Background: Various pharmacological treatments have been suggested to treat osteonecrosis of the femoral head. However, their practicability remains a controversial issue. Methods: We systemically reviewed articles published during last 20 years to assess the efficacy and safety of the pharmacological treatments. Results: To date, enoxaparin, statins, bisphosphonates, iloprost and acetylsalicylic acid have been practiced for the treatment of osteonecrosis. However, none of them were proven to be effective by high level studies, and most of them have adverse reactions. Conclusions: No pharmacological prevention or treatment of osteonecrosis is recommendable at this moment.
Mun Ye-bong, a Partisan Maiden in a “Partisan State”

This paper studies how the image of Mun Ye-bong as a traditional docile Korean woman is taken advantage of by early North Korean propaganda films following her migration to North Korea in 1948. Focusing on A Partisan Maiden, aka A Partisan Woman (Ppalchisan cheonyeo, 1954), among her early North Korean pictures, this study examines how Mun’s image is appropriated in the propaganda films of both colonized Korea and North Korea immediately after decolonization in 1945. A Partisan Maiden is highly notable in Mun’s filmography, for the film features her not only as the main character, a departure from her regular and minor appearances as daughter, fiancée, wife, and mother of male heroes, but also as a communist guerilla fighter against US troops during the Korean War. The film’s warrior-protagonist role metamorphoses Mun from a “sweetheart of thirty millions”(samcheonman-ui yeonin), a colonial-period epithet of her, to a “people’s actress” (inmin baeu) in North Korea. However, I will argue that this metamorphosis is conflated with Mun’s image of the traditional Korean mother, who faces mythical, figurative death in the nation-birth.
Wind Direction and Wind Speed Analysis around Hanbit Nuclear Power Plant

The Korean Peninsula is affected by westerlies and seasonal monsoons. In addition, atyphoon may generate storms with maximum wind speeds of 17 m s-1 or more. The direction and speedof the wind have the greatest influence on the distribution of radioactivity (radioactive material) leaks froma nuclear facility to the outside. In the event of such a radiation emergency, local wind direction and windspeed data are very important when preparing resident protection measures, such as the evacuation ofresidents. Among the various weather data provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration, in thisstudy, temperature, wind direction, and wind speed data measured and recorded from 2012 to August 2022at the Yeonggwang Weather Station, the location of the Hanbit Nuclear Power Plant, were provided andanalyzed. The characteristics of the wind direction and wind speed were investigated based on the annualwind speed and wind direction data in this area over a period of 10 years. The average temperature ofthe Yeonggwang area is 13.41 degrees, and the average temperature is gradually increasing. The maximumwind speed by year was counted as a gradual downward trend. In the case of wind direction, it wasfound that a northeast wind of 0~30 degrees and a north wind and northwest wind between 330~360degrees were predominant, despite the influence of the westerly and monsoon winds. Based on theHanbit Nuclear Power Plant, the location of the first aid station is mainly located in the east and south, andthe first aid station is concentrated in places where the influence of the wind direction is relatively smallin terms of the probabilistic impact of the emergency accident. Based on the nuclear power plant, thelocation of the monitoring center for radiation emergency prevention is located in the southeast, so it isexpected that the detector installed outside the plant fence can efficiently detect leakage accidents early.
VSI-PWM 인버터의 고주파 영향을 최소화하기 위한 새로운 Optimal PWM 방식

본 논문은 PWM 패턴의 연적 펄스폭 사이에서 정의된 선형관계에 기초한 새로운 optimal PWM 방식을 제시하였다. 새로운 PWM 방식에서 펄스폭 계산은 MW와 CW의 방정식에 의존하지않고 수행할 수 있다. 이 방식에 의해 마이크로프로세서로 제어되는 인버터를 위한 PWM 패턴은 패턴의 연적 펄스폭에서 최적 증분치를 얻으므로서 쉽게 구성할 수 있다. 더구나, PWM 인버터의 출력에서 고조도레벨은 본 PWM패턴이 최소 THD를 기초로 선정되기 때문에 항상 적다. 본 방식을 1(HP), 삼상 유도전동기에 적용시켜 종래의 regular PWM 방식과 비교해 보았다. 계산 및 실험의 결과에서 새로운 optiaml PWM 방식이 VSI-PWM 인버터에서 고조도를 최소화하기 위한 효과적인 일반화 연구임을 보였다. This paper is proposed new optimal PWM scheme is based on a defined linear relationship between the successive pulsewidths of the PWM pattern. The calculation of the pulsewidths in the new PWM scheme is caried out without referring to the equations of CW and MW. With this scheme the PWM pattern for microprocessor controlled inverters can be composed easily by obtaining the optimal increment in sucessive pulsiwidths of the pattern. Furthmore, the harmonic level at the output of PWM inverter are always very low because this PWM pattern is selected on the basis of minimum THD. Theis scheme is applied to 1(Hp), three phase induction motor, and compared with conventional regular PWM scheme. The results of calculations and experiments show that new optimal PWM scheme could provide an effective generalized approach for minimization of harmonics in the VSI-PWM inverter.
유도전동기의 회전자저항 변동 보상을 위한 슬립주파수의 적응 조정

A rotor flux error-based approach for correcting the rotor time constant estimation used in the slip frequency calculator of indirect field oriented controller is presented in this paper. The controller was derived from the d-q induction machine model. Slip frequency gain is dependent on the machine parameter errors. And parameter errors result in rotor flux error. Thus, estimated rotor flux is compared to commanded rotor flux. The error between them is used for the estimation of rotor time constant. Simulation results which demonstrate the performance of this approach are presented.
사실주의에 대한 변증법적 재론- 프레드릭 제임슨의 The Antinomies of Realism과 ‘정동’

Drawing on Fredric Jameson’s The Antinomies of Realism (2013), this paper discusses the concept of “affect” in relation to the recent academic discourse on literary realism. A globally renowned scholar of modernism and postmodernim in the late twentieth century, Jameson reexamines realism in relation to feeling, or "affect," an aspect of examination that has been absent from the studies of realism over the past century. The concept of affect and its Korean translation have became the source of much controversy in 2016 in South Korea. Jameson discusses “affect,” a term that originates in the philosophy of Spinoza, as a key element in distinguishing realism from modernism. This study reconsiders notions of realism in terms of what Jameson calls the "twin sources of realism," namely, "the impulse of narrative" and "affect" including his thought on temporality and fate. Finally, the paper also reconsiders the binary opposition between the individual and the collective.
