        영상물을 이용한 조문 서비스를 위한 비즈니스 모델

        일상생활에서 부고(訃告) 소식을 접하면 조문객은 조문과 함께 부의금을 전달하는 것이 일반적이며, 기업인이나 사적인 단체장은 이와 함께 조화를 보내기도 한다. 그러나 조화는 재사용에 따른 폐단과 폐기하는 과정에의 환경오염 등이 문제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 줄이기 위한 대안으로써 장례식장에서 애도를 위한 영상물 즉, 영상 조화와 영상 조의문을 이용한 조문 서비스 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 동영상 이미지로 만들어진 영상 조화를 장례식장의 벽에 설치된 대형 모니터에 띄워 주는 서비스 모델로 구성하고 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 조문용 영상물 서비스 전용 웹사이트가 만들어 진다면 영상 조화의 서비스 실현될 수 있음을 보였다. In daily life if a condoler receive a notice of a person's death who he/she know, he/she generally have the deepest regret and offer condolence money. Also an enterpriser or private chairman send a floral tribute. But it has some problem to occur a abuse according in reuse and an environmental pollution in process of trash. In this paper it is suggested an business model for the condolence service using images, floral tributes and letters of condolence made of images, in the funeral place which is an alternation to reduce the problem. And it is structured and implemented a service model that displays floral tributes made of dynamic images to a large monitor installed on wall in condoler room of funeral place. As a result it is showed that a service of floral tributes made of images may be realized to be given web site of servicing images for the condolence.

        농업산출의 추계와 분석(1955∼2012년)

        The purpose of this study is to examine the growth of Korean agriculture for the period 1955∼2012 by estimating time-series data of total agricultural production. The emphasis is on arranging the reliable time-series data of output for closer analysis by enlarging the scope of its measurement up to 89 products. The results shows that the average growth rate of total agricultural production during the period is 2.3%. Furthermore it shows a significant difference in sectoral growth between crops and livestock. In order to review the result, comparative analysis on total output of Korean agricultural sector is conducted with other two official data.

        외식산업의 농산물 이용 및 조달실태 -중소음식점의 앙케트 결과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of the utilization of agricultural products in the food service industry, and to sum up its distinctive features. An Analysis is carried out with questionnaires from 1050 restaurants, which are members of Korea Restaurant Association. The major results of a survey may be summarized as follows; Korean-style food is major types of business; small scale enterprises are plentiful; agricultural products account for about 40 percents of sales; the main purchasing channel is wholesaler; when selecting an agricultural products, the most important factor to consider is quality; when selecting an agricultural products, the most serious bottleneck is excessive price fluctuations.

        친환경농산물 가공업체 운영실태 분석

        The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications by analysing the difficulties in processing, marketing, and operation that many companies can encounter in environmentally friendly agricultural industry. An analysis is carried out with interviews from 22 companies. The result showed that the contractual instability related to unstable market conditions lead firms to the financing problem to get primary materials. Moreover, the companies are confronted with many challenges from quality management, investment in R&D, and lower capacity utilization were the major challenges to these firms. With respect to firms` sales, the firms have difficulty to maintain the continuous business relationship to buyers due to unfair transaction and the pressure on price out. This study suggests that the cooperative approach to marketing, governance by the The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the partnership among the parties involved should be considered as key factors to promote the environmentally friendly agricultural industry.

        외식업체의 가공채소 이용실태 및 산지조직의 대응방안 연구

        Food service companies are requiring stability of supply and low cost for agricultural products. With this market characteristics, volumes in imported processed-vegetables is increasing and especially the market share of vegetables from China is showing a marked increase. In this circumstance, the domestic vegetable produce marketing organization should target the growing food service market with an effective marketing strategy. However, they have been unable to get through the market effectively because they cannot satisfy the stability of supply and low cost which are the basic requirements. To resolve these problems, this study seeks for cooperative marketing and organization in vegetables producing areas adjusting for business use, based on analysis of the usage of processed-vegetables by food service companies.

        한국농업의 총요소생산성 추계와 분석(1955~2012년)

        This study estimates Total Factor Productivity in Korean Agriculture for the period 1955~2012 and analyzes productivity changes by employing Tornqvist index method. The empirical findings of the analysis are summarized as follow. During the past 57 years from 1955 to 2012, total agricultural output has increased by 2.6 percent per year. The annual average growth rate of total agricultural input over the period is 1.4 percent. Consequently total factor productivity (TFP) accounts for 46 percent of the growth of production. Total agricultural output and input have increased rapidly until the early 1990s, but both have declined since then. Over the whole period of this study, the pattern of productivity change is noticeable. The drivers of agricultural growth has moved from inputs to productivity. Thus, the 70 percent of agricultural output growth until the early 1990s accounted for an increase of agricultural input, and hereafter agricultural growth is explained entirely due to the productivity growth.

        수입채소의 국내유통 및 이용실태분석

        Whereas Korean food market is increasing by 6.4% per year, fresh agricultural and fishery market is expanding only per 1.3% by year. However, dining-out market and processing market are increasing by 10% and 5.6% per year respectively. Agricultural raw materials for dining-out and processing market are mainly imported ones. Domestic vegetable producing areas tended to neglect dining-out and processing markets. If production and supply basis of vegetables for dining-out and processing markets are not well organized, the structural shrink would be likely to be inevitable. In order to establish production and supply basis of vegetables for dining-out and processing market, stable supply system and variety development fitted to the processing are very important.

        부트스트래핑과 절단 회귀(truncated regression)를 이용한 과수 농가의 기술효율성 분석 -Tobit 모형(censored regression)과의 비교-

        This paper analyzes the effect of the land size and the family labor hours on the technical efficiencies of Korean fruit (apple, pear, grape, and peach) farms which are measured with Data Envelopment Analysis. It follows the estimation method suggested by Simar and Wilson(2007) by using truncated regression, (instead of the censored regression model which are prevalent in the empirical works) and bootstrapping, in order to adjust for the bias of the simple DEA and to estimate the confidence interval of the estimates, taking into account the serial correlation of the error terms and their correlation with the explanatory variables which are intrinsic to DEA estimates. The estimation results show that the family labor hours enhance the technical efficiency of grape growing. They also suggest that the choice between the censored regression and the truncated regression model may have important consequence on the estimation results.

        텍스트마이닝 기법을 이용한 국내 농식품유통 연구동향 분석

        이 연구는 1984~2015년간 국내 농식품 유통분야 연구동향을 파악하기 위해 텍스트마이닝 기법을 이용한 분석결과이다. 텍스트마이닝은 빅데이터 분석방법의 일환으로, 많은 정보를 객관적으로 처리하여 연구주제 분류와 트렌드 분석에 이용할 수 있다. 실제분석에는 빈도분석, 토픽분석, 연관성분석을 수행하였다. 자료는 농업부문 4개 학술지 수록논문과 연구보고서 중 농식품 유통 관련 연구 제목를 이용하였다. 그 결과, 농식품 유통분야의 논문 1,126건은 6개 주제로 분류되었다. 2000년대를 기점으로 이전에는 도매와 산지연구가 활발했던 반면 이후에는 소비, 식품, 수출입 연구가 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 로컬푸드와 학교급식 영역의 연구가 증가했다. 농산물 수급연구는 정책 연구보고서에서만 주기적으로 이루어졌으며, 학술논문에서는 2000년대 이후 관심주제에서 멀어지는 경향을 보였다. 2010년대 이후로는 특히 소비연구가 주류를 이루었고, 크게 소비트렌드와 소비자 행동에 관한 다양한 연구가 이루어졌다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 더 정확한 연구동향 분석을 하기위해서는, 정밀한 주제 분류기법으로 방법론을 보완하고 이용 자료를 키워드와 논문초록으로 확대함으로써 구체적인 결과를 도출해야 할 것이다. This study analyzed trends in agricultural and food marketing studies from 1984 to 2015 using text-mining techniques. Text-mining is a part of Big-data analysis, which is an effective tool to objectively process large amounts of information based on categorization and trend analysis. In the present study, frequency analysis, topic analysis and association rules were conducted. Titles of agricultural and food marketing studies in four journals and reports were used for placing the analysis. The results showed that 1,126 total theses related to agricultural and food marketing could be categorized into six subjects. There were significant changes in research trends before and after the 2000s. While research before 2000s focused on farm and wholesale level marketing, research after the 2000s mainly covered consumption, (processed)food, exports and imports. Local food and school meals are new subjects that are increasingly being studied. Issues regarding agricultural supply and demand were the only subjects investigated in policy research studies. Interest in agricultural supply and demand was lost after the 2000s. A number of studies after the 2010s analyzed consumption, primarily consumption trends and consumer behavior.
