지금가지 수직면 일사량은 수평면 일사량을 참고로 하여 계산 사용 하였다. 특히 최근의 태양열 주택의 소개로 집열기(solar collector) 설치와 태양열 주택의 설계를 위해 주로 남향 경사면에 대한 일사량이 계산되어 이용되고 있다. 그러나 건물에의 일사취득은 남향면 뿐만 아니라,동서,북향면으로도 취득되며 건물의 냉난방부하 산정등의 공조계산에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본고에서는 전국 24개 주요지역의 단위별, 월별수직면 일사량을 전산 처리하여 산출,제시하고자 한다.

The objectives of the study are to find out the thermal performance of Ondol and its heat transmission characteristics through the experiment between the conventional Ondol system and prefabricated Ondol system in apartments. The results of the study could be summarized as follows. ·The heat radiation efficiency of prefabricated Ondol is better than that of conventional Ondol. ·The prevailing intermittent heating system of existing apartments must be changed to the continous heating system to keep the living space comfort. ·The allocation of boiler matching with the real heating load and some developed system taking into account of partial efficiency are needed to obtain the best performance of boiler. ·It is worth changing the existing finishing materials of conventional Ondol to any other materials having good thermal sensation. ·It is to be desired that the intermittent heating system of existing apartments should be changed to the continous heating system. And in case of holding the intermittent heating system the running time of boiler must be enlarged.

Since the end of 1970s a lot of energy related regulations and measures for energy conservation of buildings was prescribed and abolished. But to ensure that the substantial energy conservation is accomplished, it is necessary to ensure that not only the regulations and measures have to be observed favourably but also they might be investigated through the process of post evaluation. The study for the purpose of post evaluation of present using regulations and measures could be summarized as following results. ·In the aspect of the performance standard against our component standard energy rating method of existing detached houses was suggested. ·Some fallacies on the calculation of annual heating and cooling load of apartments were pointed out and their improvements were presented. ·By the recent amendment of Code for design guideline of office buildings, unreasonableness on the existing Code was analyzed and its improvements are prepared. ·Unreasonableness of Energy Performance Index as a energy evaluation tool of buildings was investigated and analyzed.
