In the decision-making process, consistency is a crucial issue which causes wide public concern of exports. The lack of consistency in preference relations results in an inconsistent solution. In this paper, we propose a characterization of the consistency property using newly defined transitivity property for intuitionistic fuzzy multiplicative preference relations (IFMPR) together with complementing missing elements for incomplete IFMPR. In 2015 Jiang et al. worked on incomplete intuitionistic fuzzy multiplicative preference relations (incomplete IFMPRs) in which the IFMPRs split into two multiplicative preference relation (MPRs), and the missing elements were calculated by using the consistency of MPRs. Using new transitivity property of IFMPR, and we have developed two different methods to find the missing element of IFMPRs. The first method is two-step procedure method containing estimating step followed by adjusting step. In estimating step, the missing elements of incomplete IFMPRs are calculated by using a new transitive property instead of splitting IFMPRs into two multiplicative preference relations(MPRs). Sometimes the initial value may not satisfy the conditions of IFMPRs. An optimization model is developed in the second step to adjust the initial values that are solved by MATLAB optimization tool. The second proposed method is goal programming model based on new transitivity property to calculate the missing elements directly. Acceptably Consistent with complete IFMPRs is also checked. Two numerical examples are carried out to illustrate the above-said methods.

In the present work, the effect of altitudinal variations on the total phenol, flavonoid, and antioxidant potential of seeds and hull of Tartar buckwheat collected from 15 different locations of Western Himalaya has been investigated. Methanolic and acetonic extracts of seed and hull powder showed significantly increasing amounts of total polyphenol content, and antioxidant potential with rising altitude. Methanolic extract of seed and hull powder were found to have significantly greater polyphenol, and antioxidant potential as compared to acetonic extract. The methanolic seed extract of Inderdhara (3,133 m) showed the maximum total phenolic content 1,651 μg gallic acid equivalent/50 mg of dry weight. The methanolic seed extract of Inderdhara showed the maximum antioxidant activity (77.29±1.2%) and antiradical activity (55.5±0.5%)also. The results of this study exhibited good correlation with total polyphenol and antioxidant potential in all the samples followed by the increasing tendency towards rising altitude.
Squamous Metaplasia in Pleomorphic Adenoma: A Diagnostic and Prognostic Enigma

Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign salivary gland tumor. Histologically, squamous metaplasia has been reported in PA, but has rarely been documented as being extensive enough to cause significant misdiagnosis. Here, we present an unusual case of PA in a 50-yearold female patient presenting with swelling on the postero-lateral aspect of the palate for a week. Histopathologically, the tumor exhibited the features of conventional PA with extensive squamous metaplasia and giant keratotic lamellae in cyst-like areas. Such exuberant squamous metaplasia and keratin can be a diagnostic and prognostic pitfall and lead to overtreatment of the patient.

This review article on Cycas revoluta mainly comprehensively summarizes characterization, morphology, distribution, traditional uses, phytochemical constituents and biological activities of isolated individual constituents as well as plant extract. Cycas revoluta is commonly known as Sago palm which belongs to gymnosperm species, cycadaceae family and has been used as a traditional medicine to cure blood vomiting, flatulence, skin diseases, hypertension, gastrointestinal distress, cough, blood pressure, hair growth, astringent, diuretic, snake bite, dressing wounds, swollen glands and stomach purifying. Its phytochemical analysis have been revealed the presence of flavonoids, glycosides, non-protein amino acids, fatty acids, benzenoids, terpenes, amino acids, diterpenoids, triterpenoids, sterols, esters and steroids. The chemical constituents and crude extracts exhibit biological activities such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, cytotoxic, antileishmanial, anticancer and many more.

Background: This project aimed to assess the impact of yoga on stress, metabolic parameters and cognition (attention & concentration) in adolescents, aged 13–15 years from public and private schools in two cities (Chennai and New Delhi) in India. Methods: The study recruited 2000 adolescents from 24 schools in a cluster randomized controlled trial design. The yoga group participants underwent 17 yoga sessions, which included: pranayama, basic asanas, meditation and relaxation exercises. Yoga sessions, were held in the school premises once a week. A total of five awareness talks on healthy lifestyle were delivered once a month to the education group. ADOlescence Stress Scale (ADOSS), salivary cortisol, metabolic and clinical parameters and Letter Cancellation Test (LCT) score were measured at baseline and post-intervention (5–6 months). Results: The yoga group showed statistically significant differences in the mean ADOSS score, metabolic parameters, salivary cortisol, and LCT scores compared to the education group. In the intention- to- treat analysis, a significant reduction [5.11, 95% CI (4.78, 5.36), p = 0.001] in ADOSS score was seen in the yoga group compared to education. Conclusion: Implementation of a 17-week standardized yoga program at the school level significantly decreased stress, improved attention and concentration, metabolic and clinical parameters in Indian adolescents.
