자갈궤도의 강도증진 및 유지보수비 절감을 위한 급속경화궤도는 자갈궤도에 모르타르를 충진하여 시공되며 양생되는 과정에서 온도변화에 의한 인장응력이 발생한다. 콘크리트층의 인장응력은 주변 온도변화에 의해 주기적으로 발생하게 되며, 온도응력이 작용한 상태에서 교통하중에 의한 인장응력이 짧은 시간동안 추가적으로 발생하게 된다. 따라서 콘크리트의 허용휨인장응력은 콘크리트의 피로강도로 산정해야한다. 현재 콘크리트포장 및 매스콘크리트에 발생하는 온도응력에 관한 연구는 다양하게 이루어져 왔으나, 급속경화궤도 시공과정 및 특이성을 고려한 온도응력 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석을 통해 급속경화궤도 충진층-지면 사이의 마찰력과 콘크리트에 발생하는 온도응력간의 경향을 파악하고, 급속경화궤도 충진층의 허용휨인장응력을 산정하는 모델을 제시한다.
공공의료시설에 적합한 신재생에너지시스템의 복합적용비율에 관한 연구

This study set out to identify the importance of each factor influencing facility selection with a survey among public medical facilities under the category of public buildings and apply the importance of economy, technology and environment with the weighting factor method, thus proposing optimal application plans. The research content of each section can be summarized as follows:1) Estimated energy consumption according to the energy simulation was 65,129MWh/yr, which was 18.7% higher than that according to the calculation equation. Of the energy consumption, more than 80% was used by heating and cooling facilities and construction facilities, and 20% was used by electronics such as medical equipments and in and outdoor lighting. 2) The results of a survey on the factors influencing the importance when selecting a new and renewable energy system reveal that the upper items had a priority in economy, environment, and technology in the descending order and that the lower item shad a priority in initial investments, maintenance and repair costs=energy costs, supply reliability, energy efficiency and CO₂ emissions in the descending order. 3) The application alternatives were analyzed in economy, technology, and environment. As a result, a geothermal system turned out to be the most excellent one a cross all the upper and lower comparison items. Of the other systems, a solar thermal system was superior in initial investments, maintenance and repair costs, and energy efficiency, where as a photovoltaic system was superior in energy costs, supply reliability, and CO₂ emissions. 4) As for the mixed application ratio among economy, technology, and environment, when the percentage of a geothermal system was approximately 80% or higher in anew and renewable energy system, it was the best and most optimal application plan.

금융(Finance)과 기술(Technology)을 조합한 조어, FinTech는 지금까지 없었던 혁신적인 금융 서비스나 업종간 제휴 서비스를 실현할 수 있을 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 물론 금융과 IT의 결합은 어제오늘의 일이 아니다. 기존 금융기관의 온라인 시스템도 고도의 IT의 집합체이며, 인터넷을 활용한 인터넷뱅킹도 이제 당연한 시대가 되었다. 하지만 기술의 진화에 따라 전례 없는 혁신적인 금융서비스가 속속 등장하고 있다. 인터넷에서 간단한 질문에 답변만 하면 투자조언을 받을 수 있는 로보어드바이저, 은행이나 신용카드의 웹 명세와 동기화해 장부나 결산서 작성을 자동화하는 가계부 앱도 그런 예이다. 또한, 인터넷 결제기반 등에 사용할 수 있는 암호화폐로 유명한 비트코인도 있다. 그러나 최근에는 암호화폐뿐만 아니라 그 기반이 되는 기술 블록체인이 금융 비즈니스에 큰 변혁을 가져올 것이라는 기대가 높아지고 있다. FinTech의 진화는 앞으로도 계속 될 것이다. 해외에서는, 은행이나 증권의 업무를 빼앗는 ‘파괴적인 FinTech 기업’의 등장에 의해 FinTech가 가속화 되어, 그 투자 금액은 200억달러 이상에 이른다. 한편, 우리나라에서도 기존의 금융기관과 새로운 FinTech 기업이 협조 혹은 제휴하는 접근이 주류가 되어, 마찬가지로 FinTech 투자가 급증하고 있다. 미래에는 금융기관뿐만 아니라 금융업계 이외의 타업종도 끌어들인 심리스한 연계도 낳아 새로운 이노베이션으로 이어지게 될 것이다. 어쨌든, 거기에는 업계의 테두리나 국경을 넘은, 전에 없는 경쟁과 창조의 세계가 펼쳐져 갈 것이다. 그 때문에 은행이나 증권, 보험업 등에서는 시스템이나 서비스의 자비주의의 한계를 깨는 오픈 이노베이션(innovation)이 필요하게 됩니다. 많은 IT 기업들은 기업의 운명을 걸고 FinTech에 의한 혁신적 금융 서비스의 창출을 향해서 ‘빅 데이터·AI,’ ‘오픈 API,’ ‘블록체인,’ ‘시큐러티’의 4개 영역에서, 금융기관이나 그 외 파트너와 제휴한 신서비스의 실현을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 신기술에 의한 금융혁신과 향후 전개방향에 대해 논의하였다. FinTech, a coined word that combines Finance and Technology, implies the possibility of realizing an innovative financial service or an alliance service between industries. Of course, the combination of finance and IT is not yesterday and today. The online system of existing financial institutions is also a collection of advanced IT, and Internet banking using the Internet is now a natural era. However, as technology evolves, unprecedented innovative financial services are emerging one after another. Examples include robo-advisors, who can get investment advice by simply answering simple questions on the Internet, and household account book apps that automate the creation of books and accounts by synchronizing with web specifications of banks or credit cards. In addition, there is also Bitcoin, which is famous as a cryptocurrency that can be used for internet payment infrastructure. However, in recent years, there is a growing expectation that not only cryptocurrency but also the technology blockchain that is based on it will bring a major transformation to the financial business. FinTech’s evolution will continue in the future. Overseas, FinTech has been accelerated by the emergence of “destructive FinTech companies” that take away the business of banks and securities, and the investment amount to more than 20 billion dollars. Meanwhile, in Korea, the approach of cooperation or alliance between existing financial institutions and new FinTech companies is becoming the mainstream, and Fintech investment is also rapidly increasing. In the future, it will lead to new innovation by creating seamless links that attract not only financial institutions but also other industries other than the financial industry. Anyway, there will be an unprecedented world of competition and creation that crosses the borders and borders of the industry. For this reason, open innovation is required in banks, securities, and insurance companies, which breaks the limits of the system and service compassion. Many IT companies risk their fate and pursue the creation of innovative financial services through FinTech in four areas: ‘Big Data/AI,’ ‘Open API,’ ‘Blockchain,’ and ‘Security,’ financial institutions and others. It aims to realize new services in partnership with partners. This study discussed financial innovation and future development directions by such new technologies.

The demand for remodeling projects is increasing due to increased greenhouse gas emissions and decreased living satisfaction caused by poor energy performance of old buildings. Accurate energy diagnosis is necessary to predict the increase in energy consumption and improvement effect due to the decrease in thermal performance of buildings, and the precision of performance measurement technology is important. In this study, it is intended to check the method of measuring the envelope performance that greatly affects the building energy, and to refer to the standardization of the method of measuring the envelope performance for remodeling.

It is impossible to take the instant action in the distribution system When fault occures in a substation because operation of the substation and the distribution system are separated. However the power system automation has been studying about unity operation and co-operation between SCADA and DAS(Distribution Automation System). In this paper proposes a new algorithm of efficiency restoration using a outage load switching to a healthy MTR a fault occurrence at a MTR in united system between DAS and SCADA. In addtion, proposed algorithm includes a outage restoration method which keeps MTR optimal capacity with reorganization of distribution network in case it can not restore outage state loads caused by shortage of healthy MTR remain capacity. In case that proposed sequence still can not complete restoration, this paper suggests a efficiency outage restoration with objective function included priority in outage loads. In the case studies, the proposed algorithm have been verified in 2 MTR and 3 MTR substation.
