골프장 접점종업원 및 골프장 신뢰가 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 골프장 이용고객을 대상으로 일반적 특성에 따른 접점종업원에 대한 신뢰, 골프장 시설 및 운영시스템에 대한 신뢰 그리고 고객충성도의 차이를 분석하고, 고객들의 접점종업원과 골프장에 대한 신뢰가 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 최근 6개월 이내에 18홀 정규 골프장을 이용한 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 총 270명의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 일원분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상의 일반적인 특성별 접점종업원에 대한 신뢰의 차이분석을 실시한 결과, 골프장 종류에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 연구대상의 일반적인 특성별 골프장 시설 및 운영시스템에 대한 신뢰의 차이분석을 실시한 결과, 골프장 종류, 그리고 성별에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 접점종업원에 대한 신뢰가 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 업무수행능력, 문제해결능력 요인이 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프장에 대한 신뢰가 충성도에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과, 시설관리, 운영시스템, 문제해결능력 요인 모두 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is, first of all, to analyze trust for the front-line employee according to the general characteristics, trust for the golf course and the operating system and the difference of customer loyalty, and then to find out how the golf course users' trust for front-line employee and the golf course influences on customer loyalty. To accomplish this purpose, the data of 270 people who have played in the standard golf course with 18 hole within recent 6 months were used. The data process was carried out with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, one way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the difference of trust about the general characteristics front-line employee of the subject, there was the remarkable difference according to the kind of golf course. Second, as a result of analyzing the difference of trust about the general characteristics golf course facility and the operating system, there was remarkable difference according to the kind of golf course and sex. Third, as a result of analyzing how trust for the front-line employee influences on loyalty, it turned out the ability to accomplish the affair and the ability to solve the problem influence on loyalty. Fourth, as a result of analyzing how trust for the golf course influences on loyalty, it turned out all of the facility management, the operating system and the ability to solve the problem influence on loyalty.
