Respiratory Pump Failure 환자의 장기간 호흡관리

Respiratory pump failure is a condition which the respiratory system can not meet the metabolic demand because of the inability of respiratory muscles to ventilate the lungs without any pulmonary pathology. Two cases of respiratory pump failure(myasthenia gravis and Guillian-Barre syndrome) had been treated with controlled and assisted ventilation using the Bennet MA II ventilator. Large tidal volume with high peak flow rate was given to permit leakage of gases during inspiration when the patients were ventilated with CMV with asaistance. This made the patients capable of communicating with persons by phonation which was the greatest advanage of this mode of assisted ventilation.

The cultural complex's primary audience is children including their families, along with the school and community groups that support and influence children's growth and development. The complex offers a variety of art and cultural activities through which children can understand each other in a more friendly environment, Children's cultural complex also offers children and their families a fun, interactive learning experience that challenges visitors to work in teams, manipulate objects, role play, problem solve and develop eye-hand coordination with a variety of unique exhibits and programs. As the society wants children to grow up feeling secure and self-confident with respect for others and the natural world, we need a more creative space for children encouraging imagination, curiosity, questioning, and realism. With the provision of children's cultural complex we can provide opportunities for new insights, involvement with the world and understanding of human differences with world-class exhibits and programs. The mission of children's cultural complex can be said to create a community where play and learning connect. In order for interactive and complex functioning of its space, children's complex can have creative areas where children could interact, experiment, and follow their own curiosity.

고골의 『이반 꾸빨라 전야』에 나타난 민속적 모티프와 기독교적 모티프

Статья посвящена изучению повести Н.В. Гоголя 『Вечер накануне Ивана Купала』. Проведенный анализ показывает подчиненный характер фольклористических мотивов по отношению к христианским в раннем произведении 『Вечер накануне Ивана Купала』. Мы можем отметить, что в этом произведении имеются мотивы или элементы фольклоризма и христианства. Другими словами, в нем фольклорические мотивы тестно связаны с христианскими. Кроме того фантастические и романтические мотивы тестно связаны с реалистическими. Получается, что смешенность этих двух противоположных мотивов, которая обнаруживается в фантастическом пространстве и реальном времени в повести 『Вечер накануне Ивана Купала』. То есть в ней фантазия имеет тесную связь с действительнистью, реальностью и историчностью.

영국을 위시한 세계 도처에서 벌어지는 최근의 디자인의 사회적 실험은, 전문가가 주도하는 디자인 과정에서의 사용자 참여를 유도하는 기존의 전통적인 방식이 아니라 지역과 생활공간의 주체인 주민이 다양한 전문가그룹과 함께 연대하여 삶과 공간의 디자인을 통해 모두가 함께 할 수 있는 생산적 대안공간을 만들고 가꾸는 사회적 의사소통장치로서의 디자인에 더 가깝다. 디자인과정에서의 사용자의 의견을 묻고 이를 반영하는 소극적 참여에서 벗어난 디자인의 사회적 실험은 잠재된 사용자의 공간욕구를 유도해내고 이들의 참여를 이끌어낼 수 있는 디자인의 사회적 역할에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 지역안에서의 구성원들의 일상적 삶에 내포된 공간욕구를 읽어내고 그 바램과 희망을 담아낸 대안적 공간을 디자인언어로 전환하여 이를 다시 지역 구성원안에 삽입시킴으로써, 디자인이 지역 구성원들이 공동체공간에 대한 필요를 공감하고 너와 나 모두를 위한 공간 만들기에 스스로 참여할 수 있도록 자극하고 설득하는 매개체로서 기능할 때 디자인의 사회적 실험은 완성된다고 말할 수 있을 것이다.<br/> (본문중에서)

Данная статья посвящена изучению о вопросе любви, связанной с характером и образом Оленьки-героини в рассказе 『Душечке』(1899) А.П. Чехова. Любовь Оленьки-героини, которая постоянно любила кого-нибудь и не могла без этого. усиливается после разлуки с предметом своей лювби.То есть любовь Оленьки усиливается после разлуки с предметом своей лювби не только с первым мужом-Кукином и вторым-Пустоваловом, но и с третьем предметом своей лювби-Смирнином.Оленька в разлуке со Смирнином продол жает думать о своей любви, которая становится глав ной ценностью в жизни. Любовь Оленьки придает ей новый смысл жизни. Думается, что создатель-Чехов не дает ответа на вопрос, сможет ли Оленька как найти способ решения сложного и трудного любовного вопроса о своей послед ней любви с Сашей сыном Смирнина. Создатель-Чехов заканчивает свою мысль о новой неизвестной будущей судьбе своей героини своего проиведения через ‘откры тый конец’ в его самом конце.

초고령화사회 대비 관련 3법 분석을 통한 한국 의원입법의 특성

In recent years, as the degree of democratization in Korean society has increased, members of the National Assembly are also very active in their law-making initiatives. However, most of the propositions are discarded without being discussed resulting ineffective legislative activities. Therefore, this study intends to suggest policy implications through empirical analysis targeting all the legislative bills of the 3 Acts for the super-aging society initiated by the 19th and 20th National Assembly. This study conducted an empirical analysis focusing on professionalism and efficiency among the three conditions-democracy, professionalism, and efficiency-of the legislative proposals suggested in previous studies. In particular, in order to systematically analyze the effectiveness of legislation, three policy theories were integrated to present an analysis framework for content analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there were quite inefficient legislative proposals in that the number of mutually identical and similar proposals was considerable. In addition, regardless of the macro-policy goals in terms of philosophical values between progressives and conservatives, the number of proposals for amendments at the level of policy means or means setting was found to have increased rapidly. Even though these proposals are easy to on political agreement, these proposals were not processed. For the effective legislative activities in the future, the direction of the parliamentary legislation should be established based on the philosophical/value orientation, and it should be a legislative bill reflecting the policy design consisting of policy means and means setting. Also, the policy consultation function within the political party should be activated. 최근 들어 한국사회의 민주화 정도가 높아지면서, 국회의원들의 의원입법 발의 역시 매우 활발해지고 있다. 그러나 상당한 의원입법이 사장되는 현실에 있어 많은 문제점 및 개선책이 제기되고 있었으나, 현실은 크게 나아지지 않은 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구는 한국사회가 당면한 주요 정책이슈인 제19대 및 20대 국회 발의 초고령사회 대비 3법의 모든 의원입법 발의안을 대상으로 실증분석을 통한 심층적 문제점 제시 및 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존연구에서 제시한 입법안의 세 가지 조건-민주성, 전문성, 효율성- 중 전문성과 효율성에 초점을 맞추어 실증분석을 실시하였다. 특히 입법안의 효율성을 체계적으로 분석하기 위하여 세 가지 정책이론을 통합하여 내용분석을 위한 분석틀을 제시하였다. 분석결과, 기존연구에서 논의한 바와 같이 임기만료폐기된 법률미반영안이 매우 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성의 측면에서 비용추계서도 없고 미첨부사유서도 첨부하지 않은 경우가 매우 높은 것으로 나타나, 전문성의 문제가 심각한 것이 재확인되었다. 셋째, 내용분석 결과 진보/보수 간 핵심정책신념의 차이에도 불구하고 상호 동일/유사 발의안이 상당하였다는 측면에서 상당히 비효율적 입법발의가 있었음이 확인되었다. 또한, 철학적/가치적 측면에서의 거시적 정책목표와 상관없이 정치적 합의가 수월한 정책수단 내지 수단셋팅 수준에서의 개정안 발의건수가 급증한 것으로 나타났다는 측면에서 정책설계 정합성이 상당히 낮은 발의안이 많다는 것 역시 밝혀졌다. 향후 한국의 의원입법이 나아가야 될 방향으로, 철학적/가치적 지향성에 기반하여 정책목표의 수립이 되어야 될 것이며, 이와 정합성을 가지는 정책수단 및 수단셋팅으로 구성되는 정책설계가 반영되는 입법안이 되어야 될 것이다. 또한, 실제 실현가능성의 측면에서 재정적 전문성이 담보된 입법안의 필요성이 다시 한 번 강조된다고 할 수 있다.
