나트륨(Na) 함유량이 다른 세 종류의 유리관인 Borosilicate($Na_2O$ 4%), Soda-Lime($Na_2O$ 14%), 그리고 Aluminosilicate($Na_2O$ 0.06%) 유리관의 방전 실험을 통하여 유리관 내벽의 흑화를 관측하였다. 수은 혼합기체(Ne+Ar+Hg)의 방전에서 나트륨 함유량이 많은 유리관일수록 흑화가 심하게 나타난다. 무수은 가스(Ne+Ar)의 방전에서는 흑화가 나타나지 않는다. 나트륨 함유량이 많은 수은 방전 램프에서 봉입 기체의 압력이 작을수록 흑화의 정도가 커진다. 흑화 방지재를 도포한 유리관은 흑화가 미약하게 나타난다. 이 실험을 통하여 흑화는 유리재의 나트륨 성분과 수은 이온의 결합에 의한 아말감($NaHg_2$)이 유리관 내벽에 형성된 것으로 분석된다. The different degrees of blackening were observed at the inner surface of borosilicate, soda-lime, and aluminosilicate glass tubes having different sodium (Na) contents. The sodium contents ($Na_2O$) within the borosilicate, soda-lime, and aluminosilicate glass tubes were found to be 4%, 14%, and 0.06%, respectively. The degree of blackening was shown to increase as the sodium content within the glass of the fluorescent lamp containing Ne+Ar+Hg gas mixture. Higher degree of blackening was observed from the inner surface of the glass tube coated with $Y_2O_3$. The blackening was found to be originated from the amalgam of $NaHg_2$ generated by the chemical reaction between the mercury ions within the discharge gas and sodium within the glass tube during operation.

The purpose of this study is to understand the relation structure between wholesale travel agencies andlandtravel agencies, to findthe influence of the fairness of wholesale travel agencies on the organizational commitment and management performance of land travel agencies, and thereby to develop the outbound travel industry and establish the efficient system of travel agencies. To achieve that, previous studies were analyzed to draw such factors as fairness of travel business, organizational commitment, and management performance and to examine reliability and validity. To examine the influence relations between variables based on the finally drawn items, an experimental analysis was conducted. As a result, fairness of wholesale travel agencies influenced the organizational commitment of land travel agencies in terms of procedure and interaction fairness, and the management performance of land travel agencies. In addition, the organizational commitment of employees of land travel agencies to their wholesale travel agencies influenced the management performance of land travel agencies. Given that there is not much research on fairness of travel agencies, this study is meaningful in the point that based on the result, this study suggests the necessity of the efficient guidelines andmanagement plans for wholesale travel agencies and land travel agencies in the process of their business. In conclusion, given the study result, it is necessary to propose more efficient and concrete guidelines and organizational management plans fromthe viewpoints of bothwholesale andland travel agencies

Ne+Ar의 혼합 기체와 수은이 주입된 세관 형광램프에서 플라즈마의 형성에 필요한 기체 수은의 량을 계산하였다. 전자($kT_e{\sim}1\;eV$)와 중성 원자(Ne, Ar, Hg)들과의 충돌에 의한 각 원자들의 이온화를 계산하여, 양광주 플라즈마의 밀도($n_o{\sim}10^{17}m^{-3}$)를 생성하는 조건으로부터 기체 수은 원자의 밀도 $3.43{\times}10^{22}m^{-3}$을 얻었다. $32{\sim}42$ 인치 LCD-TV용 액정표시장치에 사용되는 직경이 4 mm인 형광램프의 혼합 기체 Ne(95%)+Ar(5%) 50 Torr에 대하여, 글로우 방전에 필요한 기체 수은의 량은 $0.02{\sim}0.08\;mg$으로 계산되었다. The amount of vapor mercury for the generation of glow discharge plasma has been calculated in a fine tube fluorescent lamp having a mixed gas of Ne+Ar including a mercury. When the ionization of atom is considered by the collision between neutral atoms (Ne, Ar, Hg) and electrons of energy $kT_e{\sim}1\;eV$, the density of vapor mercury atom has been obtained as $n(Hg){\sim}3.43{\times}10^{22}m^{-3}$ for the plasma density $n_o{\sim}10^{17}m^{-3}$. In the fluorescent lamps of out diameter 4 mm used for $32{\sim}42$-inch LCD-TVs having a mixture gas of Ne(95%)+Ar(5%) with the pressure of 50 Torr, the quantity of vapor mercury for the glow discharge has been caculated as 0.02{\sim}0.08\;mg$.
