산화물 환원공정에 의해 제작된 n-형 Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 화합물의 열전특성연구

We report the thermoelectric transport properties of n-type Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 compounds prepared by oxide-reduction process. The oxide-reduction process is a recently developed method that can synthesize Bi2Te3-based compounds using only oxide starting materials, which is advantageous in terms of the diversity of the starting materials and cost efficiency. In this study, starting materials of Bi2O3,TeO2 and SeO2 were ball-milled for homogenous mixing, and then oxidized to prepare mixed oxide powders. The mixed oxide powders were reduced at different reduction temperatures (573, 603, 633 and 663 K) for 7 h under hydrogen atmosphere. A single phase of Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 could be achieved when the reduction temperature was higher than 603 K, and the shape of the particles changed from granules to flakes with increasing reduction temperature. Furthermore, the formation of antisite defects of BiSe was promoted by increasing reduction temperature, which strongly affected the electrical and thermal transport properties of the Bi2Te2.7Se0.3 compounds, which were prepared by spark plasma sintering of the reduced powders. The anisotropic microstructures in the sintered bodies were significantly influenced by the shape of the reduced powders, which was also controlled by the reduction temperature. The thermoelectric transport properties were characterized at room temperature, and the detailed effects of the reduction temperature on these properties are discussed in terms of the anisotropic microstructure and antisite defects.

Since the buccinator myomucosal flap was first described, it has been modified, with the study of anatomical model. Therefore, buccinator myomucosal flap can be elevated in various direction according to defect with its sufficient arc of rotation. With the buccinator myomucosal flap, intraoral reconstruction was performed in 3 patients. Two adult patients were suffered from complete cleft palete. Partial tongue reconstruction was performed in another patient following partial glossectomy due to tongue cancer. Satisfied results were obtained in all three patients. In these cases, the author designed flaps in island patterns. It would be more helpful to close donor site primarily and obtaining free rotation arc. The pedicle was located in retromolar trigone, flap detachment was not needed. Considering the disadvantages of other reconstruction methods, such as contracture, hair growth and poor oral hygiene caused by skin graft or conventional free flap, the buccinator myomucosal flap would be another good option for intraoral reconstruction with “like tissue”.

We report the effects of incorporated Cu on the thermoelectric transport properties of Bi0.42Sb1.58Te3 compounds prepared by the hot pressing method. The hole concentration in the compound increased significantly with the increase in the Cu content. The acceptor role of Cu was manifested by Hall measurements and also by the temperature-dependent Seebeck coefficient. Mobility in the compound was mainly governed by phonon scattering, and was additionally affected by ionized impurity scattering. Density-of-state effective mass increased with the Cu content and its effects on the power factor were discussed.

We report the effects of Sb content on the charge transport and power factor of Bi2-xSbxTe3(1.56 ≤ ≤ 1.74) compounds prepared by hot pressing. From the temperature-dependence of the electrical conductivity, it was found that the charge transport in the compounds was predominantly governed by acoustic phonon scattering, and additionally affected by ionized impurity scattering. Hole concentration increased with increasing Sb content due to the generation of antisite defects, and its process-dependence is discussed in comparison with our previous work. The room-temperature mobility of the compound gradually decreased with increasing Sb content due to the intensification of ionized impurity scattering by the antisite defects, however, the effect of grain boundary scattering on the mobility could not be observed. The Seebeck coefficient decreased with the increase in Sb content, and this effect was interpreted in terms of the carrier concentration and the density-of-state (DOS) effective mass. The DOS effective mass was estimated by Pisaernko relation, and it increased from 0.75 ( = 1.56) to 0.97 ( = 1.74) with increasing Sb content due to the non-parabolicity in the valence band of Bi2-xSbxTe3. Based on these results, the effects of Sb content on the power factor were discussed, and the highest power factor of 37.2 × 10-4 Wm-1K-2 was obtained in the Bi0.3Sb1.7Te3 compound at room temperature.

설교는 언제나 목사의 삶의 의미 전체이면서 그 중요성 때문에 또한 목사에게 무거운 짐이다 .어떻게 설교할 것인가라는 설교의 방법론에 대한 문제도 중요하지만 무엇을 설교할 것인가 하는 내용에 관한 문제가 설교자에게는 매우 중요하면서도 무거운 짐이다. 설교하는 목회자들이 언제나 갖는 관심사 중에 하나가 요즈음에 잘 받아들여지는 설교나 예화가 어떤것인가 이다. 그 시대에 잘 받아들여질 수 있는 관심사만을 골라서 설교를 하면 되지 않느냐라는 단순한 결론도 성립된다. 설교가 물론 그 시대의 관심사를 무시해서도 안되지만 그것에만 초점을 맞추게 될 때 잘못하면 설교가 사람들의 비위를 맞추는 인간의 말이되기 쉽다.
