Reed Solomon Code를 이용한 오류정정 시스템설계에 대해

In this paper, I described how to make n Error Correcting Codec system(ECC) using n-1 Reed Solomon ECC system. The system is more efficient and simple than the case of original RS n ECC system. The algorithm is proved by showing 3 ECC RS system using 2 RS ECC system. Nowadays RS ECC is used in almost all Digital AV, Communication system. Examples are CDP, HDTV, satellite communication system, DVD etc. This algorithm is really important when n ECC RS system is unreallystically complex, since in this case if n - 1 RS ECC system is relatively simple, n RS ECC system can be made using n - 1 RS ECC system.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze trade disputes between Korea and China in terms of broad industrial policy concept and to derive some solution, It provide first a historical overview of the basic theory for the trade policy in the developing countries to see how the trade policy evolved the different stage of option and then try to highlight features of China's trade policy development after the capitalization. An attempt is also made to review the trade dispute in Kimchi in order to identify what are the underlying reasons for policy failure. Finally, we will try to suggest trade strategy with major policy directions which could be relevant for trade development of Korea today. The trade dispute issue with China has been newly coined referring to Korea's weakening economic stance among the two powerful Asians countries, China and Korea has always been closed partners geographically and economically. The study has stressed that the Koreans should not recoil from the trade crisis but to consider it as an opportunity. Rapidly growing Chinese manufacturing industry has heightened the importance of trade between Korea and China, indicating conversion in specialization from vertical to horizontal, according to the economic research so far. This paper has proposed strategy to cope with any trade disputes between Korea and China.

In Current Digital C³ Devices( Communication, Computer, Consumer electronic devices), Reed-Solomon encoder is essentially used.For example we should use RS encoder in DSP LSI of CDMA Mobile and Base station modem, in controller LSI of DVD Recorder and that of computer memory( HDD or SSD memory). In this paper, we propose new economical multiplierless (also without divider) RS encoder design method. The encoder has Arbitrary parity positions.

<P>Recent advance of high-power laser processing allows for rapid, continuous, area-selective material fabrication, typically represented by laser crystallization of silicon or oxides for display applications. Two-dimensional materials such as graphene exhibit remarkable physical properties and are under intensive development for the manufacture of flexible devices. Here we demonstrate an area-selective ultrafast nanofabrication method using low intensity infrared or visible laser irradiation to direct the self-assembly of block copolymer films into highly ordered manufacturing-relevant architectures at the scale below 12 nm. The fundamental principles underlying this light-induced nanofabrication mechanism include the self-assembly of block copolymers to proceed across the disorder order transition under large thermal gradients, and the use of chemically modified graphene films as a flexible and conformal light-absorbing layers for transparent, nonplanar, and mechanically flexible surfaces.</P>
New and Efficient Arithmatic Logic Unit Design For Calculating Error Values of Reed-Solomon Decoder

본 논문에선 리드솔로몬 디코더의 오류위치 탐색장치와 오류치 계산장치중 오류치 계산기의 효율적 설계에 대해 서술한다. 오류치계산은 오류위치가 결정이 되면 선형 연립방정식의 해를 구하면 되나 갈로이스 장상에서 승산장치, 제산장치등의 회로가 구성되져야 한다. 본 논문은 이들 연산회로의 효율적 설계법에 대해 기술하고 있다. 오류위치 계산장치의 설계법은 이미 많은 학자및 기술자들에 의해 연구가 진행되어 여기서는 오류값 계산장치에 대해 주로 연구를 진행 하였다. In This Paper, New Efficient Arithmatic Logic Unit Design for Calculating Error Values of Reed Solomon Decoder is described. Error Values are solved by solving Linear system of Equations ,So called Newtonian set of identity equations. Here We Need Galois Multiplier, Adder, Divider on GF(2?) field. We prove how the Hardware circuits are improved better than the classical circuits. The method to find error location is not covered here, since many other researchers have already deeply studied it.
