우리 사회의 공정성 인식이 행복에 미치는 영향 분석: 정부 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 우리 사회의 공정성 인식과 행복 간의 관계를 2021년 조사된 사회 통합실태조사 데이터를 활용하여 분석하고, 공정성 인식과 행복의 관계에 정부 신뢰가 매개효과가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 공정성 인식은 행복과 정부 신뢰와의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미했지만, 정부 신뢰는 공정성 인식과 행복을 매개하지 못했다. 또한 통제 변수로 설정한 성별, 결혼, 소득, 학력은 선행연구들에서 확인된 결과와 마찬가지로 행복과 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 가지고 있었다. 본 연구는 공정성 인식과 정부 신뢰를 제고하고 국민의 행복 증진을 위해 정부의 공정한 절차 확보 및 규제 완화를 통한 시장 개입 최소화, 공정성을 기본으로 정부 신뢰 확보, 행복부처 신설의 필요성을 제안했다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다.

프로파간다라는 시선을 넘어서: 수령님 노래와 어버이의 나라

This article aims to reexamine a wide-ranging perspective that equates North Korean songs on “Great Leader” with a tool of the cult of personality and the consolidation of regime. For this, we first investigate the ideal of “art for art’s sake” on which the view of propaganda relies to purport to be politically neutral. We then analyze the political reality from which this view is actually emanated, in focussing on the fight for truth and justice between “we” and enemy and the process of “belief-meaning-misrecognition” specific to it. In conclusion, we argue that the song of Great Leader contains the “dream-truth” of socio-political life of North Korea in which sociological research should be invested. 이 논문은 북조선에서 울려 퍼지는 어버이수령에 대한 노래를 ‘체제유지와 우상화의 수단’으로 환원하는 익숙한 시선을 검토에 부친다. 이를 위해 첫째, 프로파간다라는 시선이 정치적 중립성의 외장을 취하기 위해 내세우는 순수예술이라는 당위의 실상을 부르디외의 예술사회학에 준거해 살펴본다. 둘째, 문제의 시선이 뿌리 내리는 장소, 즉 ‘우리’와 ‘적’이 진실과 정의의 독점을 놓고 쟁투하는 정치적 현실을 그 존립에 요구되는 믿음-의미-오인의 순환에 초점을 맞춰 분석한다. 셋째, 어버이의 나라라는 지평 위에서 펼쳐지는 북조선적 삶의 ‘꿈’과 ‘진리’가 수령님 노래에 집약되어 있다는 주장과 함께, 노래를 북조선에 대한 사회학적 해명의 기획이 천착해야할 대상으로 제안한다.

This study describes the research contents, strategies, and applications of simulator for measuring and evaluating human sensibility. The simulator is the integrated experiment facility which can change the physical environment artificially to measure and grasp the reaction feature of human sensibility for the products and environments. The design technique consists of two parts; development of technique to present the mock environment related to sensibility elements and development of software to measure and evaluate sensibility physiologically and psychologically. The simulator can be utilized for evaluating the main industrial products and environments. Therefore, the simulator can increase the added-value of the product and environment, and also contribute to the improvement of quality of human life.

일터에서의 성찰이 조직구성원의 사회화에 미치는 영향: 신뢰와 지식공유활동의 조절된 매개효과

Employees acquire knowledge implicitly and explicitly in order to get their work done. Organizational socialization is an important process for knowledge acquisition and sharing knowledge based on trust among the members is critical during the process. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of workplace reflection on organizational socialization and to verify the moderated mediating effect of trust and knowledge sharing. The results of this study are as follows. Whereas non-reflection in workplace showed a negative effect on knowledge sharing and organizational socialization, knowledge sharing showed partial mediation between non-reflection and organizational socialization. And as for the moderate effect of trust on knowledge sharing, there exists indirect pathway between non-reflection and organizational socialization and showed alleviative moderated effect. The study verified that critical reflection in workplace showed a positive effect on both variables, and knowledge sharing showed partial mediation. And as for the moderated mediating effect of trust and knowledge sharing between reflection and organizational socialization, it showed consolidated moderated effect. Lastly, trust on co-workers did not show moderated effect of knowledge sharing between critical reflection and organizational socialization. Based on the result of the study, academic and practical implications were suggested. 일터 환경에서의 불확실성과 모호성을 제거하기 위해 조직구성원들은 사회화 과정을 통하여 조직에서 요구하는 지식과 기술을 습득한다. 본 연구는 사회적 학습의 관점에서 일터에서의 성찰과 지식공유활동의 중요성을 실증적으로 검증함으로써 구성원들의 조직 적응을 높이기 위해 조직이 어떠한 부분에 관심을 갖고 지원해야 하는지에 대한 실천적 시사점을 찾고자 하였다. 구체적으로 일터에서의 성찰이 조직사회화에 미치는 영향관계에서 지식공유활동이 매개역할을 하는지 살펴보고, 이러한 간접경로효과에 대해 동료, 상사, 조직에 대한 신뢰가 조절하는가를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 일터에서의 무성찰은 지식공유활동과 조직사회화에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 지식공유활동은 부분매개역할을 하였다. 또한 신뢰(동료, 상사, 조직)는 이들 사이를 완화시키는 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 일터에서의 비판적 성찰은 지식공유활동과 조직사회화에 긍정적인 영향을 주었으며, 지식공유활동은 이들 간의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사, 조직에 대한 신뢰는 이들 사이를 강화시키는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 동료에 대한 신뢰는 비판적 성찰과 조직사회화 간 지식공유활동의 간접경로에 대해 조절효과를 갖지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 학문적 의의 및 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

HVIA-GE: 기가비트 이더넷에 기반한 Virtual Interface Architecture의 하드웨어 구현

본 논문에서는 고성능 PC 클러스터 시스템을 위한 사용자 수준 인터페이스인 Virtual Interface Architecture(VIA)를 기가비트 이더넷을 기반으로 하여 하드웨어로 구현하였다. 기가비트 이더넷 상의 하드웨어 VIA (HVIA-GE)는 PCI 33MHz/32bit 버스 기반으로 하고, 물리적인 네트워크로는 고성능 클러스터 시스템 구축을 위해 기가비트 이더넷을 채용하였으며, FPGA를 사용하여 VIA 프로토콜 엔진을 구현하였다. 주소변환 및 Doorbell 메커니즘을 커널의 간섭 없이 하드웨어로 처리하도록 하였으며, 특히 효율적인 주소변환을 위해 ATT를 HVIA-GE 카드상의 SDRAM에 저장하고 VIA 프로토콜 엔진에서 직접 처리하도록 개발하였다. 이러한 구현의 결과로 송수신시에 발생하는 통신 오버헤드를 대폭 줄이게 되었으며, 최소 11.9${\mu}\textrm{s}$의 지연 시간, 최대 93.7MB/s의 대역폭을 얻을 수 있었다 HVIA-GE는 최소 지연시간에 있어서 기가비트 이더넷 상에서 VIA의 소프트웨어 구현 방식인 M-VIA에 비해 약 4.8배, 기가비트 이더넷상에서의 TCP/IP에 비해 약 9.9배 빠른 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 최대 대역폭에 있어서는 M-VIA에 비해 약 50.4%, TCP/IP에 비해 약 65%의 성능향상을 가져왔다. This paper presents the implementation and performance of the HVIA-GE card, which is a hardware implementation of the Virtual Interface Architecture (VIA) based on Gigabit Ethernet. The HVIA-GE card is a 32-bit/33MHz PCI adapter containing an FPGA for the VIA protocol engine and a Gigabit Ethernet chip set to construct a high performance physical network. HVIA-GE performs virtual-to-physical address translation, Doorbell, and send/receive completion operations in hardware without kernel intervention. In particular, the Address Translation Table (ATT) is stored on the local memory of the HVIA-GE card, and the VIA protocol engine efficiently controls the address translation process by directly accessing the ATT. As a result, the communication overhead during send/receive transactions is greatly reduced. Our experimental results show the maximum bandwidth of 93.7MB/s and the minimum latency of 11.9${\mu}\textrm{s}$. In terms of minimum latency HVIA-GE performs 4.8 times and 9.9 times faster than M-VIA and TCP/IP, respectively, over Gigabit Ethernet. In addition, the maximum bandwidth of HVIA-GE is 50.4% and 65% higher than M-VIA and TCP/IP respectively.

여성을 대상으로 5가지 향에 대하여 감성 형용사를 이용한 주관적 감성을 조사하였다. 향 시료는 백매화향, 솔향, 백단향, 침향, 설매화향이며, 향에 대한 주관적 감성은 향 형용사 25문항에 대하여 단극 7점 척도로 조사하였다. 조사한 결과, 5가지 향에 대한 이미지는 심미성, 여성성, 신비성 3가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 조사 연령대와 관계없이 설매화향과 백매화향의 ‘심미성’과 ‘여성성’에 대한 이미지는 높았다. 연령대가 높을수록 설매화향의 ‘신비성’ 이미지가 높게 나타났다.
