      • 무궁화 위성방송 수신용 고이득 마이크로스트립 배열안테나의 설계

        In this paper, a microstrip array antenna for receiving KOREASAT broadcasting is designed, which has left-handed circularly polarization property with the gain of 29dB at 11.84GHz. An antenna using a single feed point is chosen as an array element because of its simplicity and low feeding loss. The 2 X 2 array is a basic array element to achieve the overall 16 X 16 array antenna. All the elements of the array are fed in phase using the parallel feed method for broadside beam radiation. The actual dimension of array is about 30 X 30cm. The measured return loss and VSWR is in a good agreement with the calculations. The measured results are as follows ; SLL of -15dB below, gain of 27dB, directivity of 31.9dBi, and axial ratio of 0.74dB at 11.84GHz.

      • 반도체 제조시설 내의 설비배치와 자동물류시스템 설계를 위한 휴리스틱

        반도체 제조공정의 효율적인 설계 및 운영에 많은 관심이 있어 왔고 반도체 제조시설의 효율적인 설계에 있어서 설비배치와 제조물류시스템설계는 필수적인 두가지 설계상의 이슈들로 알려져 왔다. 제조물류시스템과 설비레이아웃 간의 관계는 잘 알려진 바와 같이 밀접한 연관이 있고 이를 고려하여 이 두 가지를 통합적으로 고려한 설계는 제조물류비용의 감소, 제조물류시스템의 효율성 향상 및 장기투자비용의 타당성 제시라는 여러 가지 측면에 있어서 많은 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 앞서 언급한 설비배치와 제조물류시스템 설계를 통합한 문제를 제시하고 Fab 내의 각 Bay를 연결하는 지름길(Shortcut)의 위치를 결정함으로써 해당 문제를 효율적으로 풀기위한 알고리듬을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 알고리듬에서는 Bay들과 중앙물류시스템을 가지고 있는 전형적인 반도체 제조시설의 레이아웃의 형태를 결정하는 과정에서 양분되어 있는 Bay 공간의 지름길의 위치와 설비그룹의 배치를 휴리스틱기법으로 구하게 된다.

        An exceedingly rare case of perforated early gastric cancer is reported. A 68-year-old man developed a peritonitis due to perforation of early gastric cancer. Emergency radical operation was performed and followed by uneventful recovery. The histologic examination of the surgical specimen showed early gastric cancer of typeⅢ, composed signet ring cell carcinoma. 5 years of surgery, the patients survived with no evidence of tumor recurrence. The rarity of this complication in early gastric cancer is discussed and the literature reviewed.

      • Zipper CMOS PLA 의 설계 및 테스트

        In this paper, a new circuit type, the Zipper CMOS PLA, is described. Then a testable design and testing method for it will be discussed. The Zipper CMOS PLA has the regular structure of PLA and a NAND-NAND logic Zipper CMOS circuit. Therefore it incorporates all the advantages of dynamic CMOS circuit and array logic. In the testable design, feedback loops are formed in Zipper CMOS PLA by adding simple extra circuits. The oscillation, in test mode, occurs through the loops and can be observed at the outputs. By the proposed method, test application and evaluation are easy. The fault coverage is improved. The algorithms are also proposed, which add the extra circuits to the Zipper CMOS PLA and generate the test patterns. The validity of the designs is verified by performing the logic level simulation. Also the proposed algortithms are realized on VAX 11/750(UNIX) in C language.

      • 우리나라 석탄연소 분진의 물성측정

        대기오염 물질중 분진은 식물의 성장이나 동물의 호흡기 계통에 많은 피해를 입히는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 분진을 대량 배출하는 석탄사용 업체중 6개 업체를 선정하여 Fly ash의 전기저항과 입도분포 및 화학성분, 집진가스의 온도, 수분함량, 석탄중의 황함량을 측정하고 이로부터 전기 집진기의 집진효율에 미치게 될 영향을 고려하였다. Among the air pollutants, coal combustion dust causes a considerable harms to the growth of plants and injures the animal's respiratory organs. In this study, six coal utilzing companies emitting a lot of dusts were selected. The electrical resistivities, size distributions and chemical composition of the fly ash, and gas temperature, moisture, and surface content of coal were measured for these companies. With these measured data, the factors influencing on the precipitation efficiency of the electrical precipitator were discussed.

        This paper treats the deformation characteristics rather than the shear ones. On the reconsolidated and remoulded saturated clay sampled from the downstream of Yeongsan river in Cheollanamdo, it is investigated that the prediction of strains will be possible based on the theory considering the effect of dilatancy among the several prediction theories 1) developed so far through the undrained and drained triaxial compression test. The conclusions analized are as follows. 1. It is confirmed that the stress paths obtained from the undrained triaxial test with constant cell pressure are similar one another, and state path normalized with Pe(mean equivalent pressure) is overlapped on the same locus, so that there exists a unique state path on the specimens used in this experimental study. 2. The volumetric strain due to the model based on the characteristics of the dilatancy effects is similar to the experimental observation. 3. The prediction of shear strain due to both the incremental theory and the volumetric strain 2) is similar to the experimental observation.

      • 복부절개 수술후 창상감염에 대한 환자-대조군 연구

        수술후 창상감염에 대한 감염율 및 분포를 조사하고 환자-대조군 연구를 통해 창상감염에 대한 위험요인들의 통계적 유의성을 관찰하기 위하여 1986년 1월 1일부터 1989년 6월 30일까지의 기간동안 순천향 대학병원 외과에서 복부절개 수술을 시행한 2,522명 환자를 대상으로 창상감염을 조사하였다. 1. 수술후 창상감염율은 4.2%이었다. 2. 성별로는 남성에서 5.1%, 여성에서 2.9%의 창상감염율을 보였고, 연령이 증가하면서 창상감염율도 높았다. 3. 수술창상의 오염정도에 따라 Clean operative wound에서는 2.6%, Contaminated to dirty operative wound에서 7.9%의 창상감염율을 보였다. 4. 수술부위별로는 Explo-lapa의 경우 7.5%로 가장 높은 창상감염율을 보였다. 5. 연도별로는 뚜렷한 추세를 보이지 않았으며, 1987년도에 6.2%로 가장 높은 감염율을 보이고 있다. 6. 창상감염 형태로는 농형성이 48.6%로 가장 많았으며, 수술후 7일째에서 13일째 되는 기간동안 감염이 발생되는 경우가 51.4%로 가장 많았다. 7. 수술후 창상감염환자와 대조군인 비감염환자와의 상대위험비 비교에서는 이완기 고협압의 경우, 빈맥일 경우, 여자에 있어서의 체중과다, 수술년도만이 통계적으로 유의한 차를 보였다. 본 연구는 수술후 창상감염에 대한 환자-대조군 연구로 창상감염의 위험요인들을 평가하고, 위험인자에 대한 통계적 의의를 관찰하였다. To study the postoperative wound infection rate and its distribution, medical records of 2552 patients who had abdominal operation at the Dept. of Surgery in a university hospital from Jan. 1, 1986 through June 30, 1989 was examined. To study the risk factors for postoperative wound infection, case-control study was made on 69 pairs. The results were as follow ; 1. The overall postoperative wound infection rate was 4.2%. 2. Infection rate by type of operation was 4.4% in elective operation, 4.1% in emergency operation. Infection rate by sex was 5.1% in male, 2.9% in female. Infection rate by age group was ranged from 0.4% to 6.2% and was incereasing with age. 3. Infection rate was 2.6% in clean operative wound and 7.9% in contaminated to dirty operative would. 4. Infection rate by anatomical region of operation showed highest rate(7.5%) in Explo-laprarotomy. 5. There was highest infection rate(6.2%) in 1987 and showed no annual trends. 6. Distribution of wound infection by each characteristics revealed 48.6% in pus formation, 29.9% in seroma formation, 15.9% in disruption of main wound and 51.4% was noted between 7th and 13th postoperative day, 32.7% was noted between 4th and 6th postoperative day. 7. Odds ratio in case-control study for risk factors of postoperative wound infection was statistically significant only in diastolic blood pressure, tachycardia, overweight in female, operation year.
