        In this paper, a method of effective extraction of speech period in continuous speech recognition is presented. By the presented method, the vowels is distinguished from the consonants on each frame of continuous speech Effective detection of speech period could be made by use of special energy threshold in real noise environment. By the algorithm using zero crossing rate and short term energy. the pitch of voiced sound can be detected, at same time, the vowels and consonants are distinguished from each.

        막말・메이지기 왕정복고와 신사의 창건―남공사(楠公社)를 통한 충신현창을 중심으로―

        메이지 이후 창건된 창건신사, 겐무중흥십오사, 별격관폐사의 가장 첫 번째에 위치하고 있는 것이 구스노키 마사시게를 제신으로 하는 미나토가와신사이다. 메이지 신정부 신기관료의 최초 사업은 국가에 의한 충신 위령을 목적으로 한 미나토가와신사의 창건이었기 때문에, 막말 지사들 사이에서 널리 보급된 남공제는 왕정복고와 함께 미타토가와신사의 창건으로 결실을 맺는다. 그리고 메이지 신정부는 구스노키 마사시게의 현창을 위해 신이 아닌 인간을 모시는 별격관폐사라고 하는 비정상적인 사격(社格)을 만들어내기에 이른다. 요컨대 막말부터 메이지유신으로 이어지는 일본의 권력 이동을 상징하는 신사 체제의 변화를 바로 미나토가와신사를 비롯한 남공사의 창건에서 찾아볼 수 있는 것이다. Minatogawa-jinja Shrine, which has Kusunoki Masashige as its festival god, is located at the very beginning of the founding shrines, Kenmu Chuko 15 shrines and Bekkaku Kanheisha Shrine that were built after the Meiji period. The first project of Shinto bureaucrats in the new Meiji government was the establishment of Minatogawa-jinja Shrine for the purpose of consoling loyal subjects by the state.Therefore, the ritual to enshrine Kusunoki Masashige, which was widely distributed among late Edo period priest, will bear fruit in the form of the establishment of Minatogawa Shrine along with the restoration of the monarchy. Then, the new Meiji government created an unusual corporate status called Bekaku kanheisha, which enshrines humans rather than gods, in order to honor Kusunoki Masashige. In short, the change in the shrine system symbolizing Japan’s power shift from the end of Edo period to the Meiji Restoration can be seen in the establishment of Minatogawa Shrine and other shrines dedicated to Kusunoki Masashige.

        승용관리기 부착용 제초 및 순치기 개발

        In this study, the main frame, gearbox, and hammer blade, which are the main components of the ridingcultivator for a weeding machine, were examined. Prior to the analysis, the impact of the riding cultivator whenmoving or putting it down to start work was considered, and a structural strength analysis was performedconsidering the reaction force generated in the cultivator during the weeding operation. The results indicate thatthe two cases showed significantly lower von Mises stress than the tensile strength of the material. Moreover,the safety and durability of the hammer braid attached to the weeding axis of the work machine during weedingwork were verified through structural analysis; the von Mises stress was relatively low compared to the tensilestrength of the material. Thus, it is revealed that the weeding machine for attaching the riding cultivator issafely designed such that it does not interfere with movement and cultivation.

        건화물선 해운시장의 변동성에 영향을 미치는 요인들의장기적 균형관계 분석

        The drybulk shipping market has high freight rate volatility in the chartering market and variousand complex factors affecting the market. In the unstable economic situation caused by theCOVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the BDI plunged due to a decrease in trade volume, but turned fromthe end of 2020 and maintained a booming period until the end of 2022. The main reason for themarket change is the decrease in the available fleet that can actually be operated for cargo transportdue to port congestion by the COVID-19 pandemic, regardless of the fleet and trade volumevolatility that have affected the drybulk shipping market in the past. A decrease in the actual usablefleet due to vessel waiting at port by congestion led to freight increase, and the freight increasein charting market led to an increase in second-hand ship and new-building ship price inlong-term equilibrium relationship. In the past, the drybulk shipping market was determined by the volatility of fleet and tradevolume. but, in the future, available fleet volume volatility by pandemics, environmental regulationsand climate will be the important factors affecting BDI. To response to the IMO carbon emission reduction in 2023, it is expected that ship speed willbe slowed down and more ships are expected to be needed to transport the same trade volume. This slowdown is expected to have an impact on drybulk shipping market, such as a increase infreight and second-hand ship and new-building ship price due to a decrease in available fleetvolume.

      • 針對平板 電極을 理用한 LLDPE+EVA Film의 直類絶緣破壞

        In this study, the breakdown characteristic of LLDPE+EVA Films was investigated as a function of applied voltage and tip radius. Electrode geometry was needle-plane structure. The tip radius of needle was 50, 70, 90, 100㎛, respectively. Applied voltage source was DC(Both Positive and negative polarity), it was measured breakdown voltage for each tip redius with increasing sample thickness and blend rate per wt[%]. Under non-uniform electrode structure, breakdown strength was higher when needle was negative than when needle was positive. Because the formation of homo space charge near the needle tip at the negative polarity are mainly due to electron injection from the needle by direct tunneling or via a localized states. And the more large tip radius, linearly decreased breakdown strength. As tip radius increase, breakdown strength decreases since effective work function decrease.
