흰 쥐에서 Olanzapine의 장간 재순환을 설명하기 위한 약동학적 모델

Abstract - Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug that is widely used for the treatment of schizophrenia and acute bipolar disorder. It had been reported that olanzapine was shown enterohepatic recirculation in rat and human. But pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine had not been developed yet. In this study, we developed pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine. 30mg/kg of olanzapine was administered to rats (n=7) by oral and plasma concentration of olanzapine was determined by HPLC-MS/MS(API2000). Noncompartmental analysis was done by WinNonlin and pharamcokinetic model was developed by NONMEM ver 7.2. Enterohepatic recirculation model was developed with two compartment including gall bladder compartment with mtime option and evaluation was done by visual predictive check(VPC) and bootstrap. As a result of VPC and bootstrap, our model was robust and parameter values were reliable. In conclusion, pharmacokinetic model for enterohepatic recirculation of olanzapine was successfully developed and evaluated. The model was appropriate to predict the plasma concentration of olanzapine in rat and may be useful to develop human model in further study.
LC-MS/MS를 이용한 S.D. Rat 혈장 중 Arctiin 분석법 개발

KIOM-MA128 is a novel oriental herbal medicine which is for atopic dermatitis and asthma. The purpose of this study was to develop on analytical method of arctiin in rat plasma after oral administration of KIOM-MA128. Analyte was separated on a Atlantis dC18 reverse phase column, using gradient mobile phase (A:B = acetonitrile: 0.1% formic acid in water) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. Detection was performed by electrospray positive ionization mass spectrometry using multiple reaction monitoring of the transitions of arctiin at m/z 552.4 → 372.8 and internal standard (carbamazepine) at m/z 237.0 → 194.5. The limit of quantification was 1 ng/mL for arctiin. The precisions were lower than 15% and the accuracy was between – 12.21 and 3.2%. The maximum concentration found in plasma samples was 4.1 ng/mL. The present method was successfully developed for detecting arctiin in plasma and this results would be utilized to the further study.
디지털 I-PD 제어기에 의한 태양광 발전 시스템의 정출력 제어

In this paper, constant output control of solar power generation system with instantaneous variable output is proposed. In order to get constant DC and AC voltage source, we construct Buck-Boost chopper equip with the digital I-PD type controller first. Consequently, we are able to get constant DC boltage. Next, we obtain AC source through construction PWM single phase inverter that has the constant frequency output. And we design LC filter to reduce THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). The validity of proposed control strategy is verified from results of simulation.

콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

<P>KIOM-MA128 is a novel Korean herbal medicine with antiatopic, anti-inflammatory, and antiasthmatic effects. Matrine is thought to be a potential chemical marker of KIOM-MA128, but pharmacokinetic studies on KIOM-MA128 had not been performed. This study describes a simple and rapid method using high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) to determine the concentration of matrine in rats plasma after administration of KIOM-MA128. The isocratic mobile phase consisted of methanol and distilled water, and the flow rate was 0.15 mL/min. The accuracy and precision of the assay, as well as stability tests, were performed in accordance with FDA regulations for the validation of bioanalytical methods. The half-life and <I>T</I><SUB>max</SUB> of matrine after administration of KIOM-MA128 were 4.29 ± 2.20 h and 1.8 ± 1.23 h, respectively. <I>C</I><SUB>max</SUB> and AUC<SUB>inf</SUB> of matrine after administration of KIOM-MA128 at 4 g/kg and 8 g/kg were 595.10 ± 182.91 ng/mL, 5336.77 ± 1503.84 ng/mL·h and 850.46 ± 120 ng/mL, 9583.10 ± 888.92 ng/mL·h, respectively. The validated method was successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in rats after oral administration of KIOM-MA128.</P>
사물인터넷 환경에서 표준 Profile 데이터 상호운용을 위한 DDS 기반 BLE 어댑터

IoT(Internet of Things) has purpose for providing new kind of service though interaction with everything. With development of IoT, computer model which is based on internet is changed to distributed connection model between heterogeneous things. There is a problem that it is impossible to connect between each other different protocols. To solve this problem, we should abstract each of things of data through using adaptor of middleware structure in order to make consistent data unit. In this paper, we propose BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) adaptor, which is interaction with things, based on DDS(Data Distribution Service) that is real-time standard middleware. It is possible to data interaction between BLE Devices as well as two-way data interaction with different protocol devices. Also existing BLE Devices and study have a problem that Data exchange without using a standard data format of a profile defined by the Bluetooth SIG. Using the data formats defined independently by a problem that should not exchange data according to the type and manufacturer of the device BLE. The BLE adapter to solve this problem, the classification and analysis of the 12 stand profile was applied to create a profile based on the standard data format. It is possible to get wide interoperability of not affected on the BLE devices type and manufacturer of the device because it is applied a profile that standard data format.
