        지금 민족도 도시도 마을도 전란의 상처를 받지 않은 곳이 없고 지구의 이곳저곳에서 투쟁의 불꽃이 아직도 튀고 있다. 어느곳을 바라보아도 이루 말할 수 없는 고난이 가득 차 있다. 20세기도 저물어가는 이때에 이렇다니 도대체 웬일이냐고 몇번이고 자향하여 보기도 한다. 이건 현실이 아니라 악몽이란말인가 지구는 이제 모든 인간을 받아 들일만한 여지가 없단 말인가 무력 이외는 해결방도가 없을 정도로 인류의 이성은 아직도 미발달상태에 놓여 있단 말인가. 그렇다 확실히 현대의 인류는 이성의 성장이 조해되었고 현명 결여되어 있다.

        The government made plan to build two million houses like building the new cities, permanent rental houses to solve the problems and it built the high apartments to be effective in the small country. The government has built many apartments to solve housing shortage and also it is needed the order in a new living invironment and helping together on the conditions of lack of adaptability at the apartment. At least, there are many kinds of problem on apartment managing to make better the living invironment. Apartment is the personal property. It is also social property in relation to the national welfare. I have a view to settle down the better invironment for comfortable living due to the effective management that the owner, manager and government make effort to be a trinity. This study is primarily concerned with the point at issue and development method of apartment house management in korea.

        忠南地域 民俗菜蔬의 經營 및 流通改善에 關한 硏究

        This study was performed to provide reference materials for the vegetable cultivating farmhouses by investigating profit and marketing situation for th folk vegetables. The survey areas covered 10 cities and counties including Kumsan, 72 farmhouses, and 8 crops including buffterbur and wild rocambole. As a result, the cultivated area of folk vegetables was increased as much as 13.7%, however, marketing cost was higher than that of horticultural crops, because they were not accessed to wholesale market. It was that the optimal period to sell the folk vegetables was shown like Jan. - Feb. for butterbur and day lily, Nov. - Dec. for wild rocambole, and Oct. - Nov. for kind of lettuce respectively. As the result of analyzing economical efficiency, the net profit per 0.1 ha was amounted to 3,438,000 won for butterbur, 3.291,000 won for wild rocambole 1,712,000 won for day lily, and 1,464,000 won for fatsia shoots. Besides, these four crops occupied more than 60% in cultivation area, and their profit was high. Therefore, it is necessary to foster them with special crops in Chnugnam area. The crops that require more labor time were such crops as 632.9 hours for day lily, 584.3 hours for butterbur, and 409.2 hours for fatsia shoots, whereas the crops that required less labor time were such field crops as 219.2 hours for fragrant edible wild aster and 233.8 hours for kind of lettuce.

        The real estate brokarage system usually keeps step with the development of social system because it is closely connected with the society. But the real estate brokarage system of our country is different from it. Only the real estate brokerage system is behind the other similar industrial fields. It is the purpose of this thesis to suggest improvement program of real estate brokerage for its development. To begin with, I surveyed the basical matters and then, considered the ethics required to agents. I also studied the several real estate brokerage system of American and Japan, along with advenced countries in Europe, for the purpose of comparative analysis in order to fix real estate brokerage corresponds to given social condition. I have selected and examined a few problems of the brokerage system which prevents real estate brokerage from developing. And then, proposed improvement program. The government should understand the importance of the real estate circulation system on the policy and the problems of the brokerage system with modesty to improve it without a moment, s delay. It will be the desirable method to eliminate the agent, s dissatisfaction and to make the epoch-making turning point on the development of real estate policy.
