The purpose of this study is to determine the elements and functions of the Cadastral System. For this purpose, literature was widely researched into. This study is structured as follows; The First Chapter introduces the study, the Second Chapter reviews the cadastral system theoretically, the Third Chapter examines the elements comprising the cadastral system, the Fourth Chapter focuses on the functions of the cadastral system and the Fifth Chapter concludes the study. The result of this study which researched into the literature to analyze the cadastral system can be summarized as follows; The cadastral system consists of nation, land, cadastral law, and cadastral administration. But, functions of the Cadastral System are composed of function by public announcement, function of public confident. informational function, and fundamental function.

정신과 환자의 부모상실에 대한 연구

Many psychiatrists insist that early parental loss is an etiologic factor for psychiatric disorders, but some investigators refute this hypothesis. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between parental loss in childhood and the development of psychiatric disorders, and to examine the above two controversial opinions. The author studied the frequency of parental loss, sex of the lost parent, reason of parental loss, and age at parental loss in 300 psychiatric patients and 300 controls who were age and sex matched. The results were as follows; 1. The psychoneurotics had significantly higher frequency of maternal and both parental loss compared with controls. But no significant difference was found between the psychotics and controls. 2. Psychiatric patients had higher frequency of early (before 18 years) parental loss than controls, but the difference was not significant except in the both parental loss group. In the early (before 18 years) parental loss group of psychiatric patients, the frequency of one parental (paternal or maternal) loss was significanty high in 0-5years compared with controls. 3. Frequency of maternal seperation was high in the psychiatric patients compared with controls.

Phytochelatin의 구조와 기능

금속 이온이 존재하는 조건에서 성장하는 식물이나 효모에서 발견되는 금속-결합 펩티드는 글루타티온으로부터 유도되며 (γglu-cys)_(n)X 구조를 갖고 있다. 이런 펩티드를 피토켈라틴, γ-글루타밀 펩티드, 또는 부류 III 메탈로티오네인 (class III metallothionein)이라고 한다. 여기에서는 피토켈라틴의 일차구조, 금속-티올 배위결합, 생합성 및 관련된 효소, 금속내성과 항상성 같은 기능에 대하여 논의한다. Metal-binding peptides derived from glutathione were found in yeasts and plant species in the presence of added metal ions. The structure of these peptides was established as (γGlu-Cys)_(n)X. They have been designated as phytochelatins, γ-glutamyl peptides, and class III metallothioneins. In this paper, we reviewed phytochelatins in respect of the primary structure, metal-thiol coordinated cluster, biosynthesis and related enzymes, and functions such as metal tolerance and homeostasis.

마라톤 동호인의 성취목표성향이 참여만족 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the achievement goal orientation of amateur marathoners on their participation satisfaction and exercise adherence in an effort to provide some information on those engaging in marathon as a sport for all and to expedite the development of sports for all. The subjects in this study were 300 amateur marathoners who were selected by convenience sampling from among the participants in nationwide marathon competitions that were respectively held in North Chungcheong Province and Incheon in 2014. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 261 respondents were analyzed except 39 ones that were incomplete or included multiple replies. The instrument used in this study was questionnaire that consisted of five items, which were two about demographic characteristics of gender and age and three about the period, frequency and time of participation. As for achievement goal orientation, Kim Byeong-joon(2001)'s Sport Achievement Goal Orientation Questionnaire that was an adapted version of Duda & Nicholls(1992)'s Task and Ego-Orientation in Sport Questionnaire(TEOSQ) was modified to be suitable for marathon. Concerning participation satisfaction, Kim Young-jae(2004)'s Korean Leisure Satisfaction Scale(KLSS) that was based on Beard and Ragheb(1980)'s Leisure Satisfaction Scale(LSS) was modified to suit marathon. Regarding exercise adherence, Choi Seong-hoon(2005)'s Korean Exercise Adherence Scale for Sports for All and Leisure Sports was utilized. As for data analysis, a statistical package SPSS WIN 21.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. A frequency analysis was made to find out the demographic characteristics of the respondents, and t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to see whether there would be any differences in achievement goal orientation, participation satisfaction and exercise adherence according to their gender, age, period of participation, frequency of participation and time of participation. To determine the mutual influence of achievement goal orientation, participation satisfaction and exercise adherence, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were made. The level of statistical significance was all set at .05. The findings of the study were as follows: First, concerning the influence of the achievement goal orientation of the amateur marathoners on participation satisfaction, task orientation had a significant impact on participation satisfaction. Second, regarding the impact of the achievement goal orientation of the amateur marathoners on exercise adherence, task orientation exerted a significant influence on exercise adherence.

The purpose of format conversion is to convert a wide range of personal computer video formats into a target format. Circuits for the conversion have been developed by means of interpolation techniques, such as zero-order interpolation, bilinear interpolation, and bisigmoidal interpolation. This paper proposes a scan converter using cubic splines. The converter was modeled in VHDL on Max+PlusⅡ and implemented with an FPGA chip. The circuit gives much better conversion performance than a scan converter with zero-order or linear interpolation.

서울의 PPNG 발생 빈도(1991-1992)

The prevalence of PPNG among pretreated gonorrhea cases isolated at the STD clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul has been studied and reported annually since 1981. In 1991, 123 strains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 58(47.1%) were PPNG. In 1992, 98 starains of N.gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 51(52.0%) were PPNG. In all, 109(49.3%) strains were found to be PPNG among 221 strains isolated between 1991-1992. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul showed increased tendency till 1989, thereafter, it has been stationary or slightly decreasing.

Geographic information system-based identification of suitable cultivation sites for wood-cultivated ginseng

Wood-cultivated ginseng, including roots in its dried form, is produced in forest land without using artificial facilities such as light barriers. To identify suitable sites for the propagation of wood-cultivated ginseng, factor combination technique (FCT) and linear combination technique (LCT) were used with geographic information system and the results were superimposed onto an actual wood-cultivated ginseng plantation. The LCT more extensively searched for suitable sites of cultivation than that by the FCT; further, the LCT probed wide areas considering the predominance of precipitous mountains in Korea. In addition, the LCT showed the much higher degree of overlap with the actual cultivation sites; therefore, the LCT more comprehensively reflects the cultivator's intention for site selection. On the other hand, the inclusion of additional factors for the selection of suitable cultivation sites and experts' opinions may enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of the LCT for site application.

다중지능이론과 홀랜드이론을 활용한 기초조형에 관한 연구 : 풋웨어 조형 수업을 중심으로

최근 초·중·고 및 대학교 등 각 학교에서 진로를 탐색하고 자신의 강점을 알고 계발하도록 도와주는 홀랜드 이론을 접목한 진로 관련 수업 및 검사와 다중지능 이론을 중심으로 각 영역별 지능을 발전시킬 수 있는 교수법을 수업에 적용하며 다양한 교육을 진행하고 있다. 이 연구는 학생들의 진로와 적성에 맞는 직업을 찾아가는 과정을 도울 수 있는 다중지능 이론 기반의 직업적성검사와 홀랜드 이론을 기반으로 한 직업선호도검사를 통해 자신의 강점과 성향을 파악하고, 이것을 디자인 전공과목과 융합하여 주제 선정과 시각 이미지 그리고 입체 조형물로 표현해보는 과정을 경험하도록 하였다. 학생들에게 자신에 대한 성찰과 함께 예술적, 사회적 감각과 인간친화, 대인관계, 자연친화, 공간지능 등의 감각을 함께 계발을 기대하는 수업을 설계하여 4주간 진행하였다. 학생들은 각 주차에 맞게 작업과 피드백을 주고받으며 작품을 완성해나가며 주차별 피드백을 적극적으로 반영하여 최종 총평을 발표하며 자신에 대해 생각하고 풋웨어 조형이라는 매개체를 통해 자신의 어떤 점이 계발되었고 어떤 것을 느끼게 되었는지를 이야기해보았다. 이를 통해 다양한 감각과 다중지능 영역이 발전되었음을 엿볼 수 있었으며 앞으로의 다양한 전공 분야에서의 융합 수업이 개발되고 시행되기를 기대해본다. Recently, various education is being conducted by applying career-related classes and tests that combine Holland s theory, which helps elementary, middle, and high schools explore careers, know and develop multiple intelligence theories, and apply teaching methods to each field. This study identifies one s strengths and tendencies through multiple intelligence theory-based vocational aptitude tests and Holland theory-based vocational preference tests that can help students find jobs that suit their careers and aptitudes, and experience themselves, art, social and human intelligence. Students exchanged work and feedback for each week, actively sharing feedback on it, and presenting final reviews, thinking about themselves and talking about what they developed and felt through the medium of footwear sculpture. Through this, it was possible to get a glimpse of the development of various senses and multiple intelligence areas, and we look forward to the development and implementation of convergence classes in various major fields in the future.
