Purpose: This study has focused on evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of the questionnaire which considered as a basic data to indentify constitution Methods: By analysing the tendency of the respondents who has defined constitution by clinical diagnosis and comparing of their answers, the result of their constitution analysis by our questionnaire were re-examed. The answer of each question to each constitution were tested how it is relevent to a scale of a constitution. So I analysed each item response rates on QSCCII of those who had been tested and diagnosed as Taeyangin, Soyangin, Taeumin, Soeumin respectively. Results: 1. From the 537 results of QSCCII of those who were examined by professors, I made a selected Taeyang scale which is consists of 18 items, a selected Soyang scale which is consists of 40 items, a selected Taeum scale which is consists of 41 items and a selected Soeum scale which is consists of 32 items. 2. I have found that there is limitation to find out constitution by the questionnaire we used, one I hope that suitable questionnaire will be developed for the research in the future

Background: This study determined the dose of remifentanil to use during insertion of a ClassicTM laryngeal mask airway (LMA, The Laryngeal Mask Co., Nicosia, Cyprus) in elderly patients during emergency airway management when combined with a single dose of propofol. Methods: Patients aged 65-80 years were enrolled. Anesthesia was induced with propofol 1 mg/kg, and then a blinded dose of remifentanil was infused over 30 s after confirming the patient’s loss of consciousness. The dose of remifentanil was determined using Dixon’s up-and-down method, starting at 0.5 μg/kg (a step size of 0.1 μg/kg). Insertion of the LMA was attempted 60 s after loss of consciousness. Results: In total, 23 patients were recruited and the mean age ± standard deviation was 72 ± 3 years. The effective dose for successful LMA insertion in 50% of the patients (ED50) was 0.20 ± 0.05 μg/kg. No patient needed more than 0.3 μg/kg. Conclusions: Remifentanil 0.20 ± 0.05 μg/kg with propofol 1 mg/kg resulted in excellent LMA insertion in 50% of elderly patients without significant hemodynamic changes during emergency airway management.
Monitored anesthesia care in and outside the operating room

Monitored anesthesia care (MAC) is an anesthesia technique combining local anesthesia with parenteral drugs for sedation and analgesia. The use of MAC is increasing for a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in and outside of the operating room due to the rapid postoperative recovery with the use of relatively small amounts of sedatives and analgesics compared to general anesthesia. The purposes of MAC are providing patients with safe sedation, comfort, pain control and satisfaction. Preoperative evaluation for patients with MAC is similar to those of general or regional anesthesia in that patients should be comprehensively assessed. Additionally, patient cooperation with comprehension of the procedure is an essential component during MAC. In addition to local anesthesia by operators or anesthesiologists, systemic sedatives and analgesics are administered to provide patients with comfort during procedures performed with MAC. The discretion and judgment of an experienced anesthesiologist are required for the safety and efficacy profiles because the airway of the patients is not secured. The infusion of sedatives and analgesics should be individualized during MAC. Many procedures in and outside of the operating room, including eye surgery, otolaryngologic surgery, cardiovascular procedures, pain procedures, and endoscopy are performed with MAC to increase patient and operator satisfaction.

1. Objectives Nursing's meaning in Oriental medicine is prevention of disease more than treatment. The parts of defination are methods of non-medicine precisely, care of health and recuperation. 2. Methods This paper was written in order to understand of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$ written in 1894(Old Edition} through the study to focus on the Sasang Constitutional nursing theory. 3. Results & Conclusions (1) Dialectic of Sasang Constitutional nursing are necessary to assesment about four fundamental factors (perspiration, defecation, digestion, urination). (2) Medicational guidance are different from character, dosage of medication, degree of disease, a poisonous drug etc. (3) Preservation of health are medication and food regimen. If 'Inherent vitality' is in a disadvantageous position, recuperation is first more than medication. The most important is protectional management. There are necessary about mind of 'liquor-sex- property-authority' & 'joy-anger- sorrow-pleasure'. It is the same application as nursing.
가시광 레이저를 이용한 수광소자의 수동정렬 및 플립칩본딩

광통신용 광모듈에서 광소자와 광섬유 또는 도파로를 정밀하게 정렬 및 접합하기 위하여 플립칩본딩 방법 이 널리 이용되고 있다. 이때 광소자를 정확한 위치에 정렬시키기 위하여 기판과 광소자 양쪽에 정렬용 마크를 제작하고 플립칩본더 등을 사용하여 정렬마크를 관찰하며 광소자를 정렬 및 본딩하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 정렬마크의 제작비용을 줄이고 광섬유와 수광소자(PD 칩)의 수동정렬을 용이하게 하기 위하여 He-Ne 레이저(파장 633nm)인 가시광을 이용한 정렬 및 플립칩본딩 방법을 연구하였다. 광섬유에서 방출되는 레이저 광을 육안으로 관찰하면서 수광소자를 정렬하므로써 패키징에 소요되는 시간과 경비를 절감하고 광모듈의 저가격화를 실현 할 수 있는 새로운 방법이다. 광섬유에 가공되어 있는 V-노치를 경유하여 가시광이 광섬유에 대해 직각방향으로 방출되고 이것을 수광소자와 정렬하는 방법이다. 본 연구결과 광정렬을 위해 입사된 633 nm파장의 가시광 레이저와 통신용 레이저인 1550 nm 파장사이의 파장 차이에 의한 광경로 차이는 약 4m으로 무시가능하고 최대 광세기 지점에서 ${\pm}20\;{\mu}m$ 범위내에서는 광결합효율 변화는 약 2%이었으며 최대 광결합효율은 약 23.3%이었다. In the optical module for optical communications, the flip chip bonding is used fer the precise alignment of the optical fiber and optical device. In flip chip bonding, the optical device is aligned and welded while observing the alignment mark of substrate and chip by using flip chip bonder in order to bond the optical device at the exact position. In this research, optical passive alignment method of photodiode(PD) flip chip bonding is suggested for low cost optical subassembly. By using the visible He-Ne laser (633nm wavelength), photodiode is easily aligned with emitting spot on the optical fiber with the help of stereoscopic alignment system. We compensated wavelength dependent deviation about 4m to find out real alignment position of 1550nm input laser by ray tracing. The maximum optical coupling efficiency between the optical fiber and photodiode was about 23.3%.

1. Objectives: This study has focused on response rates for ethnic groups of American by Short Form Sasang Classification Questionnaire for American (SF SSCQ-A). 2. Methods: By analysing the tendency of the respondents who have been defined ethnic groups and comparing of their answers, the result of their ethnic groups analysis by our questionnaire were examined. Each item response rate on SF_SSCQ-A was analysed between Caucasian and Non-Caucasian respectively. 3. Results and Conclusions: There were the significantly different 11 items between Caucasian and Non-Caucasian. And there were the poor response 26 items; the excessively affirmative 1 item, the excessively negative 18 items, no response 7 items.
