We present the case of a 5-year-old child with coronary complications due to Kawasaki disease; this patient unintentionally underwent both dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) coronary angiography and invasive coronary angiographic examination in 2 months. This case highlights the strong consistency of the results between DSCT coronary angiography and invasive coronary angiography. Compared to conventional invasive coronary angiography, DSCT coronary angiography offered additional advantages such as minimal invasiveness and less radiation exposure.

Using large deformation finite element analysis together with Gurson's constitutive model, we have studied the behavior of microvoids nucleated at second phase particles during direct axisymmetric extrusion. Three different void nucleation and growth criteria were analyzed. The finite element results show that the void distribution in extruded rod is very sensitive to the void nucleation and growth criterion.

Instability of path under quasistatic loading in the hardening regime is examined for a nonassociated elastic-plastic extended Mises model. The unstable jump exhibited is in the form of a shear band with boundaries with that rotate as the band undergoes an abrupt limited excursion. This paper develops the equations. explores the quantitative behavior of the model and examines possible alternative paths of deformation.

In this paper, the stress intensity factor, energy release rate and crack opening displacement are computed using the finite element method for closed axisymmetric viscoelastic cylinders with the circumferential cracks. The triangular elements with quarter point nodes are used to describe the stress singularity around the crack edge. Viscoelastic materials are assumed to behave elastically in dilatation and like a three-parameter standard linear solid. Viscoelastic relations are also derived by using the elastic-viscoelastic correspondence principle and compared with the numerical results to show the validity of the presented method.
말뭉치에 기반한 한중 한자어의 대조분석 연구 - 공기 경향성에 대한 관찰을 중심으로 -

This study indicates deficiencies of previous research on contrastive analysis of sino-Korean word in Korean and Chinese, and proposes a corpus-based method to contrast analysis of sino-Korean lexical co-occurrence, such as the semantic preference, the colligation, and the semantic prosody. Intuition and dictionaries played an important role, and actual language resource-corpus is not yet widely used in contrastive studies on Sino-Korean and Chinese. Accordingly, in chapter 3, we propose the utilization of corpus in the contrastive analysis of sino-Korean words and a contrastive examination of differences in lexical co-occurrence. In chapter 4, to validate the efficacy of the methodology, a contrastive analysis was conducted on the lexical co-occurrence of sino-Korean pairs classified as same-form-same-meaning words (or ‘true friends’) such as “이후” and “以后”, “절대” and “绝对”, “돌연” and “突然”, which respectively shows differences in semantic preference, colligation, and semantic prosody. The proposed methodology is expected to become a useful reference for further research, for not only the contrastive analysis between sino-Korean and Chinese, but also between other languages in Chinese character cultures such as Japanese and Vietnamese.

In the analyses the material has no voids initially:but high voidage developed in the center of the neck where the hydrostatic tension peaks, leading to the formation of a macroscopic crack as the material stress carrying capacity vanishes.
서성 연-아연광산 주변 농경지 토양의 중금속 오염 연구

광미를 매립하여 객토한 토양을 농경지로 사용하고 있어 식용작물로의 중금속 흡수가 우려되는 서성 연-아연광산 주변 농경지를 대상으로 중금속 오염실태를 조사하기 위하여 서성광산 주변 농경지의 토양과 토양 간극수 시료를 분석하였다. 연구지역 토양과 토양 간극수 pH는 6.5∼8.2으로 중성에서 약알칼리성을 보이며, 토양시료의 XRD 분석 결과 대표적인 광물 조성은 철백운석, 능철석, 석영, 운모, 카오린(kaolin)군의 점토광물 및 미량의 녹니석과 각섬석 등으로 나타났다. 폐석의 연마편 관찰 결과에서 함연, 아연광물인 방연석과 섬아연석이 주로 괴상으로 산출됨이 확인되었으며, 소량의 황철석, 황동석, 유비철석, 자류철석, 백철석 등이 관찰되었다. 토양시료에 대한 화학분석은 토양오염 공정시험법상의 0.1N HCl을 이용한 용출법과 HNO3-HClO4-HCl을 이용한 산분해방법의 두가지 전처리과정을 통하여 ICP-AES로 이루어졌다. 연구지역 농경지 토양에서 중금속 원소들의 평균함량은 HNO3-HClO4-HCl의 혼합산을 이용한 분석 결과 Pb(4,612 ppm), Zn(4,468 ppm), As(334.4 ppm), Cu(214.1 ppm), Cd(37.6 ppm), Co(15.7 ppm), Cr(21.9 ppm)로서 Co나 Cr을 제외한 모든 원소가 심각하게 오염되어 있다. 그러나 국내 토양환경보전법상의 0.1N HCl을 이용한 분석에서는 Pb를 비롯하여 분석한 모든 중금속 원소들의 함량이 혼합산을 이용한 총함량 분석결과에 비하여 수 십분의 일에서 수 백분의 일까지 낮게 검출되었다. Fifty seven soil samples were collected from the paddy soil filled with tailings in the vicinity of the Seosung Pb-Zn mine. Those samples were analyzed for As, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Pb, and Zn in order to investigate heavy metal pollution levels in the paddy soil. Analyses of the soil samples were carried out using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES). Paddy soils show pH range from 6.55 to 8.26. X-ray diffraction analyses of the paddy soil indicate that the soils consist predominantly ankerite, siderite, quartz, mica, and clay minerals with minor amounts of amphibole and chlorite. The mineral composition of the waste rocks consists of massive galena, sphalerite, and minor amounts of pyrite, arsenopyrite, chalcopyrite, calcite, siderite, Pb-sulfosalt, and marcasite. The paddy soils were significantly contaminated by heavy metals(average concentrations ; As: 334.4 ppm, Cd: 37.6 ppm, Co: 15.7 ppm, Cu: 214.1 ppm, Pb: 4,612 ppm, and Zn: 4,468 ppm).
