        국내 남성 패션 유튜버 및 패션 콘텐츠 특성 연구

        This study analyzed characteristics of domestic male fashion YouTubers and fashion contents in accordance with the need to analyze various content demands and testes of male consumers in the fashion industry. Using literature research and fashion expert evaluation, characteristic factors of fashion YouTubers were derived and the popular content of fashion YouTubers was classified by subject to analyze contents according to characteristics of YouTubers. Based on literature research, ten representative male fashion YouTubers were evaluated by fashion experts. Characteristics of male fashion contents in Korea were derived from attractiveness-friendliness, friendliness, professionalism-friendliness, and expertise. Contents of male fashion YouTubers were mainly composed of styling contents that could feed back daily looks, fashion-related information contents, and Vlogs. They mainly dealt with daily fashion coordination evaluation made by YouTubers. Based on the proportion of fashion information easily accessed by ordinary men through single fashion item’s recommendations, shopping know-how or styling tip was mainly dealt with. This study was significant in that it analyzed characteristics and contents of male fashion YouTubers according to the need to analyze various content demands and tastes of male consumers who have recently emerged as an important consumer group in the fashion industry.

        해외 남성 프리미엄 아우터 브랜드의 색채 특성

        This study aimed to investigate and analyze the overall color utilization characteristics as design elements of advanced men's premium outer brands. From the analysis of a total of 889 color samples, PB showed the highest distribution in color, Bk, R, and P. The use of ltg and p of high and low chroma was high, centering on dkg of low value and low chroma, and g of medium chroma. The men's premium outer brand displays a luxurious color image centered on color planning due to color contrast between dark and grayish shades. The characteristics of colors and color distribution by brand were considered . The brands that utilized the most diverse colors and shades were Herno, which pursues sportswear of the Elegance image, and Stone Island, which pursues casual images of workwear style. These results show that systematic planning using colors and shades are utilized by all premium outer brand concept. The results of this study are meaningful because they can be used as basic data for effective product planning, men's outer design development, and color planning of outer clothing brands are they represent premium outer brands for men, and identifies color characteristics as differentiated design elements.

        The most widely used chymopapain for chemonucleolysis was withdrawn from the market due to its anaphylactic reactions. To overcome these complications, the development of alternative without side-effects is a recent challenge in the field of bioengineering to treat back pain accompanying disc degeneration. In this study, Thermomatrix (Winnova Co. Ltd, Korea) was developed by hydrophobically modifying glycol chitosan, which has thermosensitive sol-gel transition, to reduce hernia symptoms. Lumbar disc segments were retrieved from sacrificed miniature porcine. After disc degeneration with the injection of chondroitinase ABC to porcine discs, hydrogel mixture accompanied with barium sulfate and ethyl alcohol was injected into the pre-defected site. After 4 week cultivation, discs were characterized with radiographic images and histological analysis

      • The development of implant incorporated with BMP-2 loaded sponge as a delivery carrier for bone regeneration

        The 1st generation of scaffolds for spine fusion demands only `supporting` between vertebral bodies. Recently, it is needed that implants for spinal surgery have biocompatibility and functional properties such as bone regeneration. Besides, many studies reported non-union among the causes of the failure in bone fusion between implant and vertebra. In this study, new scaffold was introduced to commercial spinal interbody disk cage (PEEK). New bone integrity induced by PEEK implant incorporated with sponge-typed scaffold loaded with BMP-2. The implant prototype production is composed of disk case incorporated with sponge typed scaffold loaded with BMP-2 which is scheduled to preclinical trials using mini-porcine.

        자체처분 대상 방사성폐기물 처분 사례 연구

        Radioactive wastes generated after the activity of nuclear research and developmentare confined and controlled within the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute to observe theKorean nuclear safety Act. In this paper, the self-disposal of radioactive wastes will be describedin the cases of wood, plastic and iron contaminated with depleted uranium in surface. The surfacecontamination level was counted by a proportional counter, low back alpha/beta counter in thederived unit of radioactivity per area (Bq·cm-2). The final concentration value was calculated inunit of radioactivity per mass using the radioactivity conversion formula. According to the IAEASafety Guide, the limit for radioactive clearance level of natural uranium is less than 1 (Bq·g-1). The maximum value of the radioactive concentration calculated at our cases is 3.78×10-2 (Bq·g-1). This value was not exceeding the standard value of the allowable concentration of clearancefor each radionuclide specified in the technical standards. Therefore, the self-disposal plan wasfinally approved by nuclear regulatory body, and the wastes were safely disposed in the methodsof incineration and recycling.

      • 1P-290 The development of spinal implant incorporated with scaffold composed of collagen and thermoresponsive hydrogel chitosan as a drug delivery system for bone regeneration

        In recent years, the use of orthopedic implants for spine impairments has been rapidly increased and become prevalent for lumbar interbody fusion. The PEEK has a much lower stiffness than other metal materials. When using it for spinal fusion cage, the stress in shielding bone graft and the slow-down fusion rate were observed for the PEEK clinical applications. We have developed to evaluate the osteocompatibility of the PEEK device filled with rhBMP-2 on sponge composed of collagen and thermosensitive hydrogel that was manipulated to release slowly of rhBMP-2. Osteogenesis induced by scaffold was evaluated by assay of ALP activity, PCR and immunoblotting to determine the degree of osteogenesis in vitro. Then, the in vivo effective bone regeneration was achieved with the rhBMP-2 loaded on scaffold higher bone mass and mineral density than that of the control showing the images of u-CT and H&E on the mouse calvarial critical size defect model and porcin disc implant model.

        Gray and White Matter Degenerations in Subjective Memory Impairment: Comparisons with Normal Controls and Mild Cognitive Impairment

        Subjective memory impairment (SMI) is now increasingly recognized as a risk factor of progression to dementia. This study investigated gray and white matter changes in the brains of SMI patients compared with normal controls and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients. We recruited 28 normal controls, 28 subjects with SMI, and 29 patients with MCI aged 60 or older. We analyzed gray and white matter changes using a voxel-based morphometry (VBM), hippocampal volumetry and regions of interest in diffusion tensor imaging (DTI). DTI parameters of corpus callosum and cingulum in SMI showed more white matter changes compared with those in normal controls, they were similar to those in MCI except in the hippocampus, which showed more degenerations in MCI. In VBM, SMI showed atrophy in the frontal, temporal, and parietal lobes compared with normal controls although it was not as extensive as that in MCI. Patients with SMI showed gray and white matter degenerations, the changes were distinct in white matter structures. SMI might be the first presenting symptom within the Alzheimer’s disease continuum when combined with additional risk factors and neurodegenerative changes.

        카보닐 계열의 배출 특성과 그에 따른 악취 발생 기여도비교 연구: 반월공단내 주요 산업시설물들을 중심으로

        The carbonyl compounds in the atmosphere belong to one of the regulatory pollutants for the malodor controldesignated by the Korean Ministry of Environment (KMOE). In the present study, the emission concentrationlevels of carbonyl compounds were measured along with a number of criteria odor pollutants from a total of 47individual companies (June 2004 to January 2005). The results of our study showed that a number of carbonylcompounds(such as formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acetone, and butyraldehyde) maintained signicantly high meanconcentrations of 298 to 372ppb. In contrast, other carbonyl compounds were low enough with the mean valves of0.54 to 19.1 ppb. It was found that except for such industries as metal production or leather processing, theiremissions were generally quite significant. If the measured values were evaluated in terms of malodor intensity,butyraldehyde appeared to be the most significant contributor to the malodor release. According to themeasurements made in strong source areas, it can be concluded that several carbonyl compounds (acetaldehyde,propionaldehyde, butyraldehyde, isovaleraldehyde, and valeraldehyde) are useful enough to diagnose malodorrelease from those source areas. It should also be addressed that a number of carbonyl compounds added newly asthe result of malodor control legislation were not sensitive enough to diagnose malodor release from such sources.
