楊州郡 水洞面 中學生의 肺 및 肝디스토마 感染率과 保健知識에 關한 調査

A prevalence survey using intradermal test on paragonimiasis and clonorchiasis and a K.P.A. study on the 2nd intermediate host of Paragonimus westermani and Clonorchis sinensis were carried out on the middle school students of Soodong Myun as a part of comprehensive communiy health demonstration program from May to July of 1972. The following results were obtained. 1) A total of 269 middle school students(male 174, female95)were examined and showed positive reactions as follows; 41.6 per cent to paragonimus antigen and 13.8 per cent to clonorchisantigen. And the positive rate of paraponimiasis in male(45.4%)was higher than that of female(34.7%). 2) According to the age of the students, the rang of positive reactions to paragonimus antigen varided widely from 34.6 per cent in 13 years age group to 53.8 per cent in 17 years age group and that of reactions to clonorchis antigen also varied from 4.5per cent to 23.2 per cent. 3) According to student residential Rie, the positive rates varied with the range of 26.9 per cent to 65.1 per cent in paragonimiasis and with that of 7.5 per cent to 28.6 per cent in clonorchiasis. 4) The proportions of understanding on the infestation route of Paragonimus westermani and Clonorchis sinensis into humen were 67.0 per cent and 43.0 per cent among 269 student respondents. 5) Proportions of understanding on the skin test for paragonomiasis and clonorchiasis through their experience during the school annual physical examinations were only 35.0 per cent on the skin test of paragonimiasis and 29.0 per cent on that of clonorchiasis among 269 student respondents. 6) Proportions of catching experiencs and eatingexperiencs of cray-fish, the 2nd intermediate host of Paragonimus westermani were 92.0 per cent and 71.0 per cent among 269 student respondents.
