단일 탄소원과 에너지원으로 리그닌을 이용하여 성장할 수 있는 Ochrobactrum anthropi AM3 균주를 퇴비로부터 분리하였다. 본 연구에서는 AM3 균주로부터 56.2% G+C 함량의 약 5.11 Mb 크기 유전체 염기서열을 결정하였으며 연구 결과는 Ochrobactrum속의 유전적 다양성과 리그닌 분해기작 연구를 위한 유전체 정보를 제공한다. Ochrobactrum anthropi AM3 was isolated for the ability to utilize lignin as a sole carbon and energy source from compost in South Korea. Here we report the 5.11 Mb draft genome of strain AM3 with a G+C content of 56.2%, which is helpful for understanding the genetic diversity among Ochrobactrum spp. and the mechanism of lignin degradation.
Chitosan과 9-Layer 고산소 차단성 필름을 활용한 진공저장 환경에서 한우고기의 품질특성 변화

The effect of chitosan on the antibacterial effect, antioxidant, color, moisture content and pH of Hanwoo stored at 10°C was investigated. The packaging film used for packaging was checked for storability by utilizing 9-Layer multi layed packaging film to maintain quality during storage of Hanwoo. All concentrations of low-viscosity chitosan not showed very strong antibacterial effect on meat spoilage bacteria at all concentrations. In this studies, rather High viscosity chitosan showed a very strong effect at 0.1% or higher. The shelf life of Hanwoo soaked in 1% of high-viscosity chitosan was extended. In terms of lipid peroxidation, cuted Hanwoo exhibited a improved lipid peroxidation inhibitory effect at all concentrations of high-viscosity chitosan. In addition, redness of Hanwoo was also stably maintained in the evaluation of color difference. In Hanwoo treated with low-molecular and high-molecular chitosan, the moisture content during the entire storage period (12 days) showed a tendency to decrease slightly as the viscosity and concentration during storage increased. As a result, it was found that the treatment was effective at 1.0% in low-viscosity and high-viscosity chitosan for the characteristics of Hanwoo.
HaCaT 세포주에서 나복근 즙 (Juice of Raphanus sativus var)에 의한 아토피 완화 효과에 관한 연구

Raphanus sativus var is widely known as herbs for reducing skin heat and for deciphering internal organs. Also, Raphanus sativus var has various medical effects. But, the effects of atopic treatment of Raphanus sativus var were not investigated. Therefore, we assessed the anti-atopic dermatitis and anti-inflammatory effects of juice of Raphanus sativus var in HaCaT cells. MTT assay showed that the juice of Raphanus sativus var was not cytotoxic effect on the HaCaT cells. The HaCaT cell migration was demonstrated by cells migration assay. TNF-α and IFN-γ induces production of inflammatory cytokines such as CCL17, CCL 27, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 expression. Juice of Raphanus sativus var could inhibit TNF-α and IFN-γ induced mRNA expression levels of CCL17, CCL 27, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 gene. Furthermore, we determined the effects of skin turnover through organotypic cell culture and H&E stain. Our study showed that the treatment of HaCaT cells with the juice of Raphanus sativus var in the observed that its skin recovered to normal condition. These results suggested that the possibility Juice of Raphanus sativus var for prevention and treatment of skin inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis.

디지털 게임 경험에 있어 몰입은 가장 중요한 요인이다. 그러나 일부 게임은 다양한 방법으로 플레이어의 몰입을 흩트리고 이로 인한 심리적 거리감을 말미암아 성찰의 기회를 부여한다. 이러한 전략은 ‘낯설게 하기’ 기법과 유사한 측면이 있다. 이에 본고는 디지털 게임의 반몰입 전략의 특성과 유형을 검토하고, 이를 ‘감각정보의 교란’, ‘서사의 반전 및 장르의 전복’, ‘경험의 제한’ 세 가지로 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 시청각적 정보의 과잉, 축적된 정보나 장르 문법을 낯설게 하기, 특정한 선택과 경험의 강요는 반몰입 유발에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 해당 연구는 대안적 게임의 반몰입 전략을 정리하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Some games distract the player’s immersion on purpose through the progression and direction of the game, thereby giving them an opportunity for rational awareness. In this paper, we tried to analyze the characteristics and types of alienation strategies of digital games. So we investigated the anti-immersive property of the game with the effect of Brecht ‘s alienation and proposed three strategic types of digital games that cause the anti-immersive effect into ‘disturbance of sensory information’, ‘reversal of narrative and overturning of genre’ and ‘limitation of experience’.
LTE, ISM, WLAN에 적용 가능한 Arm 구조 삼중대역 안테나 최적 설계

In this paper, we propose a design of a triple-band microstrip circular patch antenna. The proposed antenna generates the triple frequency resonance at 1.85GHz(LTE), 2.45GHz(ISM) and 5.5GHz(WLAN). Firstly, we design the dual-band antenna. The dual-band antenna consist of the circular patch, slits, and the slot. The circular patch and slot are designed for dual frequency of 2.45GHz and 5.5GHz, respectively. And then the dual-band antenna is combined with additional arm-shaped structure for the triple-band characteristic. The arm-shaped structure is operated as the dipole. It is designed for lowest frequency of 1.85GHz. Each part of the antenna unites to a new structure. In order to design the proposed antenna automatically and optimally, APSO algorithm is adopted. During APSO, the mismatch of the proposed antenna is resolved. The optimal designed antenna has an acceptable return loss(-10dB) at each bands(i.e, 1.85GHz, 2.45GHz and 5.5GHz).
