        팜 부산물에 존재하는 무기성분이 급속열분해 생성물의 특성에 미치는 영향

        In this study, the effect of inorganic constituents on the physicochemical properties of pyrolytic products produced from empty fruit bunch (EFB) by fast pyrolysis were investigated. Inorganic constituents were removed from the EFB by means of washing treatment with hydrofluoric acid (HF) and distilled water (D.I water). Ash content decreased from 6.2 wt% (EFB) to 2.4 wt% (HF-EFB) and 3.5 wt% (D.I-EFB), respectively. As a result of the inorganic component, a quantity of potassium in EFB has showed the highest removal efficiency in both HF and D.I water (HF: 80.3%, D.I water: 72.8%). Fast pyrolysis was performed with demineralized EFB in the fluidized bed reactor under the temperature of 500℃ at the residence time of 1.3 sec. The yield of bio-oil was determined to 57.3 wt% for HF-EFB and 52.1 wt% for D.I-EFB, respectively. Biochar yield decreased whereas yield of non condensable gas increased with decreasing inorganic content of EFB. Water content decreased from 26.9% (EFB) to 9.9% (HF-EFB) and viscosity increased from 16.1 cSt (EFB) to 334 cSt (HF-EFB).

      • 침엽정유추출잔사의 퇴비화 및 조사료 이용

        침엽수 잎으로부터 정유를 생산하고 남는 폐잔사의 이용도를 구명하고자 소나무, 잣나무, 편백 및 화백을 이용하여 음식물찌꺼기와 혼합하여 퇴비화 및 조사료화를 시도하였다. 폐유기물인 음식물찌꺼기를 효율적으로 발효시키기 위하여 미생물균주원을 탐색하여 돈분퇴비 등으로부터 고온호기성 박테리아 및 방선균을 선발하여 혼합균주를 대량배양 하였다. 이를 음식물찌꺼기, 정유잔사와 혼합하여 부숙과정을 거쳐 퇴비화를 시도하였으며 작물이용시험에 의한 양질 퇴비 여부를 판단하였다. 또한 발효 후 남는 잔사에 대한 조사료로서 이용 가능성 여부를 타진하기 위하여 영양성 평가 및 소화율을 분석하였다.<br/> The essential oil free needles, which were left after distillation of essential oil from various coniferous needles, were fermented with food waste organics in order to use as compost and roughage. Microorganisms for the fermentation were selected from domestic sources such as swine compost, bark compost, and kimchi, etc, and consisted of aerothermophilic bacteria and actinomycetes. The weight reduction ratio of food waste organics treated with the microorganisms was 90% after 30 days treatment, and the fermentation temperature was kept at approximately 45℃. The compost process was really slow due to chemical compounds derived from needles, and it finally took 60 days for complete compost. When 10% of needle compost was mixed with soil for radish growth, the growth indicators such as leaf length and root weight were increased compared with control, while root weight, root width, and root length were inhibited on the addition of 20% needle compost.<br/>

      • 교통장애인의 교통복지 포용정책에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 교통장애인의 이동편의 증진을 위한 여러 정책을 살펴보고 교통복지 측면에서 문제점과 개선방안을 찾아보고, 교통복지 포용정책에 있어서 교통장애인의 이동권과 규제 강화에 따른 딜레마현상을 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구의 범위는 2005년 「교통약자의 이동편의증진법」을 제정이래 우리나라의 현재 상황에 한정하고, 공간적 범위는 국내와 해외 교통장애인의 이동편의 증진과 관련된 교통복지 포용정책을 관리하는 중앙부처로 한정하였다. 선행연구에서 교통장애인의 교통안전에 대한 시설의 기능, 실천적, 정책적 대안을 제시하고 있지만, 상대적으로 교통장애인의 교통복지의 포괄적인 관련 현황과 언론보도분석, 법률 등과 사례연구에는 간과되고 있는 실정이다. 교통장애인의 교통안전문제가 쟁점화 되었을 때 그와 관련된 특성별 문제해결의 핵심적 요인을 찾아서 정책자원을 집중적으로 투여하여 문제를 해결하는 전략이 필요하다. 결론적으로 교통장애인의 사회적 문제가 잔존하는 현 상황에서 교통안전의 선행요인인 교통복지의 경향을 파악함으로써 교통장애인 교통복지지원의 현황을 확인하고, 사회복지 개입을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 연구의 기여될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to examine various policies to promote the mobility of people with transportation disabilities, to identify problems and improvement measures in terms of transportation welfare, and to identify dilemmas in transportation welfare inclusion policies due to the strengthening of transportation rights and regulations. The scope of the study is limited to the current situation in Korea since the enactment of the Act on the Promotion of Mobility Convenience for the Transportation Disadvantaged in 2005, and the spatial scope is limited to the central ministries that manage transportation welfare inclusion policies related to the promotion of transportation convenience for the transportation disabled in Korea and abroad. Although previous studies have provided facility functions, practical and policy alternatives for transportation safety of people with disabilities, the comprehensive status of transportation welfare of people with disabilities, analysis of media reports, laws, and case studies have been overlooked. When the transportation safety of people with disabilities becomes an issue, it is necessary to find out the key factors for solving the problem by their characteristics and focus policy resources to solve the problem. In conclusion, this study is expected to contribute to the current situation where social problems of people with transportation disabilities remain, by identifying trends in transportation welfare, which is an antecedent factor of traffic safety, to check the current status of transportation welfare support for people with transportation disabilities and to provide basic data for social welfare intervention.

        유채박의 효소 가수분해물로 조제한 접착제를 사용한 합판의 접착특성

        In the present study, rapeseed flour (RSF), which is a by-product from the production of edible oil and biodiesel extracted from rapeseed, was used to develop alternative adhesives for the production of plywood panels To examine the effects of the enzyme on the adhesive properties and formaldehyde emission of the RSF-based adhesive resins, three enzymes, such as cellulase (CEL), pectinase (PEC) and protease (ALC), were used either separately or together, As a crosslinking agent, PF prepolymers which were prepared with 15, 18 and 21.mole formaldehyde and I mol phenol (18-, 2.1- and 2.4-PF), were added into the RSF hydrolyzates. The adhesive resins formulated with GEL- or CEL-PEC-RSF hydrolyzates and 18-F/P PF prepolymers exhibited excellent adhesive strengths and formaldehyde emission The tensile shear strength and formaldehyde emission of the plywood panels bonded with the formulate resins were satisfied with the minimum requirement of the KS standard for ordinary plywood panels (0.6 N/mm2) In addition, formaldehyde emissions of the plywood panels approached to that of f0 specified in the KS standard (05 mg/I), and even had much better than those of commercial UP glue mixes. Overall, the use of RSF-based adhesive resins for the production of plywood panels might provide durable adhesive properties and an environmentally friendly substitute for petroleum-based adhesive resins However, further researches - the increase of solid content of RSF based adhesives for reducing press time and the microscopic observation of plywood specimen for identifying the relationship between tensile shear strength and the penetration of adhesives into wood structure -are required to commercialize the RSF-based adhesives.

        Remazol Brilliant Blue R 탈색능과 리그닌 분해 효소시스템을 이용한 유기용매 리그닌 생분해 우수 균주 선별

        In this study, outstanding white rot fungi for biodegradation of organosolv lignin were selected on the basis of their ligninolytic enzyme system. Fifteen white rot fungi were evaluated for their ability to decolorize Remazol Brilliant Blue R (RBBR) in SSC and MEB medium, respectively. Six white rot fungi (Ceriporiopsis subvermispora, Ceriporia lacerate, Fomitopsis insularis, Phanerochaete chrysosporium, Polyporus brumalis, and Stereum hirsutum) decolorized RBBR rapidly in SSC medium within 3 days. The protein contents as well as the activities of manganese peroxidase (MnP) and laccase for 6 selected fungi were determined on the SSC medium with and without organosolv lignin. Interestingly, extracellular protein concentrations were determined to relative higher for S. hirsutum and P. chrysosporium in the presence of organosolv lignin than others. On the other hands, each fungus showed a different ligninolytic enzyme pattern. Among them, F. insularis resulted the highest ligninolytic enzyme activities on incubation day 6, indicating of 1,545 U/mg of MnP activity and 1,259 U/mg of laccase activity. In conclusion, STH* and FOI were considered as outstanding fungi for biodegradation of organosolv lignin, because STH* showed high extracellular protein contents and ligninolytic enzyme activities over all, and ligninolytic enzyme activities of FOI were the highest among white rot fungi used in this study.

        Desflurane 흡입 마취 유도 시 기도 과민성에 대한 Lidocaine과 Fentanyl의 효과

        Background: Inhalation induction with desflurane can cause airway irritability and sympathetic stimulation. The aim of this study was to investigate whether lidocaine and fentanyl could reduce these unwanted reactions. Methods: Seventy-five patients who had premedication with midazolam were randomly allocated to one of three groups to receive intravenous saline (S group), lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg (L group), fentanyl 1 μg/kg (F group), respectively, before tidal volume induction with desflurane in oxygen and nitrous oxide. We recorded airway irritability such as cough, apnea, laryngospasm and excitatory movement and hemodynamic changes. Results: Airway irritability was not significantly different between the groups. In F group, mean blood pressure at LOC ver and LOC BIS and heart rate at LOC ver, LOC BIS and just before intubation were lower than those of S group (P<0.05). Other results were not significantly different. Conclusions: The results of the study showed that intravenous fentanyl and lidocaine had no beneficial effects to reduce airway irritability, but intravenous fentanyl could significantly reduce hemodynamic stimulation during inhalation induction with desflurane in the patients who were premedicated with midazolam.
