In this paper, we propose new data association method called the Highest Probability Data Association with Limited Measurement Numbers(HPDA-LIMN) using a Signal Itensity Ordering method applied to tracking in clutter environment. The performance of HPDA-LIMN algorithm is tested in a series of Monte Carlo simulations runs and is compared with the exiting data association method in cluttered environment.

In this paper, we propose a enhanced anti-corrosion property of the ground system by coating the CNT/PVDF composite film on it. Polymer material used for preventing the corrosion of ground system is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and conducting filler for obtaining conductivity of the composite film is multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). The MWCNTs were dispersed in the organic solvent of methyl ethyl ketone 2-butanone (MEK) with different concentration ratios, and the PVDF was solved in the MEK solvent with constant concentration ratio of 1 wt%. The CNT/PVDF composite solution was perpared by mixing and re-dispersing the CNT solution and the PVDF solution. Finally, the CNT/PVDF composite films were fabricated by the spray coating method using the above composite solution. Electrical conductivity, surface states, and anti-corrosion property of the CNT/PVDF composite films coated on the Cu substrate were evaluated. We found that the CNT/PVDF composite film showed relatively low resistance, hydrophobic surface state, and chemical stability. Consequently, we could improve the anti-corrosion property and maintain the electrical conductivity of the ground system by coating the CNT/PVDF composite film on it.

In order to detect and track target, submarine gather the target information(bearing, range, frequency and so on) with using multiple sensors. And submarine can estimate target states with target information. In this paper, we suggest the target motion analysis(TMA) filter architecture of submarine and the proposed TMA filter architecture is tested by a series of computer simulation runs and the results are analyzed and verified.
DC 바이어스를 인가하여 수열합성법으로 성장시킨 ZnO 나노와이어의 성장 특성

Hydrothermal synthesis technique could be carried out for growth of ZnO nanowires at relatively low process temperature, and it could be freely utilized with various substrates for fabrication process of functional electronic devices. However, it has also a demerit of relatively slow growth characteristics of the resulting ZnO nanowires. In this paper, an external DC bias of positive and negative 0.5 [V] was applied in the hydrothermal synthesis process for 2~8 [h] to prepare ZnO nanowires on a seed layer of AZO with high electrical conductivity. Growth characteristics of the synthesized ZnO nanowires were analyzed by FE-SEM. Material property of the grown ZnO nanowires was examined by PL analysis. The ZnO nanowires grown with positive bias revealed distinctively enhanced growth characteristics, and they showed a typical material property of ZnO.
PEDOT:PSS 전극의 전도도향상에 의한 CNT/PVDF 복합막의 압전성능 개선

In this paper, we fabricated flexible CNT/PVDF (carbon nanotube / polyvinylidene fluoride) piezoelectric composite device with flexible poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) : polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) conducting polymer electrode using spray coating method. We tried to improve the piezoelectric performance from the CNT/PVDF composite film by enhancing electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS electrodes. Electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS electrode was enhanced by dipping it into the EG (ethylene glycol) solvent. Changes of chemical composition of the PEDOT:PSS electrode were analyzed with the dipping time by XPS (x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy) in terms of oxygen (O1s). Finally, Piezoelectric performances such as output voltage and current were measured with the dipping time. We found that enhanced electrical conductivity of the PEDOT:PSS electrodes resulted in improvement of the piezoelectric performance of the CNT/PVDF films.

In this paper, we propose new data association method called the Highest Probability Data Association(HPDA) using a Signal Amplitude information ordering method applied to active sonar tracking and track initiation in cluttered environment. The performance of HPDA is tested in a series of Monte Carlo simulations runs and is compared with the existing Probabilistic Data Association with Amplitude Information(PDA-AI) for active sonar tracking in clutter. The proposed HPDA algorithm is also applied to automatic track initiation in clutter and its performance is compared with the existing IPDA-AI algorithm.
CNT/PMMA 복합막 검출기의 유기화합물 증기의 검출 특성

In this paper, we fabricated organic compounds detector using the MWCNT/PMMA (multi-walled carbon nanotube / polymethylmethacrylate) composite film. We used polymer film as a matrix material for the device framework, and introduced CNTs for reacting with the organic compounds resulting in changing electrical conductivity. Spray coating method was used to form the MWCNT/PMMA composite film detector, and pattern formation of the detector was done by shadow mask during the spray coating process. We investigated changes of electrical conductivity of the detector before and after the organic compounds exposure. Electrical conductivity of the detector tended to decrease after the exposure with various organic compounds such as acetone, tetrahydrofuran (THF), toluene, and dimethylformamide (DMF). Finally we conclude that organic compounds detection by the MWCNT/PMMA composite film detector was possible, and expect the feasibility of commercial MWCNT/PMMA composite film detector for various organic compounds.
도축돈의 마이코플라즈마성 폐렴에 관한 연구 1. 육안적 폐병변과 dot-ELISA에 의한 계절별 조사

We report the seasonal prevalence of the mycoplasmal pneumoniae of swine (MPS) in slaughter pigs from July of 1999 to June of 2000. Gross finding of lung lesion observed and examined by dot-ELISA. In gross finding of lung lesion from 750 pig samples, 465 (62.0%) was MPS, and 129 (17.2%) was single or double infection with actinobacillosis and pasturellosis. However, 156 (20.8%) had no lesion. In seasonal detection, the prevalence was found to be winter (69.5%), autumn (63.5%), summer (60.0%) and spring (54.7%) in orderly frequency. In dot-ELISA, the result was showed the positive reaction (x16>titre) with 58.0% and negative (x4<titer) with 42.0% among a total of 1,710 pigs from 62 farms. In seasonal patterns by dot-ELISA, the prevalence was increased orderly in autumn (61.2%), winter (59.4%), spring (57.8%) and summer (54.4%). Accordingly, the new preventive strategies for MPS are necessary because the prevalence was relatively high especially in winter and autumn.

Target Motion Analysis(TMA) means to detect target position, velocity and course for using passive sonar system with bearing-only measurement. In this paper, we apply the TMA algorithm for a submarine with Multi-Sensor Data Fusion(MSDF) and we will decide the best TMA algorithm for a submarine by a series of computer simulation runs.
도축돈의 마이코플라즈마성 폐렴에 관한 연구 2. 폐조직에서의 균분리와 nested-PCR방법에 의한 동정

We report that mycoplasma organisms from lung tissues of slaughter pigs were identified to genes fragments with references use of nested-PCR technique(nPCR). Seven strains of mycoplasma species were isolated from 70 lung tissues. The organisms were detected by in vitro amplification of 16S rRNA and 23S rRNA genes. Nucleotide sequences of the spacer between 16S and 23S in the ribosomal RNA operons of mycoplasma were identified by the analysis of products from the nested PCR. Four common PCR primers, MhF1, MhF2 MhR1 and MhR2, were designed by analysis between these sequences by first amplified with F1, R1 and second with F2, R2, respectively. Specific amplification of the spacer region for reference strains of M. hyopneumoniae, M. hyorhinis, M. flocculare were confirmed by first round of PCR in which the traduced fragments of 690bp, 460bp, 630bp. But amplications of second round was changed to 240bp, 210bp, 230bp, respectively. Three different strains (M. hyopneumoniae:4, M. hyorhinis:2, M. flocculare:1) were detected by the nested-PCR technique. The results suggest that the detection of swine mycoplasma by n-PCR can be analyzed the nucleotide sequences between rRNA operons and homology study.
