        예비유아교사를 위한 디지털 역량 증진 교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과

        본 연구는 예비유아교사 대상의 디지털 역량 증진 교육 프로그램을 ADDIE 모형에 근거해 개발하고 효과를 분석함으로써, 예비유아교사가 향후 교육현장에서 디지털 매체와 테크놀로지를 수업설계, 교수ㆍ학습과 놀이지원 등에 원활하게 적용하고 발현적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 문헌고찰을 통해 예비유아교사의 디지털 역량을 디지털 기기의 교수적 활용, 디지털 정보 활용, 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 및 플랫폼 활용, 디지털 페다고지로 설정하고, 각 역량별로 하위역량을 설정하였다. 또한 학습자 분석을 위해 A대학 유아교육학과 2, 3학년에 재학 중인 106명의 학생을 조사하였고, 교육 프로그램의 설계 및 개발 단계에서는 전문가 7인의 두 차례 검토를 거쳐 교육목표와 교육내용, 수업 주제와 방법, 수업의 구체적인 내용을 도출하였다. 최종 교육 프로그램은 총 5주간 10시간에 걸쳐 총 45명의 예비유아교사를 대상으로 시행되었으며, 교육의 효과성 및 학습자의 내면 변화를 파악하기 위해 37개 문항으로 구성된 디지털 역량 측정도구로 교육 전과 후로 2회 평가를 시행하였으며, 교육 종료 후 학습자의 성찰일지를 분석하였다. 교육 후 모든 디지털 역량 및 하위역량에서 교육의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 성찰일지 분석 결과 교육 프로그램 이수 후 디지털 역량과 관련해 학습자 내면의 긍정적 변화가 일어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 예비유아교사가 유아교육기관에서 디지털 매체와 최신 테크놀로지를 활용하여 교육 활동을 수행하기 위해서는 실제와 경험을 기반으로 한 디지털 역량 교육이 필요하며, 이에 대한 교육적 대안을 제시했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. This study aimed to develop an educational program to promote the digital competence of pre-service early childhood teachers based on the ADDIE model and help them apply digital media and technologies smoothly to their lesson designs, teaching and learning, and play supports in the field of education and make use of them in an emergent manner. For these purposes, the study reviewed previous studies and pieces of literature and set the digital competence of pre-service early childhood teachers as the instructional utilization of digital devices, the utilization of digital information, digital content creation and platform utilization, and digital pedagogy before defining the subcompetences of each competence. For the analysis of learners, the researchers surveyed 106 sophomores and juniors in the Department of Early Childhood Education at A University in Korea. In the educational program design and development stage, researchers identified educational goals and content, lesson topics and methods, and the specific content of a lesson based on two reviews by seven experts. The final educational program was implemented with 45 pre-service early childhood teachers for a total of ten hours over five weeks. They took an evaluation test before and after educational program with a digital competence inventory of 37 items to determine its effectiveness and the internal changes of the learners, whose self-reflection journals were analyzed after the program ended. The findings show that the students experienced the effects of education in all the types of digital competence and their subcompetences after receiving the training. The analysis results of the learners’ self-reflection journals indicate that the educational program positively affected their digital. Pre-service early childhood teachers need to receive digital competence training based on current realities and experience so that they can provide educational activities with digital media and the latest technologies in early childhood education institutions. The present study is significant in that it proposed such an educational alternative.

        <▼1><P>A missense mutation of <I>KARRIKIN-INSENSITIVE2</I>, <I>KAI2</I><SUP><I>ply2</I></SUP>, compromises its ligand-binding activity, which subsequently impairs KAI2-signaling and multiple aspects of light-dependent responses.</P></▼1><▼2><P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>A smoke-derived compound, karrikin (KAR), and an endogenous but as yet unidentified KARRIKIN INSENSITIVE2 (KAI2) ligand (KL) have been identified as chemical cues in higher plants that impact on multiple aspects of growth and development. Genetic screening of light-signaling mutants in <I>Arabidopsis thaliana</I> has identified a mutant designated as <I>ply2</I> (<I>pleiotropic long hypocotyl2</I>) that has pleiotropic light-response defects. In this study, we used positional cloning to identify the molecular lesion of <I>ply2</I> as a missense mutation of <I>KAI2</I>/<I>HYPOSENSITIVE TO LIGHT</I>, which causes a single amino acid substitution, Ala219Val. Physiological analysis and genetic epistasis analysis with the KL-signaling components <I>MORE AXILLARY GROWTH2</I> (<I>MAX2</I>) and <I>SUPPRESSOR OF MAX2 1</I> suggested that the pleiotropic phenotypes of the <I>ply2</I> mutant can be ascribed to a defect in KL-signaling. Molecular and biochemical analyses revealed that the mutant KAI2<SUP>ply2</SUP> protein is impaired in its ligand-binding activity. In support of this conclusion, X-ray crystallography studies suggested that the <I>KAI2</I><SUP><I>ply2</I></SUP> mutation not only results in a narrowed entrance gate for the ligand but also alters the structural flexibility of the helical lid domains. We discuss the structural implications of the Ala219 residue with regard to ligand-specific binding and signaling of KAI2, together with potential functions of KL-signaling in the context of the light-regulatory network in <I>Arabidopsis thaliana</I>.</P></▼2>

        Nine Newly Recorded Species of the Family Braconidae (Hymenoptera) New to Korea

        Braconid wasps is second largest family of Hymenoptera. It is comprising more than 18,000 described species. In Korea, a total of 910 species have been recorded to date. In the present study, nine species of the family Braconidae are recorded for the first time from Korea: Aneurobracon philippinensis (Musebeck), Cenocoelius japonicus (Watanabe), Rattana sinica He & Chen, Adelius clandestinus (Förster), Blacometeorus brevicauda (Hellen), Centistes minutus Chen & Achterberg, Centistes sylvicola Belokobylskij, Gnamptodon sichotaealinicus Belokobylskij, Cotesia urabae Austin & Allen. Diagnosis, distribution and host information for the each species are provided.

        Fifteen Newly Recorded Species of the Subfamily Doryctinae (Hymenoptera) in Korea

        Doryctinae is a large and heterogeneous group with more than 1,000 described. It is idiobiont ectoparasitoids on the larvae of wood-boring and xylophagous beetles. Some species attack larvae of wood boring lepidoptera. In the present study, fifteen species belonging to eight genera of the subfamily Doryctinae are recorded for the first time from Korea: Doryctes Haliday (2 species), Eodendrus Belokobylskij (1 species), Heterospilus Haliday (4 species), Monolexis Förster (1 species), Neurocrassus Snoflak (2 species), Rhoptrocentrus Marshall (1 species), Sonanus Belokobylskij et Konishi (1 species), Spathius Nees (3 speices). The genera Eodendrus Belokobylskij, Monolexis Förster, Rhoptrocentrus Marshall, Sonanus Belokobylskij et Konishi and fifteen species are reported for the first times from Korea. Diagnosis and host information are provided.

        A Study on Occupational Stress and Coping, Turnover, Knowledge and Practice of Infection Control in Dental Hygienists of COVID-19

        Background: The importance of infection with COVID-19 is being emphasized in dentistry with high risks such as aerosols. The purpose of this study is to investigate the knowledge and practice of infection control, stress and coping, and turnover of dental hygienists. Methods: Questionnaire was conducted knowledge and practice of infection control, occupational stress and coping, turnover. Survey data was investigated about 149 dental hygienists from February to March 2021 Data were analyzed t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation using statistical programs of PASW Statistics ver. 21.0. Results: Regarding occupational stress, relationship conflict was higher in the group with less than 2 years of experience (p<0.05). Job anxiety, organizational system, inadequate compensation, and workplace culture were highly surveyed in the 3 to 5 year of experience. The group with more than 6 years of experience had the highest perception of lack of job autonomy (p<0.05). The group with higher knowledge of infection control had lower mean inappropriate rewards and stress (p<0.05). The group with high infection control performance had a lower average in items such as job instability, organizational system, inadequate compensation, workplace culture, and stress. And problem-focused coping ability was found to be high (p<0.05). Infection control knowledge and performance were positively correlated (r=0.251, p<0.01), infection control practice and stress were negatively correlated (r=-0.264, p<0.01), and stress and emotional coping were positively correlated (r=0.367, p<0.01). Stress was positively correlated with turnover rate (r=0.549, p<0.01). Conclusion: Infection control training was required to reduce occupational stress. Occupational stress was highly correlated with turnover, a holistic and systemic organizational operation and improvement of the quality of medical care were required to reduce stress.

      • Clinical Implications of Size and Number of Cavities in Patients with Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Pulmonary Disease

        Aims Presence of cavities is a poor prognostic factor in patients with nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease. However, little is known about the characteristics of such cavities and their impact on clinical outcomes. In this study, we investigated the size and number of cavities and the implications of these variables on treatment outcomes and mortality in patients with nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease. Patients and Methods We included patients diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease at Seoul National University Hospital between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2018. We measured the size and number of cavities on chest computed tomography scans performed at the time of diagnosis, and used multivariable logistic regression and Cox-proportional hazards regression analysis to investigate the impact of these measurements on treatment outcomes and mortality. Results The study cohort comprised 421 patients (non-cavitary, n=329; cavitary, n=92) with nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease. During a median follow-up period of 49 months, 118 (35.9%) of the 329 patients with non-cavitary and 62 (69.4%) of the 92 patients with cavitary nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease received antibiotic treatment. Cavities >2 cm (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 0.38; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.16-0.86) and presence of ≥two cavities (aOR, 0.37; 95% CI, 0.16- 0.83) were inversely associated with microbiological cure. Cavities >2 cm were also associated with higher mortality (adjusted hazard ratio, 2.49; 95% CI, 1.04-5.99). Conclusions The size and number of cavities in patients with cavitary nontuberculous mycobacterial pulmonary disease impact clinical outcomes; thus these variables could help in making clinical decisions.

        <P>The Aharonov-Bohm effect in ring structures in the presence of electronic correlation and disorder is an open issue. We report novel oscillations of a strongly correlated exciton pair, similar to a Wigner molecule, in a single nanoquantum ring, where the emission energy changes abruptly at the transition magnetic field with a fractional oscillation period compared to that of the exciton, a so-called fractional optical Aharonov-Bohm oscillation. We have also observed modulated optical Aharonov-Bohm oscillations of an electron-hole pair and an anticrossing of the photoluminescence spectrum at the transition magnetic field, which are associated with disorder effects such as localization, built-in electric field, and impurities.</P>

        취약청소년 자립지원을 위한 취업지원 프로그램 개선방안 연구

        본 논문은 국가차원에서 취약청소년 취업지원을 위해 다양한 개입전략 및 제도적 기반을 구축하면서 사업을 효과적으로 장기간 수행해왔던 캐나다 고용 및 사회개발부 ‘Skills Link’와 우리나라 여성가족부 꿈드림센터의 ‘두드림’ 사업과 비교‧분석하여, 향후 우리나라 취약청소년 자립지원을 위한 취업지원 프로그램에 대한 발전방안을 도출해내고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 각 국의 취약청소년 취업지원 프로그램의 사업배경 및 목표, 참여대상 및 선정기준, 사업내용, 지원기간 및 지원 비용, 사업 효과를 중심으로 비교 · 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 참여대상 선정과 관련하여 우리나라는 대상이 매우 제한적이며, 둘째, 운영방식과 관련하여 지원 기간 및 비용도 매우 낮은 수준으로 파악되었다. 이를 통한 제언으로는 자립전환기 청소년에 대한 체계적 프로그램을 설계하고 지속적인 지원을 실시해야 하며, 취약청소년의 특성과 상황을 고려한 대상자 선정이 필요하겠다. 또한 사업의 연속성을 확보하고 지원기간의 확대가 필요하며, 자립지원 사업의 성공적 추진을 위해서 청소년의 동기부여와 기업의 참여 유도 방안을 도입해야 할 것이다. The theses is an analytical comparison research between ‘Skills Link’ and ‘Do Dream’ : the former is an effective program to establish a variety of intervention strategies and the institutional foundation for employment support of disadvantaged youth, performed by ESDC in the level of the nation, and the latter is the program which is carried out by K-Dream Center of MGEF in South Korea. As for the research method, comparison and analysis have been fulfilled, focusing on the employment support program. The research includes program background, goal, participation subject, selection standard, program contents, support period, support cost, and program effect. It suggests that we should design the systematic program for the youth in the transition to independency and perform constant support. It is necessary to select beneficiary on the consideration of the characteristics and situation of the disadvantaged youth. In addition, it is required to secure consistency of the program and enlarge the support period. For the sake of successful performance of the independent living program, it is a necessity to motivate the youth and introduce the ways to encourage the business sector to take part in.

        동록안료의 재료과학적 특성 및 대기환경 영향 평가

        전통 회화 및 단청용 채색 안료 중 녹색을 표현하기 위해 사용된 동록안료의 재료과학적 특성 및 안정성을 알아보기 위하여 염화동(Atacamite), 초산동(Verdigris) 2종의 안료를 이용하여 평가를 진행하였다. 구성광물 분석 결과, K-AA는 아타카마이트(Atacamite)가 주요 구성광물로 천연 광물성 재료로 확인되고 K-VA는 호가나이트(Hoganite)로 확인되었다. 동록안료의 안정성을 저해하는 요인을 찾고자 UV 노출, CO<sub>2</sub>/NO<sub>2</sub> 가스부식 및 염수분사 시험 등의 분석을 실시하였다. 색상 안정성을 가장 크게 저해하는 요인은 두 안료 모두 염수분사 시험으로 시료 표면에 염생성물이 생성되어 변질되는 등 손상이 가중되었다. 또한 대기오염물질인 NO<sub>2</sub>의 영향도 두 안료 모두 육안으로 인지될 정도로 색이 변하여 주요 손상 요인으로 작용되는 것으로 판단된다. 특히 K-VA의 경우 K-AA와는 달리 UV 노출 평가 후 녹색에서 흑색으로 변하면서 본래의 색상을 완전히 잃어리는 것으로 K-VA의 주성분인 Hoganite가 UV 노출 후 Tenorite로 물질이 변했기 때문으로 판단된다. 두 안료의 대기환경 영향 평가 결과, K-AA에 비해 K-VA이 대기환경 영향에 상대적으로 취약한 모습을 보였다. Atacamite and Verdigris were studied material scientific properties and durability that are used for traditional green pigment in traditional art painting work and Dancheong. As a result of ingrediant analysis, K-AA and K-VA identified Atacamite and Hoganite (or Verdigris) respectively. In order to find a factor of depressing the stability of pigment, we examined UV radiant exposure test, CO<sub>2</sub>/NO<sub>2</sub> gas corrosion test and salt spray test. Salt spray test damaged both samples which were formed salt particle on the surface of the samples and it makes color disability. Furthermore, the results of gas corrosion test that both pigments change color enough to be perceived by the naked eyes showed that an air pollutant NO<sub>2</sub> gas is also considered to be a major damage factor. In the case of K-VA, Hoganite that is main component of sample changes Tenorite with turn black after accelerated UV radiant exposure test. The consequences of the atmospheric environment effect test of the two pigments, K-VA showed relatetively weaker than K-AA.
