To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.
다수 평가자들의 이질성을 고려한 품질기능전개 응용 사례 연구

Quality Function Deployment(QFD) is a useful tool so as to meet both customer and engineering requirements and also to ensure quality throughout each stage of the product development and production process. Since the QFD analysis involves multi-participants, the heterogeneity in the input information contained in the House of Quality(HOQ) chart is inevitable. If the heterogeneity is neglected, the QFD analysis results are likely to be misleading. Thus, probabilistic QFD considering the heterogeneity complements the limitation of existing deterministic QFD by using the PDF of HOQ`s input data, simulation modeling and statistical analysis method so as to efficiently deal with the randomness and uncertainty in the data processing. This paper presents a case study on applying the probabilistic QFD considering the heterogeneity to public service area(Jikji related policy and projects). Customer Attributes(CA) for Jikji related policy, as well as the Engineering Characteristics(EC) which have influence on the quality of Jikji related service were determined from the interviews and questionnaires with various groups. According to the results obtained by the case study, the priority order of EC importance from the probabilistic QFD`s output is similar to that of EC importance through comparing the output`s mean value. However, the order structure of EC`s 10 items divided by 6 or 8 order groups because there is same order among them.
고구마 검은썩음병균(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)으로부터 식물독소의 분리 및 구조

Lasiodiplodia theobromae is a pathogen of Java black rot on sweet potato. This fungus infects the tuberous root during storage after harvest. Invasion of the fungus results in the expansion of necrosis sites into the tuberous roots. The resultant necrotic symptom of the tissue is also induced by application of acetone extract of the fungus growing on potato sucrose agar (PSA) culture. The active principles to induce the necrosis are purified from the acetone extract as follows. After evaporation of hexane-benzene-EtOAc (1:2:1, v/v/v) the extract was fractioned on silica gel column, using a solvent gradient system from n-hexane to EtOAc and then to MeOH. The active fractions were purified with HPLC on Nucleosil 50-5 column by eluting n-hexane to EtOAc. Their structures are established by using spectroscopic techniques and synthesis to 4-hydroxymellein and mellein, respectively. Application of small amount of these compounds induce expansion of the necrotic symptom into the tissue and accumulated ipomeamarone. Conclusively, these compounds acted as phytotoxins (inducing necrosis) and as elicitors (eliciting the phytoalexin).
AHP方法을 이용한 大學綜合情報시스템 提案書 評價를 위한 評價指標 點數 設定에 대한 硏究

The objective of this study is to set evaluation index points for valuating university total information system proposals using the Analytic Hierarchy Process as an analytical tool. The AHP is a systematic procedure for analyzing the elements of any problem hierarchically. Based on survey of expertise, a series of pairwise comparison judgments is performed to evaluate the relative strength or intensity of impact among the elements in the hierarchy. This study are applied 4 kinds of evaluation criteria(at the first level) such as enterprise, technology, project management, and support and 24 kinds of detail measures(at the third level). In short, AHP enable the decision maker to incorporate all the factors, and to compare of which through addition and subtraction so that he/she could lead to a rational decision.
