한국프로야구가 프로스포츠 가운데 가장 사랑받고 있지만 관중 수입으로 구단의 운영이 어려운 현실이다. 또한, 선행연구를 살펴보면 관중 소비에 관한 항목이 각각 다르게 측정되고 있기에 한국프로야구 관중이 소비하는 전체적 소비 패턴을 파악해야 할 필요성이 있다. 이에 미국 프로스포츠에서 활용되고 있는 Fan Cost Index를 한국프로야구에 접목해보는 것을 이 연구의 목적으로 하였다. Fan Cost Index를 기반으로 설문을 구성하여, 편의추출법을 통해 2013년 프로야구장을 찾은 350명에 설문의 의도를 설명하고 그 중 280부의 응답을 수집하였으며, 기술분석과 카이스퀘어를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 응답자의 다수는 3.3명 정도의 평균 동반자들과 함께하고 다수는 친구/연인과 관람하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 1인 평균 12,700원 정도의 입장료를 지출하였다. 식음료와 관련해서는 맥주와 탄산음료, 치킨을 가장 선호하며 각각 7,600원, 2,800원, 8,600원 정도를 지출하는 것으로 나타났으며, 경기장에는 자가용 승용차와 버스를 가장 많이 이용하고 있으며 주차비용은 평균 750원, 대중교통 비용은 약 1,400원 정도인 것으로 파악되었다. 응원도구/모자 구매를 위해 약 4,700원 정도 지출하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 지출들을 Fan Cost Index를 바탕으로 환산하며 약 4인 집단 기준으로 약 117,000원 정도를 한국프로야구 관람객들이 지출하는 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 관중들에게서 입장료 수입뿐만 아니라 여러 서비스를 다각적으로 제공하고 다양한 관중 수입을 높일 수 있는 시장 활동이 필요한 것으로 논의하였다. 그리고 이번 탐색을 통하여 앞으로 동의 가능한 한국형 Fan Cost Index를 개발하고 활용하면 현장 및 학문 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Despite more than 7 million spectators visit Korea Professional Baseball games, the lack of profit sources including the admission fee was confirmed by a review of previous studies. Further, prior studies have not shown an agreement in terms of consumption items or factors in the stadium among different previous studies or other professional sports . So, the present study intent to introduce the Fan Cost Index. This attempt was trying to determine the overall consumption pattern in Korea Professional Baseball Stadium crowd. The Fan Cost Index is designed to measure the total consumption for admission, food, drink, parking, and souvenir items by a group of 4 people visiting a ballpark. Thus, the present study intent to measure those spectators`` consumption in terms of the Fan Cost Index. Configuring the survey was based on the Fan Cost Index, the present study employed a survey to 350 people in the professional ballpark in 2013 through the convenience sampling method, and 280 responses were collected. The analysis was conducted by utilizing descriptive analysis and chi-square test. Mostly a spectator was likely to accompany to one`` boy or girlfriend in the majority of the respondents followed by family. And, averagely 3.3 people tended to visit a ballpark together, and the average spending for admission was 12,700 Korean won. Regarding food and soft drinks, beer and chicken were the most preferred, and appeared to cost around 7,600 won, 2800 won, 8600 won respectively. And the use of private cars and buses were the major transportation methods visiting to a ballpark. Average parking cost was 750 won, and using public transport costed about 1,400 won. Showed that spending about 4,700 won were averagely spent to buy clothing and souvenirs. To be equivalent on the basis of these expenditures of the Fan Cost Index, the Korea Professional Baseball spectators spent about 117,000 won by a group of 4 people.

A duty of nurse is to support a doctor to carry out a treatment and take care of patients, checking up their conditions more frequently. a nurse has to give inpatients moral support to make them mare comfortable. however the nurse working for this hospital has extra works to do besides from their original task, which makes them hard to focus on enhancement for a patient and staff satisfaction, hospital brand awareness, core competence and a role in the community. furthermore, it affects negatively to the implementation of health promotion for community residents and the development a local healthcare system. as the six sigma methodology has been adopted into major corporations across industries, they have achieved a remarkable financial benefits and improvement in company`s structure. using this six sigma methodology, we have systemized a nursing service to develop differentiated hospital culture and sustain quality of the service, which finally enable us to obtain a competitive advantage in the changing environment of a healthcare industry.

The purpose of this study was to explore the attitudes about smoking and factor analysis among college women. The subject were 347 female students selected by random sampling from Gimcheon College in Korea. The data were collected by survey methods a period of 7days. The data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 version, T-test. F-test and factor analysis. Analysis of the data resulted in identification of 8 factors in general group and 5 factors in smoking group. Major factor were involved in curiosity, viewpoint of smoking, health belief, friend-relationship, image, body weight loss, fault, and viewpoint of opposite sex The characteristics of smoking behavior: 1. The meaning of smoking behavior in college women is justifiable orregretable. 2. Smoking behavior is related to the perception of harmfulness to health, influence of 2nd generation. 3. Smoking in college women is not caused by antagonism toward male smokers. 4. The first smoking time was middle school students It is suggested that the results of this study may contribute to the development of strategies for the purpose of decreasing smoking behav-ior among female college students.

Thanks to the rise of the level of living and the development in the technology of health and medical care, the average span of a man's life has been prolonged along with the increased population of the aged. According to statistics in 2002, the population rate of the aged was 7.9%. Now, our society is aging and expected to be an aged society. The aging socioty is causing many serious problems about the income and medical care of the aged. Thus, this study through the inquiries into statistical records shows the present state of policies regarding the health and medical care Also, this study shows welfare policies about the aged of England and USA. The various systems and policies of other developed countries that are different from ours but should be seriously accepted are points in dis- pute. It is asserted that we should adopt and specialize welfare policies regarding the aged of various classes. Furthermore, the policies should be focused on medical care.

A growing elderly population in the society has brought about the new focus of health delivery system on health service for this population. Since Welfare Law for Elderly was in active in 1981, there has been an increasing need to look at various health problems and socio-psychological problems for institutionalized older population. The purpose of the study was to identify the influencing factors on quality of life in the institutionalized older population. A non-experimental design with survey rescarch was utilized for the study to measure depression, quality of life, and ADL. Total of 48 subjects were recruited from two separate institutions for older people in Tae Jeon Metropolitan City. The data were collected from June, 23 to June, 30 in 2000. The measurements for the study variables were MSQ(Mental Status Questionnaire) for cognitive testing, physical symptom assessment scale(Choi,1991) for objective health status, physical functioning scale(Song,1991), Korean version of Geriatric Depression Scale-short form, medified scale of LSI-Z(Choi,1997) and Facial Expression scale (Andrews & Whithey.1976) for quality of life. The data were analyzed by SPSS/PC with decriptive statistics, x^2-test, Mann-Whitney U test, and regression analysis according to the study problems. The findings of the study are as follows: Among study variables, depression and health status were the most influencing factors on quality of life by both measurements. In conclusion, the study developed to identify an influencing factors on quality of life for institutionalized older people. Further study has been suggested with systematic approach of nursing intervention to reduce depression and consequently to promote health and quality of life for this population.

The purpose of this research is to prove the importance of " The concept in Locus of Control" for psychological care of Schizophrenia patients. I have examined the relations between the character is tics of each Health Locus of Control, the degree of Self-Esteem and MMPI Scales. The survey of data was conducted among 13 schizophrenia pat-ients who were hospitalized at N-P ward, from April 1, 1985 to March 31, 1986. This instruments used for this survey were Wa 11 st on and Wallston's Multi-H.L.O.C. Scales. Rosen beg's Self-Esteem scales & MMPI scales. The result of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. The higher H.L.O.C. - Internal, the higher level of self-esteem. 2. The higher H.L.O.C. - Internal, the lower Psychoasthenia scale. 3. The higher H.L.O.C. -powerful, the lower Depression scale. 4. The higher level of self-esteem, the lower Depression scale. the lower Psychoast henia 5. The higher level of self-esteem, scale.
