      • 酸化鐵 Pellet의 水素還元

        In the process for obtained reduced iron from iron-ore pellet, production of reduced iron is controlled by reduction process of hydrogen gas. Consequently, for the increase of this product, fundamental knowledge of reduction percentage by hydrogen has has to be reviewed. In this paper, time temperature, volume of hydrogen and various particle size dependances of reduction percentage for a iron oxide pellets were measured. Then, results were calculated by applying oxygen lost in the pellets. The results obtained are as follows. 1. particle size in the pellet : 65 100mesh 2. suitable reduction temperature ; 750℃ 3.         With the tendency of the expe31sion of DAE JEON city and the in creasing of population in this city and to live as the cultural cifizen fine - environment of this city and to ruralize and now being flowing in the dirty state, the Gab cheon , to make it fresh water there fore using the drinking water at the drainage basin naturally , to use it in case and to inherit the clear water to our descendents we concluded that we should set up the basic plan of sythesis development of river which we have to investigate and to analyse and to arrange to be ideal and unique as the first wark for these things .

      • 窒化티타늄의 耐蝕性에 關한 硏究

        In order to find out the formation procedures for the nitridation of titanium, nitridation of titanium plate with ammonia gas has been carried out in the temperature range of 750~1000℃. The nitridation procedures of titanium in the various temperature have been throughly investigated by means of X-ray diffraction optical microscopy and gravimetric analysis technique, respectively. And the corrosion behavior of titanium and titanium nitride in acid solution have been investigated by means of corrosion test. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1. The formation of titanium nitride with ammonia gas started at about 750℃ and the reaction rate increased as the reaction temperature rise. 2. Ti_2N formed in the temperature range of 750~850℃ and TiN formation temperature was above 850℃. TiN formation rate inrceased according as reaction temperature rise. 3. TiN had excellent protection in sulfuric and hydrochloric acid, but it was very corrosive in nitric acid. 4. After the TiN was disappeared, the corrosion rate of TiN was higher than Ti in sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric acids.

      • 流路 彎曲部의 曲率半徑에 따른 흐름特性과 河床變化(Ⅱ) 實驗 및 適用

        李 等이 誘導한 關係式으로부터 구한 K1과 K2를 사용하여 豫測한 값과 移動河床을 갖는 單彎曲 實驗水路를 통해 實測한 값과의 比較結果는 만곡시점 부근에서는 좋은 결과를 보였으나 중앙 부근과 종점 부근에서는 다소의 오차를 보였다. 또한 수로중심선의 曲率 半徑이 각각 陽과 陰 1개인 複鷺曲 現場水路에서의 실측된 흐름특성과 河床變化의 비교 결과는 대체로 좋은 결과를 나타냈으며, 他 模型(Johannesson과 Parker)과의 비교에서도 양호한 결과를 나타내었다. 그러므로, 河川의 대부분인 彎曲水路에서 본 모형을 이용하여 흐름특성과 하상의 변화를 예측할 수 있을 것이며, 또한 水工構造物과 수로의 設計 및 河道의 改補修時에 有用한 情報를 提供할 수 있을 것으로 思料된다 The comparison of predicted results using K1 and K2 with derived from a companion paper (Lee et al.) measured ones in the movable single-bend experiment channel had a good agreement at the starting point of the channel, but had a little errors at the middle or end point of it. Also, the comparison of predicted results with measured flow characteristics and bedform changes in a multi-bend field chanrlel, with the curvature radius of centerline have the sign of positive and negative, respectively and a small channel showed good agreement. The comparison with other model (Johannesson and Parker) showed same good results, too. Therefore, this model will be used to forecast the flow characteristics and bedform changes in natural meandering channels, and also be able to give the useful information for the design, maintenance of hydraulic structures and channel alignments in meandering channels.

      • 限界水路傾斜法을 이용한 網狀河川의 흐름특성 비교

        This study is in comparison the theoretical calculated values by the critical channel slope method with the field measured data in a braided channel. A consequence by the dimensional analysis showed to 3 dimensionless variable quantities one of the 6 variables, tractive force, particle size, water and sediment density, gravity acceleration and dynamic viscosity, related to transport of sediment particles. As a study channel reach we chose a small part of MIHO river which is a well developed braided channel in tributary of the KUM river catchment area, and it divided into 25 sections to the channel reaches 4,680m. Theoretical critical channel slope appeared at the section No. 21 and the meandering channel from began to appear instead of braided form at near section No.23 downstream about 320m from section No.21. And also the critical channel slope was 1/1,591 in theory but in field it is 1/1,613.

      • 河川의 蛇行移行에 關한 解析模型(Ⅰ) : Theory

        A analyticl model is used to study the deformation of meandering river patterns from an initial sine-generated state. The time required for the development of neck cutoff condition is shown to depend on the meander wavelength and on the initial meander amplitude. Sinuosity affects the downvalley migration speed, the amplitud, and the minmum radius of channel curvature of a meander waveform. The wavelength influnces the behavior of a meander pattern as it migrates toward an inerodible boundary and also as it interacts with a straight channel.
