이동희 새한철학회 2000 哲學論叢 Vol.20 No.-
이 논문은 본 연구팀에 의해 수집 분류된 헤겔의 연구문헌목록(김윤구, 이동희, 헤겔연구문헌목록, 철학논총 17집, 1999)에 기초해서 한국의 헤겔철학수용과 그 연구사를 다루고 있다. 연구 대상의 범위는 『정신현상학』과 『논리학』을 제외한 이제까지 한국에서 발표된 헤겔연구와 관련한 모든 논문, 즉 『법철학』, 『역사철학』, 『종교철학』, 『미학』, 『자연철학』, 『청년기저작 및 엔치클로패디』, 『기타』 등이다. 이 연구대상의 범위는 공식적 학위취득을 목적으로 해서 쓰여진 석박사학위논문이며, 다른 하나는 개별적 연구자들에 의해 자유롭게 학술지에 발표된 개별적인 논문, 즉 단논문으로 다시 나누어져 다루어졌다. 연구팀이 이제까지(1998년 9월 15일) 수집한 결과에 따르면, 국내에서 헤겔과 관련한 석박사학위논문은 총 270개로 집계된딘 그리고 단논문은 총 454로 집계된다. 이 논문이 분석의 대상으로 삼은 미학, 법철학, 종교철학, 자연철학에 관련한 논문들을 이 중에서 다시 추려보면 석박사학위 논문은 총편수 270중 128편이고, 단논문은 총편수 454 중 212 편이다. 세분하면, 미학은 17편(석박사 12, 단논문 7), 자연철학 10편(석박사2, 단논문 10), 종교철학 40편(석박사19, 단논문 21) 역사철학 64편(석박사24, 단논문40), 범철학 110편(석박사65, 단논문, 45), 청년기저작 21편(석박사6, 단논문15), 기타 78편(단논문 78)이다. 이 논문의 연구방법으로는 주로 시기별 통계방식을 사용했고, 시기별로 헤겔연구사의 경향과 특징들을 적어 놓았다. 예외적으로 헤겔의 법철학과 관련해서 주제별 통계방식도 사용하였다. 헤겔철학의 현실관련성 때문 탓인지, 한국에서 행해진 헤겔철학의 연구경향과 연구주제는 시기별로 시대적 문제의식이 뚜렷하게 드러나지만, 공통적으로 나타나는 특성은 연구물들 이 특정한 몇몇 주제와 텍스트에 주로 편중되어 있다는 점이다. 그러나, 다행스러운 일은 시기별로 보면 헤겔철학의 다양한 주제의 연구들이 매년 증가하는 추세를 보인다는 점이다.

이중 속도 제어 구조에 의한 서보 제어기의 비선형 마찰 토크 보상

Servo motor systems with ball-screw and timing-belt are widely used in NC, robot, FA and industrial applications. However, the nonlinear friction torque and damping effect in machine elements reduce the control performance. Especially tracking errors in trajectory control and very low velocity control range are serious due to the break-away friction and Stribeck effects. In this paper, a new double speed controller is proposed for compensation of the nonlinear friction torque. The proposed double speed controller has outer speed controller and inner friction torque compensator. The proposed friction torque compensator compensates the nonlinear friction torque with actual speed and speed error information. Due to the actual information for friction torque compensator without parameters and mathematical model of motor, proposed compensator is very simple structure and the stability is very high. The proposed compensator is verified by simulation and experimental results. 회전형 전동기와 볼스크류 및 타이밍 벨트를 이용한 서보 시스템은 NC, 가공기, 로봇 및 공장 자동화를 포함하여 산업 시스템 전반에 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 동력의 전달에서 발생하는 비선형적인 마찰 및 댐핑현상은 제어 시스템 전체의 성능을 감소시키고, 특히 저속 정역 운전에서 그 영향이 크게 나타난다. 본 논문에서는 서보 제어시스템에서 발생하는 비선형적인 마찰 토크의 보상을 위해 가중치를 가지는 이중 제어 구조를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 이중 제어 구조는 서보 제어 시스템에서 널리 사용되는 PI 속도 제어기 내부에 비선형적인 마찰 토크의 영향을 보상하는 내부 제어기를 가지는 구조이다. 특히, 내부의 제어기는 마찰 토크에 의한 시스템의 속도오차에 대하여 가중치를 가지는 구조로 설계되어 있고, 제어기의 이득은 외부 속도 제어기의 이득에 대하여 비례적으로 적용되므로, 안정성이 매우 높고 구조가 매우 간단하다. 본 논문에서 제안된 이중 제어 구조에 의한 비선형 마찰 토크 보상 방식은 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 그 성능을 검증한다.

鑄鐵의 固相反應에 의한 組織變化, 特히 鑄鐵內의 黑鉛狀態의 變化를 고찰하였다. 本 基礎硏究에서는 鑄鐵에 Mg을 여러 條件下에서 擴散시킨 結果 鑄鐵組織內의 固相反應에서도 黑鉛이 球狀化하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었으며 또한 時效에 의해 球狀黑鉛이 成長함을 확인하였다.

플라즈마 회전전극법에 의해 제조된 TiAl 분말의 응고특성

The impurity levels, shapes and solidification characteristics of PREPed Ti-51at%Al powders were investigated. Oxygen and carbon contents were varied very much with particle size. The appearances and microstructures of powders were found to be depended on cooling rate which is in turn particle size. The estimated cooling rate of powders ranging 200 to 50㎛ in size was 1.6×10⁴∼1.7×10^5 K/s. The coarse powders were solidified as primary α dendrite. From about 30% of ◎50㎛ in size martensite -like microstructure was found, which was believed to result from the solid state transformation of primary β phases during cooling.

동결건조법이 Rifamycin 발효의 Starter Cell에 미치는 영향

Nocardia mediterranei NCK-4를 동결건조시 생존도에 미치는 영향을 검토하기 위해 보호물질의 종류와 농도, cell 농도 및 건조시간에 대해 실험한 data를 반응표면분석법을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 추정된 최대치의 생존도는 39.3%이었으며, 이 최적 조건은 sucrose 11.6%(v/v), cell 농도 1.16×10^11(CFU/㎖), 건조시간 6.18 hrs로 나타났다. N. mediterranei NCK-4를 동결건조하여 rehydration한 후 계대배양없이 starter cell로서 발효생산에 사용가능성을 검토한 결과, 전배양시 대조군인 FVM(frozen vegetative mycelium)과 거의 비슷하게 cell의 농도를 맞추어 발효함으로써 가능하다. 따라서 이 starter cell은 lyophilization 후 약 18개월간 저장하여 안정하게 사용할 수 있었다. Upon lyophilization of Nocardia mediterranei, the effects of cryoprotectants, cell concentration and drying time on viability were examined. The data were treated by computer according to response surface analysis. As a result, the maximum value of presumed viability was 39.3% under the optimal conditions of 11.6%(v/v) sucrose, 1.16×10^11 (CFU/㎖) cell concentration, and drying time for 6.18 hrs. We also used the starter cell of rehydrated solution after lyophilization in industrial production, obtained the fermentation pattern and the purity of rifamycin B which were the same with control (FVM) and it is possible for us to use N. mediterranei as a starter cell after the storage of lyophilization for 18 months.

Improvement Characteristics of Bio-active Materials Coated Fabric on Rat Muscular Mitochondria

This study surveys the improvement characteristics in old-aged muscular mitochondria by bio-active materials coated fabric (BMCF). To observe the effects, the fabric (10 and 30%) was worn to old-aged rat then the oxygen consumption efficiency and copy numbers of mitochondria, and mRNA expression of apoptosis- and mitophagy-related genes were verified. By wearing the BMCF, the oxidative respiration significantly increased when using the 30% materials coated fabric. The mitochondrial DNA copy number significantly decreased and subsequently recovered in a dose-dependent manner. The respiratory control ratio to mitochondrial DNA copy number showed a dose-dependent increment. As times passed, Bax, caspase 9, PGC-1α and β-actin increased, and Bcl-2 decreased in a dose-dependent manner. However, the BMCF can be seen to have had no effect on Fas receptor. PINK1 expression did not change considerably and was inclined to decrease in control group, but the expression was down-regulated then subsequently increased with the use of the BMCF in a dose-dependent manner. Caspase 3 increased and subsequently decreased in a dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that the BMCF invigorates mitophagy and improves mitochondrial oxidative respiration in skeletal muscle, and in early stage of apoptosis induced by the BMCF is not related to extrinsic death-receptor mediated but mitochondria-mediated signaling pathway.
