The set of activities intended to ensure their products which can be goods and/or services, is getting crucial to the successful business in almost competitive markets. Though the mass production fields like electronics and automotive industries have matured and versatile methodologies on quality issues, in the case of small quantity batch processes especially after various manufacturing processes, problems of quality assurance highly depends on determination by the intended users, clients or customers. This study suggests digital simulation processes to cover wide categories of products required expensive real experiments under specified hydro-pressures. To cope with the diverse changes after manufacturing from nominal thickness of raw pipes, all geometry modeling reflected measured thickness distributions over specified points and validation tests for numerical simulations were performed to minimize the number of product disposals as the process of design proof tests. Through this project, the manufacturer established a business process of numerical simulation and validations, which make it possible that they are very confident from early stage of bidding to service steps after deliveries in terms of not only technical power but overall quality assurance, because they successfully attained meaningful agreements with major clients by proposed digital simulation process in this paper.

This paper presents a hierarchical framework for managing the sampling distribution of a particle filter (PF) that estimates the global positions of mobile robots in a large‐scale area. The key concept is to gradually improve the accuracy of the global localization by fusing sensor information with different characteristics. The sensor observations are the received signal strength indications (RSSIs) of Wi‐Fi devices as network facilities and the range of a laser scanner. First, the RSSI data used for determining certain global areas within which the robot is located are represented as RSSI bins. In addition, the results of the RSSI bins contain the uncertainty of localization, which is utilized for calculating the optimal sampling size of the PF to cover the regions of the RSSI bins. The range data are then used to estimate the precise position of the robot in the regions of the RSSI bins using the core process of the PF. The experimental results demonstrate superior performance compared with other approaches in terms of the success rate of the global localization and the amount of computation for managing the optimal sampling size.
대장균이 보유한 Plasmid 유래 Tetracycline A, B 내성결정기의 분포

목적 : 현재까지 13가지 정도가 알려져 있는 Tc 내성 유전자의 대장균내의 분포를 조사하여 두면 균의 생활상 뿐아니라 발병 및 확산 경로의 추적에 지표가 결 것이다. 대상 및 방법 : 입원한 환자의 소변에서 분리한 대장균 유래 4개의 Plasmid와 건강인의 대변에서 분리한 대장균 유래 22개의 plasmid 등 총 26개의 tetracycline(Tc) 내성 plasmid를 대상으로 tetracycline A, B 내성 유전자(tet A, tet B)의 분포를 조사하였다. 결과 : EcoRI에 의한 절편들에 tet A probe를 사용한 hybridization의 결과, 5.6kb의 공통된 절편과 9.5kb의 절편에서 강한 hybridization band를 나타내는 2종류였다. tet B probe를 사용한 결과 소변에서 분리한 대장균 유래의 plasmid들에서 나타난 2.8kb 및 3.6kb 크기의 tet B 내성 유전자의 절편은 대변유래의 plasmid들에서는 관찰할 수 없었다. tet B 내성 유전자를 가진 plasmid들의 Tc 및 minocycline에 대한 최소발육저지농도가 tet A 내성 유전자를 가진 plasmid들 보다 높았다. 결론 : 건강인의 대변에서 분리한 대장균이 보유한 plasmid는 tet A를 보유한 것이 15개, tet B가 5개, tet A와 tet B의 두가지를 보유한 것이 2개로 다른 보고자들의 결과와는 달랐으며, 입원한 환자의 소변에서 분리한 대장균 유리 4개의 plasmid는 모두 tet B를 보유하고 있다. Using restriction endonuclease analysis and DNA-hybridization techniques with the tet A and let B resistant determinant DNA probes, we have examined the frequency of these determinants among 26 tetracy-cline(Tc) resistant plasm13s. All the 4 plasmids from 4 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from urine hybridized only with the tet B probe. Of the 22 plasmids from 22 strains of Escherichia coli isolated from healthy stool, 15(68%) plasmids hybridized with the tet A, 5(23%) plasmids with the tet B, and 2(9%) plasmids with the two probes, tet A and tet B. The tet A probe hybridized with 5.6kb DNA fragments of 6 plasmids and 9.5kb of 2 plasmids from fecal isolates. The hybridization pattern_with the tet B probe showed more complicated than that with tet A probe. The tet B probe hybridized with 2.8kb DNA fragments of all 4 plasmids and hybridized with 3.6kb fragments of 3 plasmids from urinary isolates. But the 2.8kb and 3.6kb DNA fragments were not founded in the EcoRI treated plasmids from fecal isolates. The transconjugant Escherichia coli strains harboring the plasmids with the tel B resistant determinants showed higher level of resistance to Tc and minocycline than those with the tet A.
가청수중음에 의한 넙치의 행동에 관한 기초적 연구 : 1.육상수조 양식장내의 환경소음

A fundamental experiment was carried out to confirm the behaviour of Bastard halibut Paralichthys olivaceus to audible underwater sound in a breeding ground around the coast of Cheju Island. To find characteristics of breeding water tank and experiment water tank. ambient noise, undcrwater noise and feeding sound of fish were measured and analyzied respectively. The results of measurement are as follows: 1. The maximum sound pressure level of ambient noise in breeding water tank was 81dB. average maximum sound level of underwater noise was 81dB at 120Hz. 2. The maximum sound pressure level of ambient noise in experiment water tank was 76dB and underwater noise was 84.2dB at 130Hz. 3. The maximum sound pressure level of feeding sound was 85dB at 120Hz.
