Analysis of current state of construction industry functioning in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems having negative impact on sustainable development of construction industry, especially in terms of its organization. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to study existing methods of organization system supplying construction sites with necessary material resources. Companies can develop their own logistics departments, which independently solve logistics issues related to transportation organization and management, accounting and inventory management, acquisition and warehousing, intercommunication (ability to obtain both final and intermediate information during transporting materials). Using a complex of methods is substantiated: the hierarchy analysis method (Saati's method), the network method, the defect elimination algorithm DEA, the transportation problem that finds optimal problem solutions for construction sector with the purpose of rational supplying uninterrupted construction with building resources in the designed model "provider-transportation-costs".

Relative to the outer surface of the mastic coating, the reliability of the available waterproofing resource is determined by the ability to stabilize the structural characteristics in difficult climatic conditions. Organic components of mastic as a result of solar radiation, elevated temperatures and their alternating change, atmospheric oxidants, especially in industrial areas, have a tendency to self-polymerization and loss of low molecular weight components. This is the gradual loss of deformability and the transition to brittleness with its tendency to crack as the reasons for the gradual transition from normal to emergency operating condition.The presented mechanism of functioning of the coating surface indicates the expediency of increasing its components, able to stabilize the structure and prevent changes in deformability.Durability, hydrophobicity, water displacement, water absorption are accepted as estimating indicators. The main dependences of the influence of the lost additional components of mastic on the operational properties of the formed coating characterize the ability to provide successful resistance to environmental influences and longer stability. As a result, mastic acquires additional service life.

Modern concepts of management of construction production systems require solving the problems of harmonization of the distribution of structural elements on the way to overcoming global destabilization processes. An effective ratio of functional subsystems of production in an environment of mutual influence create sustainable opportunities for production management and contribute to the logical development of the system as a whole in achieving the main goal of harmonious management. The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of effective management of production systems in construction with the harmonious formation of organizational structures. The results of the study allowed to reveal the harmonization approach in improving the interaction of structural elements of production and accelerating their functional sensitivity to changes in the environment. Harmonious production system more effectively adapts to the diversity of interests, goals and actions at all levels of management of different subsystems in any environment.
