보조생식술을 받는 부부의 부부적응, 부부 의사소통, 정신건강이 임신결과에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study is a descriptive survey that aims to understand the effects of marital adjustment, marital communication, and mental health of couples undergoing in vitro fertilization (representative assisted reproductive technology, ART) on pregnancy outcomes to provide basic information for developing nursing interventions to improve ART pregnancy outcomes. Methods: The research protocol included obtaining informed consent from participants, and data collection took place from March 2 to April 30, 2020. A structured questionnaire was used to measure the study variables. SPSS 26.0 software was utilized to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and hierarchical logistic regression. Results: For women, age, income level, and paranoia had significant effects on ART pregnancy outcomes; for men, age and somatization showed influence. Conclusion: This study suggests that couples undergoing ART should be provided appropriate nursing care, and that age, income level, and marriage duration of a couple, as well as the mental health of both partners, should be considered in efforts to improve the ART pregnancy rate. Furthermore, development and application of nursing intervention programs for promoting mental health among ART patients are needed, including those for paranoia in women and somatization in men.

국내 아동청소년공연 유통 활성화를 위한 해외사례 연구 -노르웨이 ‘컬처럴 스쿨백’을 중심으로-

본 연구에서는 한국의 공연시장 침체를 타개하기 위한 방법으로 아동청소년 관객 개발의 중요성을 인식하고, 한국의 아동청소년공연의 유통활성화를 위한 방법을 강구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아동청소년공연의 개념 및 공연 경험 유형을 정의하여 현황을 분석하고, 노르웨이의 컬처럴 스쿨백(The Cultural Schoolbag: TCS)의 아동청소년공연 유통 사례를 조사, 분석하였다. 연구 결과 아동청소년 시기에 관람형 공연 경험을 늘리기 위해 아동청소년공연 학교 유통 시스템 구축 및 전문기관설립이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of the development of the audiences for children and youths and to find ways to revitalize the distribution of performing arts for young audiences in Korea. For this purpose, the concept and the type of performing arts for young audiences experience were defined and analyzed. For this analysis, we investigated The Cultural Schoolbag (TCS) in Norway. This study suggests that it is necessary to establish a school distribution system and specialized organization or agency for the distribution for performing arts for young audiences in order to increase the experience of watching decent performances during childhood.

SLD 동조 광원을 이용한 브라그 파장 측정 LPG 센서의 신호처리 시스템

본 논문에서는 광섬유 장주기 격자를 이용한 센서 신호처리 시스템을 구현하였다. SLD와 Fabry-Perot 필터를 이용한 동조 반도체 광원과 Fabry-Perot 필터내의 PZT의 히스테리시스 특성을 보상하기 위한 에탈론 필터를 사용하였으며, 절대적인 기준 파장을 제공하기 위하여 온도 안정화된 광섬유 브래그 격자를 사용하였다. 시스템에서 검출된 신호를 A/D 변환하여 컴퓨터로 입력하고 신호 처리하여 결과를 모니터상에 표시하였다. A signal processing system of long period grating sensor that works in the optical wavelength domain is proposed. The system is based on a wavelength-swept semiconductor light source that includes an SLD and a F-P tunable filter. The hysteresis effects of PZT in the F-P filter is compensated by using an etalon filter and an athermal Fiber Bragg Grating. The detected signals from the photodiode are transmitted to a computer using an A/D converter and the result of the process is displayed in the monitor.
