Background: Preeclampsia is leading causes of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide and it is a hypertensive disorder which usually occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. In Ethiopia, according to Ethiopian National Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care about 10% of all maternal mortality (direct and indirect) were due to preeclampsia. Despite this condition has adverse effects on the maternal and child health, its prevalence is still significant especially in developing countries including Ethiopia. Objectives: The aim of the study is to assess the prevalence and associated factors of preeclampsia among pregnant women attending antenatal care at Mettu Karl referral hospital. Method: The study was conducted at Mettu Karl referral hospital using institutional based cross sectional study design among women whose age was greater or equal to eighteen from March to April 2018. Data were collected from 129 participants by face to face interview technique using structured and pretested questionnaire. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors associated with preeclampsia development. Result: A total of 129 participants were enrolled in the study with the mean age of 25.87 [SD ± 4.757]. Prevalence of preeclampsia among the current pregnant women who attend ANC in Mettu Karl Hospital were 16 (12.4%) with 95% CI (7, 18). Predictor variables like respondents age (AOR = .009, 95% CI = [.000, .317]), current multiple pregnancy (AOR = .071, 95% CI = [.007, .773]) and history of diabetes mellitus (AOR = .058, 95% CI = [.007–.465]) were significantly associated with the current preeclampsia. Conclusion: The finding of this study showed that a considerable proportion of women had preeclampsia. Health seeking behavior towards pregnant women’s should be encouraged for both urban and rural residents, which provide a chance to diagnose preeclampsia as early as possible and to prevent the coming complication towards preeclampsia.
MS-FUZZY IDEALS OF MS-ALGEBRAS

In this paper, we introduce concepts of MS-fuzzy ideals of MS-algebras. We reveal the connections between MS-fuzzy ideals and several kinds of fuzzy ideals as fuzzy prime ideals, kernel fuzzy ideals, e-fuzzy ideals and closure fuzzy ideals. We show that many of these classes are proper subclasses of the class of MS-fuzzy ideals. Finally some properties of the homomorphic images, inverse homomorphic images of MS-fuzzy ideals are studied.

This study examined the effect of solar flux (F10.7) and sunspots number (R) on the daily variation of equatorial electrojet (EEJ) and morning/afternoon counter electrojet (MCEJ/ACEJ) in the ionospheric E region across the eight longitudinal sectors during quiet days from January 2008 to December 2013. In particular, we focus on both minimum and maximum solar cycle of 24. For this purpose, we have collected a 6-year ground-based magnetic data from multiple stations to investigate EEJ/CEJ climatology in the Peruvian, Brazilian, West & East African, Indian, Southeast Asian, Philippine, and Pacific sectors with the corresponding F10.7 and R data from satellites simultaneously. Our results reveal that the variations of monthly mean EEJ intensities were consistent with the variations of solar flux and sunspot number patterns of a cycle, further indicating that there is a significant seasonal and longitudinal dependence. During the high solar cycle period, F10.7 and R have shown a strong peak around equinoctial months, consequently, the strong daytime EEJs occurred in the Peruvian and Southeast Asian sectors followed by the Philippine regions throughout the years investigated. In those sectors, the correlation between the day Maxima EEJ and F10.7 strengths have a positive value during periods of high solar activity, and they have relatively higher values than the other sectors. A predominance of MCEJ occurrences is observed in the Brazilian (TTB), East African (AAE), and Peruvian (HUA) sectors. We have also observed the CEJ dependence on solar flux with an anti-correlation between ACEJ events and F10.7 are observed especially during a high solar cycle period.
Effect of the front panel configuration on aerodynamic drag of an electric vehicle

Frontal area of internal combustion engine powered vehicles is opened with the meshed grill to induct incoming air into the engine room for engine cooling. To the contrary the frontal panel of electric vehicles is closed by design and made up of single panel. But the closed frontal panel of electric vehicle would have considerable effect on the increment of aerodynamic resistance of the vehicle. In this numerical study, the open and closed frontal panel of electric vehicle has been studied to see its effect on the aerodynamic resistance of the model vehicle. As aerodynamic drag has significant impact on the power consumption of electric vehicles especially at high speed, finding all possible ways to reduce aerodynamic drag has paramount importance to the development process of the vehicle. From the study, it was found that the drag factor (CD*A) of the model vehicle with open panel grill is reduced about 4.7%, 6.1% and 7.23% than the closed grill vehicles when tested at different speed and with different opening area. It means that the total drag of the vehicle with the open panel grill is reduced and it should have seriously effect on the energy savings of the model electric vehicle or to extend the driving range with the same size of battery.
A Numerical Study on Aerodynamic Drag Reduction of an Electric Vehicle

As the emissions from the IC engine vehicles contribute to the increase of gases linked to climate change and human ill health, zero emission vehicles are one of the approaches under focus and hoped to reduce the ever increasing pollutants in the globe. In this regard, electric car is a topic of interest and expected to be a future car. Currently the driving range of the electric vehicles is the main challenge. With the air resistance exerted on a driven vehicle being the largest energy consuming attribute, this concept study is conducted on aerodynamic drug reduction of the electric truck. In this numerical study, the open and closed frontal panel of the electric vehicle has been studied to see its effect on the aerodynamic resistance of the model vehicle using the extended (k-ε) turbulent model proposed by Chen-Kim (1987). As aerodynamic drag has significant impact on power consumption of electric vehicles especially at high speed, finding all possible ways to reduce the aerodynamic drag has paramount importance on the development process of an electric vehicle. From the study, it was found that the drag factor (C<SUB>D</SUB><SUP>*</SUP>A) of the model vehicles with 6.76% and 9.42% opened the frontal area, showed a drag reduction of 4.56% and 7.2% respectively compared to the closed front panel model vehicle at 100㎞/h. It means that the total drag of the vehicle with the open panel grill is reduced and it should have serious effect on energy savings of the model electric vehicle and in extending the driving range with the same size battery.
Honor and Shame Terms in the Context of Worship in the Psalter

Honor and shame have been widely considered as core social values of the Ancient Near Eastern world, which is the habitat for the biblical accounts. Being rich with the usage of the Hebrew words for shame and honor in the context of worship, the Psalter is explored in this paper to study the meaning of biblical worship in the light of the shame-and-honor conceptual framework.
