백워드 설계모형을 활용한 입체조형 교육에 관한 연구

학습 목표와 평가를 먼저 계획하고 학습 과정과 평가가 이루어지는 백워드 설계모형은 영속적 이해를 통해 주요 개념을 배워 다른 과목이나 생활에 전이할 수 있도록 하는 것을 핵심원리로 여긴다. 이는 창의·융합형 인재와 그에 맞는 역량 강화를 추구하는 2015 개정 교육과정이 추구하는 방향성과 일치한다. 이에 본 연구는 특성화고등학교 입체조형 수업을 백워드 과정으로 설계함으로써 조형의 요소와 원리를 이해하고, 시각적·촉각적으로 재해석하여 재료의 다양한 방법을 통해 창의적으로 표현할 수업방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 백워드 설계모형과 입체조형에 대한 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 하고, 설문조사를 하여 입체조형 교육의 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 특성화고등학교 디자인과 2학년 학생을 대상으로 7단계로 구성된 ‘조형원리를 이용한 입체 조명등 제작’ 수업을 시행하였으며, 수업 후 효과검증을 위해 수업참여 학생들을 대상으로 5점 척도로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 만족도 평균 4.1, 난이도는 3.96, 적합성 등의 유익함은 3.95로 전반적인 수업의 만족도가 높았고 수업과정과 결과물도 만족스러운 수준으로 효과성을 입증하였다. Backward design the purpose and evaluation of learning are planned in advance and then the learning process and evaluation is performed think considers to learn main concept by permanent understanding and transfer it to other subject or life as a core principle. It is correspond with the direction of revised education course of 2015 pursuing creative and fusion person of talent and strengthen the ability meets it. So, the class plan expressing creatively through various method of three dimensional materials by visual and tactile reinterpretation understanding the element and principle of the design by designing the three dimensional design class in specialized high school as backward course is suggested. To achieve this, the theoretical consideration and advanced research for backward design and three dimensional design is performed and researched the state of three dimensional design education by the survey. Based on it, Three dimensional lighting production using design principle composed with 7 steps to the 2nd year students of design department of specialized high school was performed and processed the survey with five-point scale to the students participated the class to verify the effect after the class. As the result, overall satisfaction of the class was high with 4.1 in average satisfaction, 3.96 in level of difficulty and 3.95 in the usefulness such as suitability and proved the effectiveness of class process and result as satisfactory.

With men`s growing interest in their appearance, the term “metrosexual” has entered common usage. An increasing number of men pay close attention to fashion, and a variety of jeans` fits are emerging in response to their demands. When jeans are purchased online, their fit may differ with respect to a standard, causing male consumers inconvenience. This study conducted a survey in which jeans being sold by SPA online shopping malls were classified according to their fit, with a realistic indication of the size. Moreover, a survey on specific behavioral patterns in customers` purchase of jeans was used to clarify the actual perceptions of customers regarding the diversity of fits, the relevance of the metrosexual trend to consumers` specific choices, and differences among the groups considered in this analysis. The results showed that differences in purchase patterns arose with regard to pants size, body mass index (BMI), and the metrosexual trend. In addition, a large difference was observed between the groups in terms of their perceptions of fit according to physical peculiarities. It was revealed that metrosexuality has no relevance to this ; it appears to be merely a new trend. With this phenomenon spreading, online businesses are advised to provide more diverse and accurate information on the size and fit of jeans.

울릉도의 항생제 내성균 조사

Although antibiotics has contributed to treatment of bacterial infection, the antibiotic abuse can lead antibiotic resistant bacteria. Impact of human activities on distribution of antibiotic resistance has been intensively issued and occurrence of antibiotic resistant bacteria in contaminated environments was not much surprised. Nonetheless, anthropogenic contamination with the dissemination of antibiotic resistance along uncontaminated environments has been less considered. The aim of this study is to investigate antibiotic resistant bacteria across Ulleungdo, known as an uncontaminated environment in Rep. of Korea. Antibiotic resistant bacteria in coastal seawater of Ulleungdo were investigated in July 2021. Antibiotic susceptibility test using the disk diffusion method was applied with six drugs according to the CLSI guideline. Total 43 bacterial isolates were tested and 20 isolated of them showed multidrug resistance. Particularly, the number of resistant bacteria was higher in a densely populated area of Ulleungdo. The bacterial communities were investigated using 16S rRNA gene metabarcoding approach in the coastal seawater and soils of Ulleungdo. In the bacterial communities, Firmicutes were selectively distributed only in seawater, suggesting the possibility of anthropogenic contamination in coastal seawater of Ulleungdo. We found antibiotic resistant bacteria in a populated area of Ulleungdo. The occurrence of antibiotic resistant bacteria in Ulleungdo seems to result from the recent anthropogenic impact. Monitoring of antibiotic resistant bacteria in the uncontaminated environment needs to be consistently considered for future risk assessment of antibiotics.

This research aims to analyze jeans possession and perceptions of jeans` fit among women in their 20s to help improve the accuracy of purchase decisions in online shopping and to provide basic data necessary to overcome limits in the fit conveyance method of online shopping malls. A sample of 149 females in their 20s was divided into two groups according to height, waist size, and interest in fashion, and several factors were analyzed: jeans possession status, the fit of purchased jeans, the reason for purchase, and the perception of jeans` fit. The results are as follows. The group with a high interest in fashion owned more skinny jeans, and there was a higher frequency of purchasing skinny jeans during the last year among those with a height of 160 cm or more, a waist size of less than 27 inches, and a high interest in fashion. Of the respondents, 92.6% accurately understood skinny fit, 51.7% understood straight fit, and 56.4% understood regular fit. There was no significant difference in the perception of skinny fit or regular fit, but straight fit was better understood by the group with a waist size of 27 inches or more. Thus, by providing accurate size information and analyzing the body shapes of consumers, online shopping malls will be able to increase customer satisfaction with pants of various fits to reduce the rate of returns.

메트로섹슈얼 성향을 지닌 20대 남성의 외모관리 행동과 신체적 특성 사례 분석

Interests in appearances are generally shown among women but now men also consider appearance management as importantly as women, and this study investigated appearance management, awareness and physical characteristics of 20s men with metrosexual tendency. As a result, men answered that they can wear spotted, floral patterned or bright color clothes without hesitation(4.45), they don`t mind to wear accessories(4.37) and they wear bracelets(4.09). In addition, they gave high grade in items such as they pay attention to their hair style(4.37), they are interested in grooming their appearances(4.66), they look themselves in the glass(4.26), they are inclined to fabulous style(4.29) and they want to buy clothes though they are expensive(4.23). Therefore it can be inferred that skin, accessories, hair, fashion and etc factors are closely related to metrosexual phenomena. As a result of comparing body characteristics of participants of this study and average 20s men in Korea, their height, waist-high, anterior-superior iliac spine height, hip height, knee height, shoulder length and etc were bigger and waist measurement and navel level measurement were smaller. And they were taller and had longer legs but shoulders are wider but chest and waist was thinner.

To obtain eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)-producing bacteria, some 600 strains of bacteria were isolated from Antarctic sediment and marine organisms during the summer expedition of 1999-2000 and 7 EPA-producing bacteria were obtained through screening with TLC and GC. A strain designated as L93 showed the highest EPA production, which was gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium. L93 strain was identified as Shewanella sp., from the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. Optimal conditions temperature and pH for the growth and EPA production were about 4℃ and pH 7. In addition, its production was optimized by 50%(w/v) sea salt. We establish the optimal production system to produce about 320 mg per liter by using this optimal EPA production conditions. EPA-methyl ester was purified from cultured L93 strain to a purity of higher than 97% and typical purification yield is greater than 72% of the input amount via urea complexation and HPLC.
