아동권리협약에 근거한 학교 놀이 환경 평가 체크리스트 개발: 초점집단 면접연구를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 아동의 놀 권리가 보장된 학교 놀이 환경을 구축하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 핵심내용을 추출하여 학교가 자체적으로 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트를 개발하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 아동의 놀 권리와 관련된 유엔아동권리협약과 일반논평 17번의 문헌고찰을 통해 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 16개의 핵심내용을 도출하였다. 그리고 학교 놀이의 주체인 아동, 부모, 교사와의 초점집단면접을 실시하여 학교 놀이 환경이 갖추어야 할 기본 요건을 알아보고 전문가의 내용 타당성 검토를 받았다. 이를 기초로 학교 놀이 환경 평가체크리스트의 주요영역 10가지를 구성하였다. 아동의 놀 권리를 보장하기 위한 학교의 놀이 환경 평가 체크리스트의 10가지 영역은 첫째, 충분한 놀이 시간, 둘째, 충분한 놀이 공간, 셋째, 아동 최선의 이익과 아동 참여, 넷째, 비차별, 다섯째, 다양성과 자유, 여섯째, 도전과 모험, 일곱째, 안전, 여덟째, 학교정책, 아홉째, 놀이교육, 열째, 지역사회와의 협력이다. 학교는 놀이 환경 평가 체크리스트의 기준에 따라 아동의 놀 권리 증진을 위한 기본요건을 갖추어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to determine what children"s rights to play are. For this purpose, we extracted the core contents of schools" play environments and we developed a checklist that schools can use to evaluate their own play environments. We reviewed the UN Committee on the Rights of Children and the General Comments No. 17. Through this process, we found 16 core contents that the play environment should have. We conducted focus group interviews with children, parents and teachers, who are principle people involved with school play. The focus group interviews discussed the basic elements of the school play environment. The contents" validity was reviewed by a group of professionals. Based on this, we created an evaluation checklist with 10 major areas of the school play environment. The 10 areas of the school play environment evaluation scale are as follows. The ten areas of the play environment assessment scale for the school environment to ensure children"s right to play are sufficient play time, sufficient play space, a child"s best interests and the child"s participation, nondiscrimination, diversity and freedom, challenge and adventure, safety, school policy, the play has an educating component, and community cooperation.

아동정책 전달체계의 구조와 한계

This study has attempted to seek a way to formulate a child policy, which meets the children`s needs, and to develop the delivery system of child policy by analysing the current delivery system of child policy and especially by focusing on administrative organization. The administrative organizations and services for children in central government and local governments have been dealt. For the collection of information regarding the systems and services of child policy, the Web-site of the relevant organizations, government official reports, and the literature on this subject have been consulted. On the basis of information obtained, theoretical implications for implementing child policy have been suggested: that is, needs for establishing an exclusively responsible department for children, consolidating the coordinating roles of committee for child policy, and founding a special organization in charge of monitoring child policy.

지방자치 정부의 아동권리 조례 제정의 함의 - 부천시 사례를 중심으로 -

This study analysed the process of developing a city Ordinance for Children's Right of a district in Japan and at Buchon in Korea, and suggested the direction and substance that should be included in the law. For this, regulations for children's rights of local authorities in Japan and reports pertaining to this subject were collected. The results from a survey of current situation of children's rights in Buchon City were also analysed. From this process, this study implied factors to consider when a local authority promotes a regulation of children's rights: developing a public system to deal with cases of violating children's rights, which does not conflict with the existing organization for children, organizing a committee for children's rights that is to analyse and promote a law and policy of children's rights, encouraging children's participation in children's rights, consideration of financial allocation for children in local government, and expanding the people's awareness of children's rights. An effective way for maintaining a cooperative system with other child care institutions in the local area for the process of establishing children's rights policy has been suggested.

다문화 상황과 선교 ; 아동에 대한 교회 지원의 선교적 함의

This study has been carried out to seek missiological significance of an early investment of the churches for children. In this purpose, this study has analysed the dimension of investment for children by dealing with relevant references and the current situation of mission practice for children in Korean churches, and suggested an direction of investment for children as mission for children. The sources analysed for this study included the area of references of effectiveness of investment for children and of supporting children of the churches. The result of the analysis can be pointed out to follow. Effective ways of practicing mission for children of the Korean churches through investment for children are: 1) awareness of the importance of the missiological significance of investment for children, 2) search for diversification of methods, procedure and system to support children, 3) presentation of part of church facility to the public, 4) training professional workers for children mission, 5) allowance of priority to the supporting children, and 6) allocation and expansion of appropriate finance for children mission.

This study was performed to identify factors contributing to the low fertility rate problem and investigate the relative importance of the reasons why couples considering marriage are reluctant to have and raise children to provide practical support for policy proposals. An AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) survey was conducted on 78 prospective couples from January to February 2023 to analyze the relative importance of factors influencing childbearing decisions. The results showed prospective couples considered social factors (0.579) more important than personal factors (0.421). The top five factors deterring childbearing decisions were child-rearing cost (0.078), the private education cost burden (0.070), annual income (0.065), work-life balance difficulties (0.064), and the childcare time burden (0.063). Furthermore, the importance of childbearing decision factors differed between couples planning to have children and those who were not. This study is expected to contribute to the development of tailored low fertility policies by identifying factors influencing the childbearing decisions of prospective couples and analyzing differences based on their plans for having children.

아동치료재활지원사업의 성과에 관한 질적 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the achievements and limitations of the Psychotherapy and Counseling Services for Children and Adolescents in Foster Care (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) and to propose strategies for providing more effective psychological and emotional support to children in need of protection. For this purpose, Focus Group Interviews (FGI) were conducted with eight professionals who have experience in providing psychological and emotional support in child welfare facilities or participating in the Services. The data collected from the FGI were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. The main research findings were as follows: The Services were found to have a positive impact on the psychological stability and social adaptability of children in foster care. However, several limitations were identified, including a lack of continuity in treatment due to short-term support, the constraints of the K-CBCL-centered evaluation system, and imbalances in resource distribution across regions. To address these issues, the study suggests the introduction of a multifaceted evaluation system, the implementation of long-term interventions lasting 2-3 years or more with realistic treatment costs, and the simplification of administrative procedures. This study is significant as it provides policy recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of the Psychotherapy and Counseling Services for Children and Adolescents in Foster Care, ultimately supporting the healthy development of children in need of protection.

아동선교 전략 및 프로그램 개발

This study has attempted to seek a development of missional strategy and program for Children in Korean Churches, where the number of children congregation has been declining and as result the average age of the congregation are older promptly. For this study, references in relations to this area has been reviewed in terms of development of missional strategy and program development and required statistics have been collected. From this, it has been suggested that providing equal opportunity to children, supporting parents in children rearing, creating church environment attracting to children, generating children`s participation in church ministries, developing an appropriate and efficient practical mission strategy for children, organizing or vitalizing the department in the local church for children mission, and securing financ and man power are should be considered when the churches are practicing children mission.

보육 정책 과제 연구 -보육의 전문성과 공공성 확대를 중심으로-

This study has been carried out to seek a way for expanding publicity and attainment of professional of child care, which has been main factor of amendment of child care policy. For this, current child care policy has been analysed. From the analysis, such factors hindered achievement and strengthening professional of public child care as existence of child care policy that has condoned `child centered``, administerial vulnerability of finance for child care institution by the government, exposure of serious conflict of a method of financial support by the government towards child care institutions, and insufficiency of the policy for strengthening the profession of child care teachers even though standard of qualification for child care teachers has been supplemented have been pointed. An actual research and report of a strategy for financial support for development of profession and expansion of publicity for child care, necessity of complementary measures for expanding teachers` professional, and expansion of policy support in order to secure child-centered child care system have been suggested.
