        School education is mainly composed of teaching and learning. Giving and taking lessons each is the most important activity for both teachers and learners. Giving lessons reflect the teacher's personality, attitude, view on education, knowledge of the lesson and ability of instructing students. Before giving a lesson the teacher should make a teaching plan using principles regarding each learner's interests, goals, abilities and different levels of his/her socialization and integration. For efficient aims of giving lessons the teaching plan which intends to improve the teaching ability should be devised on the basis of the followings: First, the teacher's role is the core of giving lessons. He/She should improve the teaching techniques to introduce student's acquiring process through his/her inquisitive thinking, inventive knowledge and self-realization. Second, the important thing in giving lessons is that the object of that activity is a human being. Education intends to change the human desirably through teaching and learning. With love teaching should propose that in human activities. Third, the lessons should be planned and the student should be constantly evaluated. Grading his/her achievement in every class has much effect on motivating and keeping precocious lessons. Fourth, Effective teaching is the best virtue in education. The teacher's attitude for research and observation brings generative power in teaching lessons. Fifth, giving lessons is practice of education. Its method is dependent on the various factors of physical exercises. For example, in the beginning stage of learning with difficult contents a dispersive training is better and in the highly developed stage of competent learners intensive and concentrated training is preferred. Sixth, in physical education the qualified model demonstration affect promoting efficicy of model demonstration. Giving lessons is a transformed form of human behaviors through experiences and training. In the physical education class, in other words, the limitless field of human mind and body, arranging teaching hours, moving teaching places and preparing helping tools also belong to the techniques of keeping teaching classes more effective.

        Today the social Taekwondo Do Jang tends to be somewhat commercialized and often some managers take its value as means rather than genuine purposes. But for reasonable administration and management of the Tackwondo Do Jang we needs synthetic and whole system through introduction of theories. For the cooperated and synthetic administratation and management system this paper suggests the followings; 1. Modern TAEKWON Do JANG were established by their genealogical systems. For the management of the TAEKWON DO JANG, they have also their won style according to original tradition of the each center school. 2. The definitions of terms, management and administration are misused or confused. Mamagement in the economical sides and administration in the effective sides should be used in the social Taekwondo Do Jang. 3. It is desirable that the organization of the school is put in between the iine organized type and the staff organized type. Teaching committee and parents' organization may be activated as consultativve committee. Also management committee and grade-golders' meeting can make activate practical business and management. 4. The administrative manager of TAEKWON DO JANG should give up selfcomplacence due to the tenure ship and break himsilf from the rules of thumb method. 5. In teaching and managing deciples. sincere discipline with comprehensive humanism and understanding each individual during discipline is necessary. Disciplines should be done in the teaching plan. All the problems during disciplines should be solved through the individual or group counsiling. Telephone counseling, home-visiting, home-mailing can be also good ways. 6. Taking counsel with disciples is the best way in the administrative management of the TAEKWONDO DOJANG. 7. The characters of managers and trainers are the important factors that decide the success or fail of the school. They should have educational, humanistic, responsible, sincere, proud and moralistic characters. As professional characters not only the presevering 8. Safety management for deciples is important, Community youth leaders' roles can make strong relation between management of the school and the community. 9. All the business matters in the TAEKWONDO DOJANG should be recorded through modernized methods and systems. 10. The administrative manager of the TAEKWONDO DOJANG should gave synthetic ability, always doing his best to consult and protect every disciple.

        For efficient teaching of Taekwondo it's necessary and important that an instructor should be able to practice a concrete teaching plan flexibly and rationally. Teaching Taekwondo is difficult to do a synthetic teaching role. The instructor should be accustomed to the theory of Taekwondo, practical techinics, teaching a practical game, the theory and practice of the traditional martial art, spiritual training, special training and even counseling of a student's social life. Especially, to be an instructor about 2000 hours is needed, in condition that he continues to train everyday. Following teaching roles are needed to the instructor ; 1. The instructor is a creative practician of tradition, preservance and arts of Taekwondo. So, he should have pedagogical disposition, with which practice and study as a guide to Taekwondo. 2. In teaching of Taekwondo mental training is important. Naegongbeop such as the thought that courtesy is more important than a life, meditation, respiration, etc. should be developed in accordance with the level of Taekwondo. 4. When preparing a teaching plan, the instructor should try to get efficiency in performance and management by making out a concrete teaching plan. 5. When teaching practical skills, the instructor should repeat synthetic training of model pratice and model training. His demonstration should be a model. 6. Testing should be used in an individual and particular teaching as motivation to get a higher level and a start for acquiring higher skills.

      • 跆拳道 修鍊을 통한 靑少年 倫理觀 形成을 위한 硏究

        Chivalry on Taegwondo is based on oriental Confucian and Buddhist thought. For the young people training Taegwondo plays important roles in formation of their morals and ethics. Ethics is a valuable order that keeps human life right. It leads proper growth. good manner and right development. To the youngsters Taegwondo training cultivates habits of good manners, which considers manners more important that a physical exercise itself. It's necessary that the following practical rules be trained. All the actions of Taegwondo in accordance with modeling actions and words of command should be a will and a practice toward good manners. Taegwondo is composed form manners to mannners. We are taught to do Makgi(defending) before Gireugi(attacking). This is a practice of humility. When practicing Chagi(kicking) and Gireugi, we are taught to stop attacking in some distance before the target area of the rival. All of these are activations of good manners. In free matches it shows importance of manners that you must not do any attack before keeping some manners each other. And when doing Gireugi in Three Times Matches and One Time Matches you have to shout to get your rival ready and after he shouts to start actions you can do gireugi. It's the formation of manners to respect the other man. Also there are manners between upper and lower men. The elders should love the youngers and leaders should love their trainees. Taegwondo halls, where all the actions of trainees are composed with reverence and sense of orderliness among the members, are schools of living manners needed in our society. The ultimate idea of taegwondo as military arts is to improve the quality of one's life through cultivating the minds of manners, sacrifice, service, honor, modesty, tolerance and self-denial, enhancing an indomitable spirit and building up one's personality. The genuine goal of taegwono training should be spiritual as well as physical and be based on the spirit of manners.

        According to the study analyzed above, I come to a conclusion that modern society has confrted with the actual necessity of the social physical training through the sports in living as means of recovering humanity which has been forfeited, in the period of the violent shaking of industrialization, and enjoying better life based on the quality of living rather than on the quantity of living with change with change of consciousness of human being. In this respect, the education of the social physical training directors, one of the three prerequisites for social physites for social physical training has developed in different models with different background in many different countries such as the United States of America, Great Britain, West Germany, Newzealand, Switzerland, Poland, Checoslovakia, Japen and korea. This phenomenon is well verified in such different titles for the leaders of social physical training as recreation leaders, regional sports leaders, outdoor activity leaders, commercial sports coaches, physicals in charge of sports, etc. The types of the education of the leaders of social physical training are varried as the direction led by the government, by the private organizations and mixed types educated by the private organizations and approved by the government. And in most countries, high-ranking leaders at advanced class are trained at the universities and graduate schools of the physical education where they should finish eighty hours of training at minimum and two thousand hours at maximum, with the qualfication of training granted through the passing of the examinations. In case of the junior colleges of Japan, the education of social physical training leleaders places the importance on the practice, and leaders, are trained through the practice aiming at getting jobs as their final goals. Social physical directors should take charge of counselling for the management of circumstances and instruments of sports as well as technical guidance for the specialization of techniques. Social physical directors are paid either by the government or by the government and the private organizations together, employed on the contract basis as for even the low-level officials with the status of respectable position granted. In the United States of America and Newzealand. volunteers and social physical directors of the organizations composed of the parents of students have served with nonpayment. The education of social directors of Korea should put importance on the training of more directors in more events, developing more sincere curricula considering the expansion of the training courses for social physical training. And also more departments of social physical training should be established at all universities of physical training opened at graduate schools, so that more physical directors can be trained with their social positions guaranteed systematically. Particularly 88 Olympic games being finished, the importance of the physical education should, for the purpose of improving the health of all people of the nation and for the better society, be transformed from the education of the elite physical directors to that of social physical directors with the interests of people under the spirit of "Sports for All" as well as with the administrative support granted at the bureaucratic level.
