of breast, and the maximal growth results from a combination of prolactin and growth hormone in addition to them. Prolactin continues to secrete during lactation after parturition. Expecting the islet changes after parturition in that reason, this experiment is designed to observe the effects of the pregnancy, lactation and suppression of lactation. Those changes are studied quantitatively by calculating the percentage of endocrine tissue, according to the method of Cardell, on sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Results obtained are as follows: 1. The islets have normal appearance. But in the full term and lactation groups there are islets, large round or irregular in shape. 2. The percentage of endocrine tissue of the full term is 7.66±3.12 which shows significant increase in comparing with the control. 3. The percentage of endocrine tissue in the group of lactation for 20 days shows 6.86±2.34 which is relatively significant increase (P<.025). 4. In the group of lactation for 40 days the percentage of endocrine tissue shows 7.80±4.19 but it is not significant to compare with the control. 5. in the group of suppressed lactation for 20 days, the percentage is 4.55±1.43 that shows the decrease in comparing with the full term and seems to restore to the control. (P<.025). Above results show not only the hypertrophy of pancreatic islets in pregnancy but do also the same change during lactation, and the possible causes are discussed.

      • 정어리 냉동고기풀의 품질개선에 관한 연구

        정어리 냉동고기풀의 최적 가공조건은 원료 정어리를 알칼리 염수수세한 후 정어리 육에 대해 분리 대두단백질:물:정제 정어리유(1:5:2.6)로 만든 유화커드를 20%, 솔비톨 4%, 설탕 4%, 중합인산염 0.2% 및 항산화제로서 에리소르빈산나트륨을 0.1% 첨가하여 고기갈이한 후 -35℃에서 급속동결시켜 carbon box로 포장하여 동결저장한 제품이 가장 좋았다. 본 제품의 수분 함량은 73.3%. 조단백질 15.0%, 조지방은 6.9%였으며, 생균수는 1.6~l.8X10^4/g으로 동결저장 중 변화는 거의 없었다. 제품의 주요 구성지방산은 16:0, 16:1, 18:1, 20:5 및 22:6 등으로 고도 불포화지방산이 47.7% 함유되어 있었다. 동결저장 중 120일 동안 제품의 물성, 지질산화 및 지방산의 변화 등을 측정한 결과, 유화커드와 에리소르빈산나트륨을 첨가함으로서 동결저장 중 단백질 변성, 지질의 산화 및 변색을 효율적으로 억제 시킬 수 있었으며, 품질이 안정하게 유지되었다. 한편, 본 시제품과 명태 냉동고기풀을 혼합하여 가공한 어묵의 품질을 측정한 결과, 어묵의 품질에 큰 저하됨이 없이 명태 고기풀을 본 정어리 고기풀로 40%까지 대체할 수 있었으며 어육의 풍미를 갖는 연제품을 가공할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. The processing conditions and quality of sardine surimi were examined: Raw sardine meat was separated, washed in 0.2% NaHC0_3 and 0.15% NaCl solution, and then dewatered by centrifuge. The dewatered sardine meat was chopped, mixed with 20% emulsion curd (soybean protein : water : refined sardine oil= 1 : 5. 2.6), 4% sorbitol, 4% sucrose, 0.2% polyphosphate and 0.1% sodium erythorbate by stone mortar. The mixed sardine meat was frozen with contact freezer, packed in carton box and then stored at -25±2℃. The moisture, crude protein and lipid contents of the sardine surimi product was 73.3%, 15.0% and 6.9%, respectively. Fatty acid composition of product consisted of 28.8% of saturates, 24.3% of monoenes and 47.7% of polyenes and the major fatty acids were 16:0, 20 5, 18:1, 22:6 and 16:1. The results of changes in POV, TBA value, fatty acids, texture and sensory score of products during frozen storage showed that lipid oxidation and freeze denaturation of product could be retarded, and flavor enhanced by addition 20% emulsion curd and 0.1% sodium erythorbate. In an attempt to apply sardine surimi in producing surimi-based product, it was concluded that Pollack surimi could be substituted with sardine surimi up to 40% without showing any significant changes in texture and taste of surimi-based product.

      • TMPFS/Polysiloxane 혼합물의 표면특성

        We report on the surface proputies of the films composed of polysiloxane and trimethoxyperfluorosilane(TMPFS). In this study, the PFS was introduced in order to enhance soil-proof property of siloxane polymer. Surface properties of the mixture were investigated. Contact and sliding angle measurements were done in order to investigate the anti-soil, and soil release properties, respectively. The surface free energy of siloxane polymer was decreased remarkably by incorporation of small quantity of PFS with the increment of contact angle and decrease of sliding angle. The TMPFS/Polysiloxane mixture film may provide a great opportunity for the antisoil applications.

      • 완두 F_1세대의 조합능력 검정

        완두의 이면교잡에 의한 F_1세대에 대한 조합능력을 검정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 9개 형질에 대한 GCA, SCA, RCA효과를 검정한 바 조합능력은 전 형질에서 GCA, SCA, RCA가 모두 유의하였고, 분지수·경직경·엽장·주당협수·협당립수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 GCA가 SCA보다 크고, 품종간 GCA효과는 고성종1호가 경직경과 100립중에서, 고성종2호가 경장·분지수·엽장에서, 김해종이 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당입중에서, 진해종이 협다립수에서 각각 정(+)으로 높았다. SCA효과에서 경장은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 분지수는 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 경직경과 엽장은 1×3(고성종1호×김해종)조합이, 주당협수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 협당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·1×4(고성종1호×고성종3호)조합·2×3(고성종2호×김해종)조합이, 주당립수는 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합과 4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이, 100립중은 3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합이, 주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합·3×4(김해종×고성종3호)조합·4×5(고성종3호×진해종)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. RCA효과에서 경장·엽장·주당협수·주당립중은 1×2(고성종1호×고성종2호)조합이, 주당협수·주당립수·100립중·주당립중은 2×4(고성종2호×고성종3호)조합이 각각 정으로 높았다. Five pea varieties in F₁ generation of the possible crosses among them were used to estimate the combining ability for nine characters, i. e., stem length, number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant. Data for F₁ hybrid and parents were subjected to the analysis method proposed by Griffing. The results obtained were summarized as follows. Mean squares of general combining ability(GCA), specific combining ability(SCA) and reciprocal combining ability(RCA) were significant for all characters observed. Mean squares of GCA were higher than those of SCA and RCA in number of branches per plant, stem diameter, leaf length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight and seed weight per plant. Variety Gimbae showed the highest GCA effect for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant and positively high effects of GCA were observed from variety Gosung#1 in stem diameter, 100-seed weight, and from variety Gosung#2 stem length, number of branches per plant, leaf length, from Jinhae in number of seeds per pod In SCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#1×Gosung#2 were wxhibited positively high for stem length, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant, and high SCA effects for number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#3×jinhae. In RCA effects, hybrids in Gosung#2×Gosung#3 were exhibited positively high for number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and seed weight per plant and high RCA effects for stem length, leaf length, number of pods per plant, and seed weight per plant were found positively in Gosung#1×Gosung#2.
