        와이어 압출 방법을 통한 HDPE 접합공정의 개선 형상별 실험적 연구

        The overseas small ship market is witnessing a trend towards research aimed at substituting Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP), which poses environmental concerns, with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) in the shipbuilding process. Given the low melting point and high coefficient of thermal expansion of HDPE, research on joint areas is essential. This study focuses on preliminary investigations into ensuring the integrity of joints in shipbuilding processes using HDPE materials. Utilizing the Hot Gas Extrusion Welding method, which is conducive to joining large structures such as ships, HDPE joints were conducted. The material properties were evaluated based on the ASTM D638-14 international standards. This research aims to provide fundamental knowledge on the joining process of HDPE through Hot Gas Extrusion Welding and offers guidance on ensuring the integrity of joints in shipbuilding.

        실시간 표면거칠기 예측을 위한 RBF 기반 예측모델에 관한 연구

        The cutting process, which is a key processing technology in various industrial fields is achieving continuous growth, and the demand for high-quality cutting surfaces is continuously demanded. Plasma cutting continues to be studied for its excellent workability and productivity, but problems with cutting surface quality such as dross formation occur, so research to secure excellent cutting surface quality through appropriate control of process variables is essential. In this study, we propose a method for predicting surface roughness using real-time current and cutting speed data obtained while performing plasma cutting on A106 B steel pipe. Surface roughness was predicted based on the RBF algorithm applicable to prediction and control models. It was shown that the surface roughness of the plasma cutting surface can be predicted with the arc current waveform and process speed data. This study can be used as a basic study to control the surface roughness of the cut surface in real time.

        CMT 용접 조건이 Al5083 필렛 용접 비드 형상에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        Aluminum material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and light weight, is widely used in the field of shipbuilding, and welding is an essential technology in shipbuilding. currently, welding is efficiently used to assemble structures of various sizes in the shipbuilding process, but aluminum is a very sensitive material at high temperatures and in a molten state, so appropriate process control is essential. research on aluminum welding has been continuously conducted, but most of the research is on the butt welding method. therefore, in this study fillet welding experiments, which are essentially applied to the internal structure of aluminum ships, were performed and the correlation between welding beads and process variables was identified. for the welding experiment GMA fillet welding was performed on Al5083 material used in the shipbuilding industry, and the influence of the process variable was confirmed by analyzing the correlation through the analysis of the etched fillet weld bead cross section for the test result according to the process variable.

        CMT 공정조건에 따른 용접부 특성 분석

        Stainless steel is used in many industrial fields due to its excellent properties such as workability, strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance, and various properties required in the manufacturing field depending on the constituent components. pump impellers used in seawater and underwater require high corrosion resistance and high rigidity to prevent corrosion and damage, so they are a representative part group to which Stainless materials are applied. Through the introduction of the CMT(Cold Metal Transfer) process, a manufacturing method through WAAM(Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology, which has advantages of lower production cost and excellent fatigue strength compared to the existing casting method, is being proposed. Recently, prior research on the WAAM process has been conducted on various materials, but most of the research results published so far are focused on the DED(Direct Energy Deposition) process, and a good WAAM shape design study using austenitic stainless steel is lacking. in this study, using the CMT process, the relationship between the change in bead shape and process parameters was confirmed in the BoP(Bead on Plate) welding experiment using wire made of austenitic stainless steel STS-308.

        A Study on establishing Professional Standards for Korean Language Teacher Competence in Assessing students' writing Lee, Seong-young The purpose of this study is to explore the standards for Korean Language Teacher Competence in Assessing students' writing. For this, I studied 1) the features of writing, writing ability, and writing assessment, 2) the components of professional competence in assessing writing, and the basis on these results 3) I established a temporary draft of Professional Standards for Korean Language Teacher Competence in Assessing students' writing. Writing is a subjective and performative activity. Writing ability has multi-facets and compoundness. And assessing writing has a similarity with teaching-learning writing. For these reasons, korean language teachers who assess students' writing ability ought to have the high-order professionality. Because writing is a mode of learning, the subject of assessing ought to be widened to all kinds of teachers and object of assessing should be broadened too so that it include teacher, instruction program, and writing assessment itself. The professionality for Korean Language Teacher Competence in Assessing students' writing consists of knowledge category, performance category, and attitude category. So we can establish the standards through analyzing the three categories more detailed. This study made only a temporal draft for a set of standards, so it ought to be confirmed and clarified through deep and various discussions.

        CMT를 이용한 Stellite 6 육성용접의 기초 연구

        It is essential to select materials with excellent mechanical properties to prevent chemical and mechanical damage to the surfaces of materials used in machines and structures and to extend their lifespan. Co-based stellite alloy, which has wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, is essential for products used in harsh environments. However, due to the problem of enormous costs, research on hard facing, which uses a stellite coating layer only on the contact surface, is urgently required. Currently, high-facing research on Stellite coating layers is focused on powder, and GMAW research using wire is relatively lacking. In this study, welding experiments were performed to form stable weld beads using stellite 6 welding wire, and the correlation between parameters and weld beads was analyzed. A CMT welder was used to minimize the heat effect on the base material.

        대학원 광고캠페인에서 사회적 거리감에 따른 해석수준 효과

        The purpose of this research is to propose a effective communication strategy that can increase the efficiency of graduate school advertisement. The study tries to examine the hypotheses that the potential applicants' message attitude and intention to apply is dependant on message types based on the construal level theory and the perceived social distance from the endorsers in the advertising. For empirical validation, an experiment was conducted for between group of two(message type: desirability/feasibility) X two(social distance: far/close). The main effects of message are significant. Specifically, it was found that message emphasizing feasibility (low-level construal) showed more positive effects on dependant variables than message emphasizing desirability (high-level construal). In addition, the interaction effect between social distance and message type were validated with the message attitude and the intention to apply. For audience perceived social distance more closely for endorse, message emphasizing feasibility showed more positive effect on dependant variables. Message emphasizing desirability is more affective for audience who perceived social distance is far. Based on these results, practical implication and future research direction were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 대학원 광고캠페인의 실제적인 커뮤니케이션 전략수립을 위한 유용한 가이드라인을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 해석수준 이론에 따른 메시지 유형과 재학생 모델에 대한 사회적 거리감에 따라 소비자의 메시지태도와 지원의도의 효과 차이를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2(메시지 유형: 바람직함/실행가능성)×2(사회적 거리감: 원/근)의 집단 간 실험설계를 하였다. 연구결과 해석수준에 따른 메시지 유형의 주효과가 유의하였다. 구체적으로 대학원 광고캠페인에 있어서 실행가능성(하위 해석수준)을 강조한 메시지가 바람직함(상위 해석수준)을 강조한 메시지보다 메시지태도와 지원의도에 더욱 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회적 거리감과 메시지 유형은 메시지태도와 지원의도에 있어 상호작용 효과가 확인되었으며, 구체적으로 대학원 광고캠페인의 재학생모델에 대한 사회적 거리감을 더 가깝게 지각하는 소비자일수록, 실행가능성을 강조한 메시지에 메시지태도와 지원의도에 더욱 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 오히려 사회적 거리감을 멀게 지각하는 소비자에게는 바람직함을 강조하는 메시지가 더 효과적이라는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 실무적 차원에서 시사점과 향후 연구에 대해 논의 하였다.

The success or failure of a company in a country like pattern of the growth and erosion and stagnation and decline, and the pursuit of sustainable growth through relentless improvement reactivated. Burger King has more to strengthen brand equity oriented by the world’s best restaurant through the development of aggressive marketing activities in the global market to regain its former glory.
