      • 한국무용 프로그램의 심리적 효과에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to verify the psychological effectiveness of the Korean classic dance program by considering previous internal studies. The results were summerized as follows; 1. Was expose that Korean classic dancing program is positive effect to improve physical self-competence and self-esteem of middle age and old women. 2. Was expose that Korean classic dancing program does to improve physical symptoms connected with anxiety, depression, discomfort feeling that appear in subjective complaint about physical alienation or personal relations, maladjustment feeling, inferiority complex and psychoneurosis, tension, menarche, fear etc. 3. Was expose that Korean classic dancing program is effect in sensitivity intelligence that do ability that controls own emotion and impulse, reacts sensitively about another person's emotion and increases endurance that offer opportunity sensitivity education of self-expression of children, feeling of satisfaction and sense of accomplishment for children. 4. Was expose that Korean classic dancing program displayed positive result in studies self-concept and unstudies self-concept of elementary school student. Also, the Korean dancer has no significant difference with ordinary peoples in the POMS but there was expose that worry about injury that happen while dance exerts big influence on emotion. When see through such result, was expose that Korean classic dancing program is psychological effect of that improve self-esteem, physical self-competence, sensitivity intelligence and self-concept and reduces negative mental health of anxiety, depression etc.

        초등체육 표현 활동 영역 중 민속 표현의 효과적 지도 방안 모색

        The purpose of this study is to suggest effective ways of teaching folk expression, which is one of the expressional activities in elementary physical education, by finding a proper application of previous studies and systematic teaching methods. For elementary school students, it is one of the most effective activities that could help students naturally accept the difference between individuals by realizing their own identity and learning how to understand and care for others. However, considering that elementary school teachers are experiencing difficulties due to the absence and limitation of teaching aids and lack of understanding of systematic approaches to learning, it is critical to hold a proper discussion on the topic. As alternatives for teaching folk expression, three prerequisite learning systems were selected as follows; the appropriate use of diverse and safe teaching aids, the domestic Hanaro Teaching Model, and the American national arts education system NCCAS(National Coalition for Core Arts Standards). More specifically, first, the ‘study on the integrated use of teaching aids’ was carried out. Use of teaching aids was not limited to traditional objects even though it was about folk expression, and also included the safety of the teaching aids. Second, there was the ‘study on humanistic integration.’ This focuses on a spiritual approach by combining a subdivided humanistic approach with the existing Hanaro Teaching Model, which has been used as a method of elementary physical education for many years. Third, ways of teaching and learning to increase the prestige of Folk expression education was applied and found by pursuing the ‘study on experimental combination’ with American core arts NCCAS (National Coalition for Core arts Standards), which is an educational system that cooperates with other art associations through core arts education (Media art, dancing, theater-play, visual arts). 본 연구의 목적은 초등 체육 표현 활동 중에서 민속 표현 활동에 대한 효과적인 학습의 진행 방향을 선행된 학습과체계적 수업 방식의 적절한 활용을 모색하여 효과적 지도 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 아동들에게 민속 표현 활동은 자신의 정체성을 인식하며타인을 배려하고이해하면서‘나’ 와 ‘너’ 의 다름을 자연스럽게 받아들일 수 있는 사회적, 교육적인 최적의 표현활동이다 (교육부-역사 교육강화방안). 그러나 초등 현장의 교사들이 민속표현 교구의 부재와 한계성 그리고 수업의 체계적인 학습 방향이나 방식에 대한 이해 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정임을 고려할 때 이에 관한 논의의 필요성은 문제 인식에서 벗어나 실현을 요하는 때이다. 따라서 민속표현의 효과적인 지도를 위한 대안으로 다양하고 안전한 교구의 적절한 활용과 국내의 하나로 수업, 미국 국가예술 교육체계인NCCAS(National Coalition for Core arts Standards)등 세 가지 선행학습 체계와 연계하는 방안을 모색하였다. 구체적으로 첫째, 교구의 활용은 안전성 고려를 포함하고 민속 표현이라 하여 민속적인 것에만 국한하지 않은 학습 교구를 다양하게 활용하는 ‘교구적 결합 연구’를 진행하였다. 둘째, 이미다년간의 초등 체육 학습 방식으로 활용된 하나로 수업의 방식을차용하되 학습목표 중 인문적 학습에 주목하여 세분화된 학습으로 심법적 학습을 활용하는 ‘인문적 결합 연구’를 진행하였다. 셋째, 미국의 코어 아츠NCCAS, 즉 핵심적 예술교육(미디어아트,무용,극장-연극,시각예술)으로 각 예술 협회와 공조하고 협력하는 교육 체계로 ‘체험적결합연구’ 를 진행하여 민속표현 교육의 가치상승을 위한 교수-학습방법을 적용 및 모색하였다.

      • 댄스스포츠 활성화를 위한 제도개선방안

        These days sports such as dancesport are recognized as one of citizen’s basic rights. This right could be guarunteed concretely and realized actively through the government's legislation policy. A dancesport school ruled by the Foundation and Utilization of Gymnastic Capacity Act. is classified into a business which have to be encouraged by government for the people's healthy lives and good ways of spending leisure time. But on other side it is applied as one of business which has to be regulated strictly by government in order to protect citizens from offences against public morals. under the provisions of other laws on regulation of undesirable business and on protection of children and younger generations. So it is impossible for children and younger generations under 19 years old that they participate in the dancesport class. legal problems such as this have to be improved as can as possible early in the near future. For the solution of above-mentioned problem and the vitalization of dancesport boom arising these days. dancesport class could be promoted positively by national law system. A few alternatives could be suggested as following : (a) a measure to create a new sort of dancesport business in relevant law in order not to be treated such as traditional ballroomdance class ; (b) a measure to make it possible to teach dancesport in dance school established by the foundation and utilization of gymnastic capacity act : (c) a measure to make it possible to teach dancesport freely without any governmental regulation or intervention.

      • 운동수행시 정신훈련(Mental Training)의 효과에 관한 문헌 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of mental training in motor-performance, by considering previous studies of native and foreign. The results were summerized as follows; 1. The mental training is to make a display of high level performance by controlling psychological condition of oneself. The process of mental training is composed the 7 level-analytical stage, estimation stage, preparation stage, action stage, measurement stage, application stage, appraisement of the effectiveness stage. 2. The method of mental training is mental-rehearsal, relaxation training, concentration training, attention controlling training, psychological skills training, self-confidence training, arousal level controlling training, setting a goal, imagery training. 3. It showed affirmative effectiveness of mental training in dance, Dan-Jun breathing, swimming, golf, basket ball, archery. In conclusion, it has an affirmative effectiveness of high level performance in motor performance if it is doing periodically and continuously that mental training with physical training.

        자가발반사 자극요법이 고혈압에 미치는 효과분석

        Purpose: This study was to analysis the effect of self-foot reflexology(SRM) program on level of hypertension. Method: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. For the experimental group, SRM was applied three times a week for 8wks. Test was done by measured x2-test, t-test, repeated measures ANOVA test. Result: There were significant decreases in systolic, diastolic blood pressure and difference of pretest and post test and between the experimental group and control group. Conclusion: Findings indicate that this study will contribute to develop nursing strategies for the regulation of the blood pressure.
