      • 위암환자의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin C-Carbon Particle의 Mitomycin 용출에 관한 연구

        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

        연속 매몰 봉합법의 다양한 임상적 적용: 비절개 이중검 성형술

        The double eyelid operation is one of the most common cosmetic surgery performed in orientals, and there are numerous studies about surgical procedures of that. In the case of appropriate candidates, the non-incision technique makes excellent cosmetic results, with the advantages of shorter operating time, less morbidity, less pain, no scarring and easy revision of shape. But, usually the non-incision technique is recommended in the cases with thin upper eyelid, small amount of orbital fat, less redundant skin of upper eyelid and in whom a wide fold is not desired so on. Therefore, the disadvantages of this method are that it cannot be applied to all patients. The postoperative complications are disappearance or faded fold, formation of cyst of lumps, asymmetry etc. and the incidence of these complications is slightly higher than those of the incisional method. In this study , the double eyelid operation using the continuous buried suture method was performed in 210 patients for formation of double eyelid from Jan. 1993 to Dec. 1995. In conclusion very good results can be obtained by the continuous buried suture method even in the cases of puffy upper eyelid. This method can make a double eyelid shape in the fashion the patient wants and can be a new indication for correction of unilateral double eyelid. This method is safe, satisfactory and take shorter postoperative recovery time and it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.

        Yano 敎授는 f³+ f = 0를 滿足하는 (1, 1)型의 tensor f를 갖는 微分可能인 集合體에 對해서 처음으로 發表했다. 그리고 그는 大域的인 面에서 이 集合體가 積分可能일 條件을 硏究했다[6]. 그 後, Kodo氏는 正規(?? ·g) 構造를 갖는 集合體를 定義하고, 그 集合體에 있어서의 無限小變煥에 대해서 硏究發表했다[2]. 이 論文은 위의 두 사람의 硏究를 土臺로 해서 主로 (?? ·g) 九條를 許容하는 擬集合體(pseudo-manifold)를 定義하고 거기에서 成立하는 諸性質을 硏究하려 한다. §1에서는 (?? ·g) 構造를 갖는 集合體와 그 構造 tensor의 算法에 對해서 紹介한다. §2에서는 (?? ·g) 構造를 갖는 集合體 가운데 ??, ??를 滿足하는 것을 擬集合體라하고, 이 集合體에서는 ▽??가 成立한다는 것을 證明한다. §3에서는 擬集合體에서의 曲率에 對해서 살피고, 正負의 定曲率을 갖는 擬集合體는 存在하지 않는다는 것을 證明한다. §4에서는 構造 tensor ??를 不變으로 하는 無限小便煥에 對해서 硏究하고, Compact인 擬集合에서 vector가 Killing vector가 될 條件을 몇가지 求한다.

      • 開化期小說 「빈상설」硏究

        This study analyzes "Binsangseol by Lee, Hae-Jo" published in 1908. We focused on the sentence styles of this work. Following are found in this study: 1) The Title : "Binsangseol" plays combined roles of stimulating curiosity of the audience and of attracting them to the work. 2) The Theme : This work was written for the purpose of enlightening people. Also the theme is closely related to the views of the author on novel. 3) The Style : The style of the work was new at the period and thus we may categorize this style into that of modern novels. We may find the characteristics of "Shinsoseol" (novel written during the period between the end of the last century and the beginning of this century) by analyzing one of the works in that era (the age of the philosophy of enlightment when Koreans started to accept foreign cultures). We can also understand popular literature in the period of transition from novels of Rhee Dynasty to modern ones.

        This article analyzes a series of "The Literature and the Art Weekly" which were published during the Korean War. This study deals with following subjects; 1. overview(about the Literature and the Art Weekly) 2. the trends of poets and novels during the period and the critical analysis on those words 3. the critique on the analysis of public opinions using editorials 4. the investigation of writers geographic movements(from North to South Korea or from South to North because of ideological and political reasons) and their behavioral responses We need to reconsider the statement that this period can be categorized into a dark age in literature and also need to make any conclusions only after careful studies on the writers and their works during that period.

        文化財 保護區域 周邊 現狀變更 實態에 關한 硏究 : 京畿道를 中心으로

        Most nations have enacted a law and designated a protective zone of cultural assets in order to preserve them. However, todays protective zone of the cultural assets is for only the cultural assets, and is limited to preserve a wide range, for example, protecting the environment around them. In other to cope with the limit, each city has operated a committee of the cultural assets. this study has an object to show the status of the circumstance change around the cultural assets, and propose the deliberating problem, and the improvement on this matter, reviewing the related legislations, the conference reports, and deliberation reports on the subject of 8 areas applying the state change in Kyunggi province from 1998 to 2000. First, the application of the circumstance change is for a building, a graveyard, and a site of a castle, types applied from a middle-civic district, a middle-agricultural district, and a greenbelt zone. Second, in the condition of approval and disapproval, approval conditions are the height amendment of a building and security of the distance between things. Third, regarding the deliberation problem and the improvement proposal of the circumstance change, the step of pro-deliberation and deliberation is separated each in order to solve the problem of scenery destruction.

      • 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 향상을 위한 구조적 개선

        실리콘 고집적화와 대형화를 위해 실리콘 산화층과 동일한 조건으로 유리기판 위에 고상결정화(SPC)로층을 형성시켜서, 이층을 이용하여 제작한 n-채널 다결정 박막 트랜지스터(poly-Si TFT's)에 대해 전류-전압 특성을 측정하였다. 문제점으로 지적된 강한 kink 효과와 큰 누설전류를 개선하고자 제안된 LDD(Lightly Doped Drain)구조가 TFT에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 측정 결과로부터, 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터는 채널길이가 짧아짐에 따라, kink 효과는 심해졌고, 누설전류는 드레인 전압과 게이트 전압에 상당히 의존적이며, 낮은 게이트 바이어스하에서 채널길이에 영향을 받았다. 그러나, LDD구조로 제작함으로서 드레인 전계의 감소로 인하여 kink 전류와 누설전류가 상당히 감소하였다. 또한, LDD길이(△L)이 증가할수록 직렬 저항의 증가로 인하여 드레인 전류가 감소하나, 핫 캐리어에 의한 열화현상이 감소되기 때문에 적절한 △L를 결정해야 한다.
