        한국과 미국에서의 병리조직검사 상대가치 비교연구

        Background: Pathologic examination is a very important diagnostic procedure. It is the most important method to decide the therapeutic plan and to predict the prognosis of cancer patients. The Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) is a schema used to determine how much money medical providers should be paid. In Korea, a modified RBRVS has been used since the year 2000. Methods: We researched the July 2010 RBRVS for Korea and the US medicare. The individual Relative Evaluation Index (REI) is defined as the ratio of an individual RBRVS to the mean RBRVS. The REIs of pathologic examination in Korea and America were compared. Results: For an endoscopic biopsy specimen, the pathologic examination REI in Korea was 55.4% of the American REI. The Korean REI of a prostate biopsy (8 sites) was only 5.7% of the American REI. The Korean REI was 28.1% of the American REI for the hysterectomy for uterine myoma, and the Korean REI was 67.6% of the American REI for resection of stomach or colon cancer. Conclusions: The RBRVS of pathologic examination in Korea remains undervalued. Considering the importance of pathologic examination in medicine, the RBRVS in Korea should be increased.

        A study on two phase flows of linear compressors for the prediction of refrigerant leakage

        Usage of linear compressors is on the rise due to their high efficiency. In this paper, leakage of a linear compressor has been studiedthrough numerical analysis and experiments. First, nitrogen leakage for a stagnant piston with fixed cylinder pressure as well as for amoving piston with fixed cylinder pressure was analyzed to verify the validity of the two-phase flow analysis model. Next, refrigerantleakage of a linear compressor in operation was finally predicted through 3-dimensional unsteady, two phase flow CFD (Computationalfluid dynamics). According to the research results, the numerical analyses for the fixed cylinder pressure models were in good agreementwith the experimental results. The refrigerant leakage of the linear compressor in operation mainly occurred through the oil exit and theleakage became negligible after about 0.4s following operation where the leakage became lower than 2.0x10-4 kg/s.

        SSL을 이용한 웹기반 계층적 네트워크 관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        MSP(Management Service Provider) 사업을 위해서는 네트워크 관리 시스템은 로컬 네트워크뿐만 아니라 다른 네트워크를 통합적으로 관리하기 위해 관리 서버들 간에 정보를 주고받는다. 이때 사용되는 통신 회선은 여러 사용자가 사용하는 공유 회선이므로 제3자가 회선을 통해 전달되는 정보를 훔쳐볼 수 있다. 정보 중에는 관리자나 장비들의 중요한 정보가 포함되어 있기 때문에 이들 정보에 대한 보호가 필요하다. 일반적으로 통신 회선의 보안을 위하여 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 많이 사용하는데 네트워크 관리 시스템에서도 서버와 클라이언트 간에 통신이나 관리 서버들의 통신에 SSL을 사용하여 정보를 보호하고자 한다. Network management system exchanges information between management servers to manage other network as well as local network for MSP(Management Service Provider) business. Because communication line that is used here is communication line that several users use, other user can steal a important information that are passed through communication line. For these information include important information of administrator or equipments, These information should be protected. Usually it is use much SSL to security of communication and it wish to protect information using SSL in communication between management servers' or communication between server and client at network management system to use much SSL for security of communication.

        뇌척수액 세포검사에 의한 연수막 전이의 분석

        The confirmative diagnosis of leptomeningeal metastasis depends on detecting malignant cells on the cytologic examination of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The presence of leptomeningeal metastasis is a very important factor to determine the aggressiveness of treatment. We analyzed 273 cases that were diagnosed as malignancies on the CSF cytology. The most common metastatic carcinoma was lung cancer (76 cases, 27.8%). There were 49 cases (17.9%) and 40 cases (14.7%) of breast and stomach cancers, respectively. There were 49 cases (17.9%) of lymphoma and 40 cases (14.7%) of leukemia. There were 19 cases of other types of cancer (6.9%). For the cases of primary lung cancer, there were 60 cases (78.9%) of adenocarcinoma and 7 cases (9.2%) of squamous cell carcinoma, but only 4 cases (5.3%) of small cell carcinoma. For the case of breast cancer, all of those were invasive ductal carcinoma and 25 cases (51.0%) were grade 3. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma was the most common type of all metastatic lymphomas (22 cases, 44.9%) and lymphoblastic lymphoma was the second most common (8 cases, 16.3%). In our hospital, the most common leptomeningeal metastasis was adenocarcinoma of the lung, and breast cancer and lymphoma were the second most common.         Study on the performance of linear compressor with suction system shapes using a transient CFD model

        Many studies have been conducted to improve linear compressor performance, but studies using transient CFD (computational fluid dynamics) models are still insufficient. Therefore, in this study, changes in compressor performance depending on the shape of the suction system was investigated with a transient axisymmetric CFD model which utilizes an empirical temperature distribution. In addition, the compressor EER (energy efficiency ratio) was experimentally measured and then compared with the EER obtained by numerical analysis. The results of the numerical analysis showed that cooling capacity increased when the suction resistance was decreased by holes in the area where the refrigerant flow was stagnant. In addition, even when the suction resistance increased, the EER increased since the compression work decreased further. Finally, the EER change predicted by the CFD model was quantitatively different from the experimental result, but qualitatively agreed well.

        COF 리드 배열 집적도 향상을 위한 비선형 구조해석

        In recent years, technology has been developed the way the volume of the portable communication device is reduced but its performance is maintained. The COF(Chip On Film) packaging method is used due to the densification of the lead pitch, especially for the display driver IC. During COF packaging, lead break and film detachment could occur by the high bonding temperature and pressure, and possibility for lead interference can emerge by deformation of leads. In this study, a new double-column arrangement of leads is considered to increase lead density further than the existing zigzag arrangement of leads, and nonlinear structural analysis was carried out to examine whether the interference can occur. The results showed that stress and deformation of the corner region appear relatively higher than those of central region, and interference did not occur by the lead strain for the double-column arrangement of leads with pitch of 25μm. Therefore, double-column lead arrangement can improve lead density by about 176% compared to the zigzag lead arrangement.
