        염소 처리된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 산화 및 기계적 완화 특성

        이 논문은 폴리에틸렌 필름을 염소처리해서 부분방전에 대한 내산화특성 및 염소처리필름과 γ선조사 필름의 분자운동에 대해 조사한 것이다. 1. 염소 처리한 PE 필름의 표면을 연마해서 C-Cl 이 10㎛ 깊이까지 분포하고 있음을 알았다. 2. 염소화가 진전하면 결정화도가 감소하며 가교가 발생한다. 3. 염소화 PE는 부분 방전에 의해 생기는 오존의 산화를 억제하고, 자신은 결합했던 염소를 잃는다. 4. 염소처리를 행하면 PE의 CH2 주쇄의 운동인 γ 흡수가 염소치환에 의해 감소한다. This paper is for the properties of the oxidation-proof of the partially discharged and of the molecular motion on chlorinated PE Film. this paper also shows the properties of the molecular motion of the γ ray irradiated PE Film. 1. In the surface of the PE Film enforce chlorination, C-Cl be distributed up to 10 ㎛ deep. 2. In according to the development of the chlorination, the measure of crystalization decreased and cross link occured 3. Chlorination PE Film control the oxidation on ozone to occuration by partial discharge and it lost bonding chlorine. 4. In according to chlorination, γ absorption in motion of CH2 main chain of PE decreased by chlorine stbstitution.

        유기물가용체형 온도퓨우즈의 안전성에 관한 연구

        To protect the damages or the disasters caused by overheating of industrial electric equipments or electric home appliances, a temperature sensitive thermal fuse is generally used in those equipments. Thermal fuses cutoff the current flow when the temperature of the electric equipments are abnormally overheated and over the certain temperature. Therefore thermal fuse is one of the most important elements in the sense of safety. Thermal fuses are classified into two types according to thermally sensitive materials, a low temperature melting allay and an organic chemical compound. Domestic products of thermal fuses are now only with an organic chemical compound. Domestic products tested by using cutoff test and aging test etc. are satisfied UL specification. It's shown that the accuracy and the precision of the domestic products are as good as those of the overseas products obtained UL mark. However, some of domestic products show the reclosing problem which is mainly related the safety. This problem should be solved to make the reliable thermal fuses. In this paper, our interest is to find out the causes of reclosing. In the comparison between thermally sensitive materials occurred reclosing and those occurred. no reclosing, the test effects show that the characteristics of emitting heat and absorbing heat are different.

        얼마 전에 부활절이 있었다. 그리고 그전에는 고난주간과 사순절이 있었다. 이때가 되면 많은 성도들이 예수의 고난을 생각하고, 어떠한 방법으로든지 거기 동참하려는 모습을 보게 된다. 특별 새벽 기도회 때에는 가상칠언이나 예수님의 마지막 일주일에 관한 설교도 많이 한다. 이럴 때마다 나는 한권의 책을 반복하여 읽는다. 그것은 바로 윌리암 바클레이가 쓴 The Mind of Jesus라는 책인데, 우리말로는 나사렛 예수의 생애(이상길 옮김, 지성 문화사)라는 제목으로 번역되어 있다.

        고분자 film 의 표면 처리와 화학 루미네센스 특징

        Surface treatment and chemiluminescence characteristics of the polymer film. It was studied that the intensities and rates of treatments are in proportional to condition of the treatment, considering the results of study on treatments to polymer film with discharge and ultraviolet irradiation through the methods such as surface resistance, contact angle, dyeing method, surace tension and so on. It was also studied that the said has a nice correlation with the concerned result studied by chemiluminescence. Since the chemiluminescence will enable the investigators to grasp a eertain condition caused by quitely slight deterioration with high sensitivity, it can be also used as a way for getting an information regarding the decision for degradation-condition and life-estimating of insulation material basically related to some security matters as well as surface condition of treatments through the above method.

        Rasch 측정 모형을 이용한 교양 영어 수업 만족도 설문 도구타당화 연구

        This study aims to develop and validate the scale of undergraduates’ satisfaction of college English classes. For the study, a total of 673 students were pooled. The scale items were writtenbased on the results from focus group interview with 35 students from different disciplines. A wide variety of evidence for the scale validity such as content, internal structure-related,generalizability, and substantive validity was collected through the Rasch modeling. The results are as follows. As evidence of content validity, both item fit measures and point-biserialcorrelation were acceptable. The Rasch modeling showed, as structural evidence, that the internal structure of the scale is unidimensional. Additionally, most items were found to be generalized toboth male and female students without differential item functioning, and the scale displayed highreliability. Lastly, the Rasch analysis, as substantive evidence of validity, showed that the respondents responded appropriately to the rating system as intended by the scale developers. However, the inconsistency was found in item-person map, signifying that the distribution of item difficulty did not cover the whole level of students’ satisfaction, which means that more items to measure a high level of satisfaction of college English class need to be added. More pedagogical implications are discussed in the study.

        Polyethylene film 의 부분방전열화와 역학적 특성

        低密度 polyethylene film을 冷延伸된 方向에 對해서 直角方向으로 延伸하면, 延伸比 1.2∼1.8 付近에서 部分放電에 의한 劣化가 顯著히 增加하고, Void發生에 의한 部分放電開始電壓이 低下한다. 延伸 film에 對해 强制振動法에 의해 求한 彈性率 빛 力學的 tan δ는 上記의 延伸比付近에서 各各 極小 및 極大를 나타내고, 上記의 電氣的特性과 密接한 關係가 있다. 더욱이 微結晶은 延伸에 의해 작은 緖晶으로 分解되는 것을 X線回折 認定할 수 있고, 또한 非晶領域의 分子鎖는, 高延伸에서 再配向하는 것을 赤外吸收에 의해 認定할 수 있다. Deterioration induced by partial discharge was investigated for low-density polyethylene samples. Under an electrical field, a cold-drawn PE film was stretched perpendicularly to the direction of the original drawing, The starting voltage of the discharge shows a minimum at the draw ratio of 1.2 to 1.8. Around the same draw ratio, the elastic modulus and mechanical loss factor (tan δ) of the sample exhibit a minimum and a maximum, respectively. According to the X-ray analysis, the size of microcrystals decreases with increasing draw ratios. Reorientation of the molecular chains was observed above a draw ratio of 1.5 by the IR method.

        그릿의 요인구조 분석 및 목표 구체화를 통한 그릿의 효과: 고등학교 영어학업성취도를 중심으로

        This study aims to investigate the most appropriate grit factor structure for Korean high schoolstudents and to see the impact of goal-specific grit (English grit) on English achievementcompared to that of general grit. The data were obtained from a total of 488 Korean high schoolstudents by using the Grit-S(Grit-Short) and an adapted Grit-S for English grit. ConfirmatoryFactor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were applied to analyze the data. The resultssuggested that two-correlated factor structure of grit outperformed its rival models such as onefactorand bi-factor models. In addition, the sub-constructs comprising goal-specific English gritwere found to be more influential predictors than those of general grit in predicting Korean highschool students’ English achievement. The results were consistent with the outcomes from priorstudies. Lastly, pedagogical implications were further proposed.         유기박막트랜지스터 응용을 위해 플라즈마 중합된 Styrene 게이트 절연박막

        ITO가 코팅된 유리 기판 위에 플라즈마 중합법으로 styrene 고분자 박막을 제작하고 상부 전극을 진공 열증착법으로 제작된 Au 박막으로 한 MIM (metal-insulator-metal) 소자를 제작하였다. 또한, 플라즈마 중합된 styrene 고분자 박막을 유기 절연박막으로 하고 진공열증착법으로 pentacene 유기반도체 박막을 제작하여 유기 MIS (metal-insulator-semiconductor) 소자를 제작하였다. 플라즈마 중합법으로 제작된 styrene (ppS; plasma polymerized styrene) 고분자 박막은 styrene 단량체(모노머) 고유의 특성을 유지하면서 고분자 박막을 형성함을 확인하였으며, 통상적인 중합법으로 제작된 고분자 박막 대비 k=3.7의 높은 유전상수 값을 보였다. MIM 및 MIS 소자의 I-V 및 C-V 측정을 통하여 ppS 고분자 박막은 전계강도 $1MVcm^{-1}$에서 전류밀도 $1{\times}10^{-8}Acm^{-2}$ 수준의 낮은 누설전류를 보이고 히스테리시스가 거의 없는 우수한 절연체 박막임이 판명되었다. 결과적으로 유기박막 트랜지스터 및 유기 메모리 등 플렉서블 유기전자소자용 절연체 박막으로의 응용이 기대된다. Plasma polymerized styrene (ppS) thin films were prepared on ITO coated glass substrates for a MIM (metal-insulator-metal) structure with thermally evaporated Au thin film as metal contact. Also the ppS thin films were applied as organic insulator to a MIS (metal-insulatorsemiconductor) device with thermally evaporated pentacene thin film as organic semiconductor layer. After the I-V and C-V measurements with MIM and MIS structures, the ppS revealed relatively higher dielectric constant of k=3.7 than those of the conventional poly styrene and very low leakage current density of $1{\times}10^{-8}Acm^{-2}$ at electric field strength of $1MVcm^{-1}$. The MIS structure with the ppS dielectric layer showed negligible hysteresis in C-V characteristics. It would be therefore expected that the proposed ppS could be applied as a promising dielectric/insulator to organic thin film transistors, organic memory devices, and flexible organic electronic devices.
