필라테스 운동이 여대생의 신체구성과 하지근력 및 척추 형태에 미치는 영향

This study is to provide the preliminary data verifying Pilates effect analyzing the effect of the warm-up, exercise and warm-down were conducted for 50 minutes a day, three time a week and for ten week. Pilates exercises for female university students on their body compositions, changes in the spine and muscular strength. The study is to involve female university students, majoring in general department (non-Physical Education) who take liberal arts classes in K and N university, and it was distinguished between 9(PG: age(20.6±0.9), height (160.9±7.1), weight(53.9±4.5)) female university students who will participate in Pilates Exercise Program and 9(CG: age(22.2±1.4), height(159.9±5.4), weight(52.3±4.7)) female university students who won"t. First, There were insignificant differences in body composition factor. Second, There were significant differences in Peak torque from isokinetic muscular function factor, Total work and Average power. Third, There were insignificant differences in 3-dimension spine body type factor. Through the ten-week Pilates exercises for three times a week, there weren"t significant differences in the body composition and positive effect of isokinetic muscular function factor, and the 3-dimension spine body type was shown.

Asphalt concrete is a composite material commonly used to surface roads, parking lots, and airports. Currently recycled asphalt concrete is used increasingly for global environmental protection in our society. So, this study is intended to measure and compare life cycle CO<sub>2</sub>(LCCO<sub>2</sub>) on both virgin asphalt concrete and recycled one in accordance with ISO 14044:2006. As a result, LCCO<sub>2</sub> emissions generated by recycle asphalt concrete is 67.7% higher than virgin asphalt concrete because a lot of energy consumption is needed in the drying process of recycled aggregate production.

The study examined the effect of 12 weeks of pilates exercise elastic band on maximum muscle strength and balance of general female university students. The participants were 18 female students with no experience pilates (non physical education major). 10 participants (age (21.3±1.8), height (162.8 ±4.9), weight (51.5±6.9)) who agreed to cooperate in an exercise program have participated (pilates group). The control group was composed of 8 participants (age (20.8±1.7), height (159.9±3.3), weight (51.5±6.9)) who did not participate in the program(control group). The results of the pilates exercise elastic band was like the following. First, the pilates exercise elastic band has not shown much different in weight (kg), Body Mass Index (kg/m²), Body Fat Percentage (%), and the amount of muscle (kg) compared with control group. Second, a noticeable difference occurred in maximum muscle strength per unit weight of knee joint (Peak Torque/ Body weight), specifically in categories of 60°/sec Flexion Right/Left and 180°/sec Flexion Right/Left, 240°/sec Flexion and Extension Right/Left, when pilates with resistance band was performed. Third, a noticeable difference occurred in balance Level 1(Anterior/Posterior Index), Level 12(Overall, Anterior/Posterior Index) when pilates with resistance band was performed. In conclusion, pilates exercise elastic band 3 times a week for 12 weeks has shown positive effect on body composition, maximum muscle strength, and balance.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop course outcomes for nursing students by applying Hauenstein’s theory. Methods: The research was conducted in three steps as follows: identifying exit outcomes related to the Adult Nursing course, developing Adult Nursing course outcomes based on the theory of Hauenstein, and finalizing Adult Nursing course outcomes. Results: Exit outcomes achievable in Adult Nursing were generated after a needs analysis survey among students, nurses and professors was conducted and subsequently reviewed by professors specializing in the subject. For theoretical courses, the level of the course outcomes was derived from the cognitive domain, whereas, for practical courses, it was derived, in stages, from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. Next, using taxonomical terms that can properly address the level of each domain, course outcomes for theoretical and practical courses were determined. After expert opinion was sought, the final course outcome for the Adult Nursing course was produced. Conclusion: The results are meaningful in that valid course outcomes were developed through the process described above and are expected to greatly contribute to reaching exit outcomes and strengthen the professional capacity of nursing students.

Purpose: This study examined the rights of clinical practice of nursing students. Understanding the rights of clinical practice is essential to improving the quality of clinical practice. Methods: This study was a qualitative content analysis using focus group interviews. Three focus group interviews with nursing students were conducted. Each focus group included six nursing students (18 nursing students). The data collection period was from July 21 to August 25, 2021, and was collected until the data were saturated (until no new data came out). The data were analyzed using the thematic content analysis method. Results: Three themes, six subthemes, and 12 codes were extracted. The main three themes were ‘demand for improvement of rights related to clinical practice’, ‘demand for ensuring the rights to learn effective clinical practice’, and ‘need for clinical practice support considering the safety of trainees’. Conclusion: Nursing students hoped that the rights to learn would be guaranteed in clinical practice. In addition, there was a demand for improved rights related to clinical practice and the rights to practice in a safe practical environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the meaning of incivility experienced by nursing students in relations with nurses during clinical practice. Methods: This is a descriptive qualitative study that included thirty participants using convenience sampling in universities in S, J, Ch, and C provinces. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established. Qualitative content analysis was used to inductively determine categories. Results: The four categories derived from analysis were ‘left alone at clinical field’, ‘treated as an assistant’, ‘not respected as a person’ and ‘ignored future dreams’. Conclusions: Nursing students continue to carry out repetitive, low-risk tasks, for which they are not properly trained due to the lack of practical guidance in clinical practice. During clinical practice, they are not respected as persons by nurses and are negatively influenced by nurse professionals. A solution to this requires organic cooperation and policy preparation at universities and hospital sites to improve practical training of nursing students.
탄력밴드를 이용한 필라테스 운동이 고령여성의 최대근력 및 밸런스에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Pilates exercises with elastic band on maximum muscular strength and balance of elderly women for 12 weeks, and to verify the effectiveness of Pilates exercise. The participants in age of 60s who have no experiences in pilates. 6 people (PG. age (69.3±1.67), height (159.88±3.31), weight (54.24±5.00)) were experimental group. And the other 6 people with physical factors of (CG. Age (65.54±5.83), Height (162.79±4.86), weight (59.50±8.03)) who did not participate in the program. The results of this research about the Pilates exercises with elastic band are three following points. First of all, according to the measurements of the body composition of each participant who went through Pilates exercises, there are significant differences shown on BMI (kg/m2), and body fat (%). Second, there are significant differences shown on Peak Torque of extensors per Body weight at angular velocity of 120°/sec. Third, there are significant differences shown on balance Level 1(Medial Lateral Index) of Pilates exercises with elastic band. In conclusion, Pilates exercises with elastic band for 12 weeks with frequency of three times a week has positive effect on maximum muscular strength and balance.
