      • Polyistotic Fibrous Dysplasia 1例 : Report of a Case

        A case of the polyostotic polymeric fibrous dysplasia was reported with review of literatures which involved the both maxillary sinusese, mandibls, and left femur, humerus, ulna and all the metacarpals. Homogenous intramedullary bone graft was done for the treatment of the intertrochanteric fracture of the femur in this case.

      • 江原地域의 動力耕耘機 事故實態 調査分析 硏究

        동력경운기의 安全事故 豫防과 그 사고에 따른 補償對策에 관한 기초자료를 얻고자 江原道내 11개 市, 郡을 대상으로 하여 동력경운기에 의한 農機械 事故 實態를 조사 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 動力耕耘機의 年平均 사고율은 11.16%이었으며. 型式別 年間 사고율은 6PS 10.00%, 8PS 11.57%, 10PS 11.08%이었다. 2) 運轉者의 年齡, 學歷別 연간 사고율은 20대 2.7%, 30대 20.9%, 40대 11.5%, 50대 15.4%로 나타났으며, 연령이 낮을수록 사고율이 높은 경향으로 나타났다. 3) 運轉經歷別 年間 사고율은 2년 이하 6.4%, 3-4년 사이 3.6%, 5-6년 사이 17.3%로 나타났으며, 使用年數別 사고율의 경우는 使用年數가 5-6년일 때가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4) 동력경운기에 대한 技術習得 과정은 본인 스스로나 이웃을 통한 것이 82%로 대부분이었으며 이들의 사고발생률이 46%나 되었다. 따라서 농기계를 구입하는 사람들은 의무적으로 技術習得 및 安全敎育을 받도록 하여야 한다고 생각한다. 5) 事故原因은 人的 要因이 67.2%로 가장 높았으며, 상처 形態別로는 타박상〉골절〉찰과상=절단 순이었으며, 상처 부위별로는 팔=다리〉손가락〉손〉허리 발=발가락〉머리의 순이었으며 사고자의 19.4%가 후유장애가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 6) 사고에 따른 平均治療 日數는 17.5일, 治療 日數別로는 3일 미만 21.3%, 3-5일 27.9%, 6-10일 21.4%, 11-20일 18.0%, 21-30일 7-8%로 나타났다. 7) 사고에 따른 治療費는 自家 24천원, 通院 102천원, 入院 1,813천원으로 평균 치료비는 311천원이었으며, 治療費別 分布率은 1만원 이하 29.5%, 1-5만원 36.2%, 6-10만원 14.8%, 11-15만원 16.3%로 나타났다. 8) 농기계의 사고 豫防的 차원에서 安全敎育을 담당할 專門人力 養成 및 確保, 安全事故에 따른 傷害控除 制度의 전면적인 실시 및 농민, 생산업체, 학교, 정부 간의 유기적인 협력체제가 필요한 것으로 생각된다. This study was conducted in order to find out the basic data of compensation and information of power tiller accident trends for a establishment of safety control on power tiller farming, in duration of IJUN 1985 to 15 AUG 1989. The total investigated partion area was covered with 11 cities(gun) in KANGWON province. The results of this survey are summarized as follows; 1. The annual accident distribution of power tiller showed 11.6%. The annual accident distribution of type was 10.00% by 6PS, 11.57% by 8PS, 11.08% by 10PS. 2. The annual accident distribution age and education were 2.7% by twenties, 20.90% by thirties, 11.5% by fourties, 15.4% fifties. In operator's level, the power tiller accidents were highly occured in proportion to lower educational background and young aged. 3. The annual accident distribution of driving history were 6.4% by less 2 year, 3.6% by 3∼4year, 17.3% by 5∼6 year. 4. The accident rate at the process of technique acquirement recorded 82%, and 46% of farmer acquired general technic of power tiller by himself. 5. With regard to accident pattern, it appeared in the sequence of arm, leg and finger in wound part, and bruise, fracture and scrach in wound pattern and 19.4% of wounded farmer were researched that they have after effect. 6. Medical treatment days were that at home 1.5 days hospital attending 17.5% hospitalization 23 days and on medical treatment period 21.3% by less 3 days, 27.9% by 3∼5 days, 21.4% by 6∼10 days, 18.0% by 1∼20 days, 7∼8% by 21∼30 days. 7. On medical cost, hospitalization was the highest 1.813 thousand won, distribution rate of medical cost recorded 36.2% which damaged farm house of 10 thousand won. 8. A viewpoint of accidents prevention, it needs to secure the technical safety training. In economic aspect, the problem of present our country's farmhouse industrial calamity is so serious that the all out introduction and performance of farmwork machine accident insurancee system for accident compensation is absolutely necessary.

        시각센서를 이용한 벨로우즈 외부 모서리 레이저 용접 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

        The welded metal bellows is commonly manufactured by welding pairs of washer-shaped discs of thin sheet metal stamped from strip stock in thickness from 0.025 to 0.254 mm. The discs, or diaphragms, are formed with mating circumferential corrugations. In this study, the diaphragms were welded by using a CW Nd: YAG laser to form metal bellows. The bellows was fixed on a jig and compressed axially, while Cu-rings were installed between belows edges for intimate contact of edges. The difference between the inner diameter of bellows and jig shaft causes an eccentricity, while the tolerance between motor shaft and jig shaft causes a wobble type motion. A vision sensor which is based on the optical triangulation was used for seam tracking. An image processing algorithm which can distinguish the image by bellows edge from that by Cu-ring was developed. The geometric relationship which describes the eccentricity and wobble type motion was modeled. The seam tracking using the image processing algorithm and the geometric modeling was performed successfully.

      • 주요 農機械의 所有性向과 選好度에 관한 調査硏究 : On the Chung Buk Chung Won Area 忠北 中原地方을 중심으로

        To obtain the successful results of agricultural mechanization project, it is important to estimate the demand based on the accurate trend of ownership of agricultural machinery. To present the basic data on the changes of demand of agricultural machinery, the change of ownership trend and their preferences by the change of internal and external condition of domestic agriculture were investigated. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The farm house, having one or two sorts of machines, showed the combination form centered on the power tiller, on the other hand, the farm house having more than three sorts of machines centered on the tractor. 2. The large scaled farm house showed the combined system of several kind of machines, and centered on the integrated work. 3. Up to now, the principal machine for the agricultural mechanization has been power tillers, however it is estimated that tractors will become the principal machine by the tendency of large size and high efficiency. 4. It is expected that the demand of the large-size machines, such as tractor, combine and transplanter, will be continuously increased, therefore it is thought that the multilateral studies should be done for the enhancement of their utility. 5. The economic analysis for the purchased agricultural machines should be done before purchased the machines.

      • 吐出壓力 및 호스 감김길이가 噴霧性能에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        Suction rate, discharge rate, overflow rate, power requirement were measured in accordance with the different hose rolling length using 3 hole swath type nozzle to investigate the effect affecting the spray performance of power spreyer. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Suction rate was uniformed in proportion to pressure increased. 2. Discharge rate and power requirement increased in proportion to pressure increased, but overflow rate decreased. 3. Suction rate, discharge rate, overflow rate, and power requirenment showed in order type 70, type 60, type 40. 4. The pressure drop was an equivalent of 6% in 100m-rolling length of hose, and it was an equivalent of 10% in 200m-rooling length of hose.

        개인예산제도의 법적 근거 방안 고찰 : 장애인복지법 개정을 중심으로

        본 연구는 개인예산제도의 도입을 위한 법적 근거 방안을 고찰하고 이를 위한 장애인복지법의 개정내용을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 개인예산제도는 서비스에 대한 총량을 정하고 서비스 비용을 현금으로 장애인에게 지급하여 구매력을 확보하는 제도로 이용자 중심적 체계로의 전환을 위한 제도이다. 최근 제정된 발달장애인법에 도입된 개인별지원계획은 개인예산제도의 도입을 위한 기반이 되는 제도이며, 동 계획에 따른 서비스 시행 방안으로서 현금지급 방식이 도입된다면 개인예산제도의 도입을 실현할 수 있다는 점을 논의하였으며, 발달장애인이 아닌 전체 장애인에 적용하기 위해 장애인복지법을 개정해야 함을 제안하였다. 개인예산제도가 도입된다면 장애인의 서비스에 대한 선택권과 통제권의 제고를 기대할 수 있으며 공급자 중심이 아닌 이용자 중심적 체계로의 전환을 꾀할 수 있음을 검토하였다. This study aims to explore the legal foundation for personal budgets, focusing on the revision of Act on the Welfare for People with Disabilities. Personal budgets means that the authorities provides money linked to service cost to people with disabilities, based on total amount of services necessary to them. Act for rights and support for persons with developmental disabilities, enacted recently, included personal support plan, which means conclusive plan based on life cycle needs for the persons and their families. The plan played a role to expand to the introduction of personal budgets. This article discussed that Act on the Welfare for People with Disabilities will be revised for the personal budgets for all the people with disabilities, not only for the people with developmental disabilities. If personal budgets will be introduced, it may mean that choice and control of services of people with disabilities will be enhanced and additionally the person oriented system as users from service providers will be established.
